I have received part of the order but I am still waiting for the 8oz bottles. It has been more than 2 weeks, and we urgently need them to produce our products. However, there has been no response or notification about the delay. I believe it is necessary to inform customers if there is a delay! Was looking for a glass 5 gallon jug for winemaking. There were several places to get them from, but....in my opinion....very expensive. Definitely overpriced! Did not receive any tracking information after purchase. Tried calling several times during business hours and never got ahold of anyone. Had to email to get any information at all. Turns out, the item was delivered 6 days before I called, unbeknownst to me because our packages get delivered to a mailroom and not my door. So they were hanging around for 6 days and fortunately didn’t get stolen.

I ordered 3 cases of the 1-gallon glass bottles with the finger hole. They shipped out very quickly, and all three cases were packed well. There was an internal box with the bottles and plenty of bubble wrap all around them, which was in a larger box. The FedEx delivery driver tossed them on the porch when they were delivered. I am happy to say no damage occurred to them. Overall, they had the best price, including shipping, and the bottles came in perfect condition. I will be ordering more in the future!. Thanks

Called after 3 weeks with no update to be informed product was backordered with no concrete back in-stock date. Person on phone was very professional and refunded my order but website should be up-to-date and I should have been notified of back order. This was my first order. Not likely to return.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with our first order, we went this way through us to get these bottles even though they were a little higher price than getting them locally, but the lead time was 3 days. It took over a week to get them as they missed sending in an invoice to FedEx.

Purchasing from Tricorbraun was not a pleasant experience for an FDA registered facility for GMP manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals. The phone service was broken when trying to get assistance asking us to leave a message instead of waiting on hold. We did not recieve call backs for days later after leaving several messages. are quality technician got in a loop with you guys asking for QMS verification documentation, with your team asking what products we are ordering so they could give us documentation, and us responding with what products we are ordering and asking for documentation. With your team again asking of the products we are ordering. There was also an issue with the cotton needed for packing where i received an email that stated the cotton was on hold due to quality issues, and it was a pain to get ahold of someone to exchange the product with a suitable alternative. also our order did not update so we had no idea if we where doing to get the replacement product in the order. Also the order tracking indicated shipping of 7 boxes when we where expecting 8 so we where worried that the replacement polyester coil was not shipping.
