Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with our first order, we went this way through us to get these bottles even though they were a little higher price than getting them locally, but the lead time was 3 days. It took over a week to get them as they missed sending in an invoice to FedEx.

Purchasing from Tricorbraun was not a pleasant experience for an FDA registered facility for GMP manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals. The phone service was broken when trying to get assistance asking us to leave a message instead of waiting on hold. We did not recieve call backs for days later after leaving several messages. are quality technician got in a loop with you guys asking for QMS verification documentation, with your team asking what products we are ordering so they could give us documentation, and us responding with what products we are ordering and asking for documentation. With your team again asking of the products we are ordering. There was also an issue with the cotton needed for packing where i received an email that stated the cotton was on hold due to quality issues, and it was a pain to get ahold of someone to exchange the product with a suitable alternative. also our order did not update so we had no idea if we where doing to get the replacement product in the order. Also the order tracking indicated shipping of 7 boxes when we where expecting 8 so we where worried that the replacement polyester coil was not shipping.

I ordered 5 dz glass bottles, when I tried to order 6 your shipping skyrocketed over 300% which shouldn't be happening. I'm sure Fed Ex can handle another package instead of the system defaulting to LTL for the shipment.

When the overall weight and dimensions of a shipment is increased beyond the threshold for standard shipping, the system defaults to LTL for safety and efficiency reasons. My wonderful Wife of nearly 48 years and my eldest Sister are both breast cancer survivors. Every year, spread out over several months, I had out pink M&M’s or similar candies in small containers. This year, my Wife and Sister are attending a quilting retreat together in Missouri. Little do they know that I have purchased 4 ounce glass containers with lids that now contain an ample snack worthy supply of pink M&M’s. I made up some stick-on labels, and had to arrange sneaky postage from Spokane to Hamilton so that the gifts arrive safe and sound prior to the quilting retreat. Tricorbraun and their on line chat support made the jar and lid selection easy. The jars have been assembled and filled and are headed to a group of 31 ladies in Missouri!

Tricorbraun passed my Customer Satisfaction test their with rapid response when everything didn't go right. After receiving 5 perfect 5 gallon glass carboys, I received one that was broken into pieces. After unpacking the first 5, I knew how well they were packed from the factory. I assume a careless FedEx employee didn't handle it correctly and busted it during shipping. After calming down enough, I emailed TricorBraun on Sunday and explained the problem. They responded by 1000 AM on Monday to inform me that a replacement was on the way.

Good product and quick turnaround time. I like the links to matching lids and orifice reducers you had with the woozy bottles I bought (so I wouldn't get the wrong ones!) Only suggestion: add an alternate shipping option. On my first order (a few dozen caps and reducers, weighing only a couple ounces) shipping was 80% of my total charge!

Having a young family we want to provide the best care for our children and that means filtered water in glass containers. It was smooth choosing the 5 gallon carboy jug. We ordered two and received them on the same date as instructed however one of the jugs was completely shattered thanks to FedEx, we’ve all seen the videos. The website takes some getting used to, but it's not difficult at all to navigate. The ordering process was fast and simple, and the product arrived faster than expected. The really impressive part for me was the packing. Other companies have over packed with loose fill, expanding the dimensions and thus the shipping cost of the product. The use of airbags really cut down on unnecessary volume and I really appreciate that. Also, the products are top of the line quality for a somewhat more accessible price. I appreciate that too.
