Was told my order was on back ordered, phoned it was told it was not. Then I was told it would ship Friday or Monday which it did not. Phoned again and told it was shipping that day, received an invoice but no tracking. Then I was informed it would not be shipping it would ship from another company. This is my second order with Tricorbraun. I'm making hot sauce from this years crop of hot peppers and realized I needed a lot more bottles. In the process of accidently putting the same order in the basked 2 times, I was pleasantly surprised at how the price per bottle after shipping went down. The bottles arrived very well packaged and no breakage that I have found so far. If I have a big crop of hot peppers next year, I will be ordering from Tricorbraun again.

I ordered 24 jars and 24 lids. Only 23 lids arrived. I immediately called as I was in a time sensitive situation with production on my end. To date (almost 3 weeks later) I have not heard back from anyone. No problem with the product. The customer service is non-existent.

no issue with Tricorbraun, Fed X is the issue. Driver keeps leaving jars at front door and not garage door. Even it says on ship ticket garage door delivery. I have contacted FEd X regarding this. Finally last shipment was .delivered to garage door, but not in a neat order. Tricorbraun has to put pressure on FedX. This has happen 3 times. I wish you would use UPS

Received a case of scratched and dented bottles. When I reached out I was told that I would need to count the damaged bottles and take pictures. It was a case of over 300 bottles. Such a inconvenience. Why not send me a shipping label so I can return the box and get my money back? From the 20 or so bottles that I pulled out at least 12 of them were damaged. I will get my bottled elsewhere from now on.

Tricorbraun is usually my go to for ordering glass jars, bottles, and caps for my tiny food operation. I find the website to be easy to navigate, making my order time minimal. Shipping is fast, and on the rare occasion something has broken en route, the customer service is fantastic and I have been satisfied with the solutions. The only thing I don't care for is the amount of plastic puff filler in every box. I use glass in part to cut down on plastic waste and my community doesn't have a real drop-off for recycling of the material. I know there is always a cost.

The glass jug is good, very heavy but good. It’s frustrating though that it doesn’t come with a stopper or cap. I had to order a cork separately and it started to mold within the first week of use. Very disappointing. It would also be nice if they sold a carrier with straps or some sort of rubber bottom for the jug..

Our online order came fast and was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, we could not order the caps online... It's odd that it is a problem we have to call in for. Even when we got it ordered on the wholesale side, it was delayed because of someone going on vacation or the order just not being processed through to the warehouse. I have ordered many times and been very pleased with the product received. We have had thousands of jars ordered with only 2 jars having any issues (chipped lip). This last order we did have problems with the boxes with about half of the boxes not being glued properly.
