  So far I've been impressed with the service and shipping. There are bottles I use regukar that do not come with matching caps like I use and the only way to get them is in big bulk. Hopefully yall get around to supplying bulk size lids in orders comparable to the bottles ordered. No co.plaints just have to shop for caps elsewhere.

  Most of the one gallon glass growler jugs I ordered had malformed bottoms. The center was off center and thickness of the glass was not uniform. Some were not flat on bottom and would rock. I was told that I could return them at my expense and there was a 25% restocking fee.

  I ordered a dozen glass gallon jugs with metal lids and I am so happy with my purchase. The jugs arrived well packed in an inner box with packing all around, then an outer box. All 12 arrived in perfect condition. The jugs are good quality and will be perfect for collecting spring water. Highly recommended.

  As far as the product goes I love it because my customers love them. The only complaint is the boxes tops were left open. They were then placed on their pallet with the open side down. I would also like to see if I could negotiate a lower shipping cost if I arrange for direct pickup at the shipping company.

The reason I do not recommend any companies to others is because they seem to hold you responsible for any shortcomings. Those shortcomings are usually caused by themselves.   I ordered jars and lids. Lisa did not show on back order on the website and they didn’t contact me to let me know, they just short shipped my order. I called to inquire and they told me the kids would ship the next week. They still have. it shipped and again no one has contacted me to give me an update. I would have gladly orders a different color lid had I known the black one I ordered was out of stock. I have been unable to package my products for sale for over 2 weeks now and it is impacting my business
