I recently purchased a product from your company, and upon receipt, I found that it was not what I was expecting. Naturally, I decided to return the product, however, I encountered several challenges in doing so. Challenges Faced Return System Complexity: The process to initiate a return was not as straightforward as anticipated. I found it difficult to navigate the system, which added unnecessary time and effort to an already disappointing situation. Return Shipping Costs: I was surprised to discover that the return fee had significantly increased, potentially tripling or even quadrupling the original cost it took to receive the product. This steep increase in return shipping fees places me in a difficult position, as I am now considering breaking the shipment into smaller packages to manage the costs. Lack of Support Solutions: At present, the company does not offer shipment labels or any alternative solutions to facilitate the return process. This lack of support further complicates the return. Suggestions for Improvement To enhance the customer experience, I recommend the following: Simplify the Return Process: Streamlining the return system and providing clear instructions could help customers like myself navigate the process more efficiently. Consistent Shipping Costs: Ensuring that return shipping fees are more aligned with the original shipping costs would be greatly appreciated and less burdensome for customers. Provide Return Labels: Offering pre-paid return labels or alternative solutions could greatly ease the return process and improve overall customer satisfaction. They’re always quick to process and ship the order. However, I have tried on multiple occasions to get a hold of someone from customer service for a quote on higher volume orders, and have never got a hold of anyone or received a call back. Also, the material used to make the pressure sensitive seals changed a while back and the quality has diminished significantly. The new material is not as adhesive and doesn’t always maintain a seal.

Tricor is VERY easy to work with. They allow you to order NON-Pallet qty which is why I switched to them from their competitor. They also shipped quickly and sent me shipping notification which the competition did not do.

The product itself is wonderful! The shipping left a bit to be desired. I checked the box to set an appointment for shipping and was never contacted. The packaging isn't great. Every box was only taped shut on one end and the cases were stacked open-side down. Thank goodness I unloaded the pallet while in grass and not concrete.

The choice to stack the cases with the open ends facing downward is intentional and based on an important structural consideration: Structural Stability – The open ends of bottles and jars are generally more fragile and prone to chipping or cracking. By shipping them upside down, we place the stronger base downward, which helps protect the integrity of each bottle during transit. This orientation also minimizes movement and tipping, especially when stacked. That said, your point about the one-sided taping and unloading environment is well taken. Purchased the 5 gallon carboy for water. I like that it is tested for several heavy metals including lead, cadmium, and mercury. Tricor will also provide you the 3rd certification on these tests. If you store water in plastic, you may definitely want to switch to this Italian glass carboy. Avoid the petrochemicals, micro plastics , BPA/ BPS, and other contaminants from plastic containers. I went ahead purchased 4 more. Durable, non toxic and practical design. Very happy with the service and fast shipping. [note] glass can have heavy metals too. Not all glass is equal, only buy from company that has an independent certification to confirm no heavy metals. TricorBruan is independently certified and can share the test results, if you request this information.

I bought 6 bottles and six corks. Their corks literally didn’t fit their own bottles. (Family members, friends and even a liquor store owner all confirmed the same.) Their corks are too wide and made of a fake cork material (plastic) so they are rigid and don’t compress like real cork. I spent a very unreasonable amount of time and effort to figure out how to get the corks to fit (even drilling holes in them), but nothing worked. They refunded the corks, which I appreciate, but this didn’t address or resolve the main problem. In the end, I paid $40 ($20 for bottles and $20 for tax and shipping) for bottles that I have no corks for. A very frustrating experience.

There was a few challenges to find what I wanted (user not typing the correct key words), once I figured it out - I was golden. TricourBraun is the only site I will now get my 5ox woozy bottles, dripper inserts, lids, caps, 8oz jars, and one piece lids for the 8oz jars from. I've bought over a Thousand items from them, have not had an issue with anything. Their packaging is beyond awesome. I have recommended them on my Facebook Page.
