  Even though I ordered the wrong size, the bottles were packed well and I received them pretty quickly. Not easy to find the correct heat shrink bands for bottles. I had wrong size for those as well.

  I use them as glitter storage. The are perfect. Everything is well made. I received then a few days after ordering. I had to contact customer service. I made an order but it was for the wrong ones. They canceled them quickly.

  Ordering the 2 sizes of jar lids was very easy, and the pricing fair. Delivery was quick. My issue is the way the lids were packaged, causing essentially all of the lids to have scratches on them. We had a rush order to get some products to a customer, and had to send them jars with lids that were scratched and scarred. I am expecting a very nasty letter from them soon. The second size of jar lids we did not use at all are sitting in a box waiting to try and return for a refund. With the finish being so smooth and glossy on these lids I am surprised that the packaging was done so poorly.

  We had previously ordered the 4oz amber boston round spray bottles along with the sprayers, the bottles had a rim below the threads that would not allow the sprayers to screw all the way down. With the return shipping and restocking fee it was not worth sending the bottles back. The sprayers themselves work great and will continue to order them.

  Product quality is very good, ordering is easy. Items were packed nicely. The reason for 3 stars is the shipping is very very slow. I ordered and requested 2 day shipping via Fedex, it took me 6 days to get my package. All other vendors I use would have shipped this right away. Great products just be prepared to wait for them.

  Overall I think the order was easy. I would like to see a few more detailed pictures of the tips being used but, in my case they turned out perfect. A few of the bottles were warped due to heat I think. They are very skinny bottles so heat would be the most likely reason that happened. All in all, great product and I will continue to use TricorBraun products!

  My first experience was quick and easy. The second attempt went wrong. The website billed me 3 times for my order. I paid for overnight shipping and received it 4 days later. Once we finally received it, it was a completely different item. We attempted to call and were unsuccessful in getting anyone on the phone. We emailed requesting a shipping slip to send back the wrong item and we still haven't received it. Extremely unfortunate.

  Hi! I purchased some bottles from here and the quality is excellent. They are strong, thick, and great quality. I purchased one case to test it if they were the following: 1. Decent size 2. Strong and durable, 3. Clean and immediately able to be used. All three were checked off! I have to order 4-5 more cases for my event and am 100% confident to do so. I ordered the glass bottles with the Cork tops that the site recommend and they fit perfectly! They are also made with great quality. I can not express my happiness.
