    my order was not correct. I had ordered 2 five gallon and 2- three-gallon carboys. what I received was 3 five gallon and one 3 gallon. Not a real bad thing just not what I had ordered. really needed the 3 gallon carboy.

    I was in a bit of a pickle. I had more bottles than caps this year for my maple syrup so I needed 2 dozen caps. When I went to order from Berlin Packaging, they implemented a $100 minimum order with no exemptions. I didn't know what to do since I didn't want to spend $100 for $10 worth of caps! Well, Packaging Options Direct to the rescue!!! Not only do they not institute a minimum, but they had fast, efficient delivery. They have definitely earned a new customer when i need to buy another 100 bottles next year!

    I ordered gallon jars to do lacto fermentation with lemons and limes. They're awesome! Funny story... I thought I was ordering two but accidentally ordered EIGHT! lol... So I guess they're priced great as well. Imagine my surprise when I found that GIANT box on my porch! They were packaged well and shipping was fast. 10/10 would buy again...     I made the largest order in my purchasing history with the company. The order was put together, and from what I’m told it sat waiting for a carrier for several weeks. It seems the delivery was forgotten about. I was told I would be called when the carrier picked up my order from the warehouse by customer service. I received no such call. During peak season for maple syrup production it is unsettling to not have an order come in when it is supposed to, and to not get a call back when the carrier picked it up. Thanks

    Everything worked out fine, but I had to buy 32 bottles. It said they only came in one case units of 32, which was fine enough. But, when I actually got the package it was three packs of 10 bottles and then 2 bottles. Some poor soul had to hand pack those extra 2 bottles. And now I have 8 unused bottles. If someone had to hand pack these bottles anyways, why did I have to buy 32 of them? If they came in packs of 10, why didn't you sell them in packs of 10? And if hand packing 2 bottles wasn't a big deal, why couldn't I just specify the number of bottles I needed? Great bottles for crafts, everyone loved them. I hope whoever is reading this had a good laugh.

    I find the site to be user friendly. Orders usually are on time. I recently had to do a return. Due to my own mistake of ordering the wrong size. They were very nice and was easy to return the items. I prefer to price check before I place a order. Sometimes they are the cheaper one and other times their not. So on average their prices are much like their competitors. If you haven’t ordered from POD yet. Your missing out

    Packaging options direct is very affordable. They are willing to work with small businesses like myself which is becoming rare these days. Their shipping is reasonable and their shipping is fast. I will always continue to do business with packaging options direct because it is the best option for me. I would say though, you have to check the count of what you receive because sometimes the count is off. When that has happened I have reached out to customer service which is only available via email. Only to be ignored. Sometimes the quality of their plastic jars is a little off. They’re wonderful jars, they work well. Sometimes they get a little angled towards the top and your labels won’t sit right. No matter what you do you have wrinkles in your labels which looks very unprofessional. Those jars don’t make it to the shelves. Which is unfortunate because you have spent money on those jars and you cannot use them for what they were purchased for. I do find other uses for them, so it’s not a complete waste.

    I would give the company 5-stars but the shipping company they used lost the package for over a week. They finally found it and from order to delivery was in excess of 2 weeks. HOWEVER, the quality of the merchandise we ordered was second to none! Very high quality that's not found anywhere else (we know, we checked for months trying to find better with no luck in the USA or in China!). Everything the company sells has good pricing and high quality. We depend on the items that we bought to hold our manufactured product line and it's extremely important to us that it's high quality with a good price and these people get 5-stars for that!
