  Ricardo was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. He is passionate and informed about Porto and able to guide us to the unique beauty of the city and some special favorites that were not on our radar. He quickly adapted to my husband's interest in architecture and my recently injured knee. He also guided us to an excellent money changer, pharmacy and local lunch spot. One of our best shore excursions and we will return to beautiful Porto.

  Leon was wonderful! Our flight was delayed two hours. However, upon our arrival Leon was waiting holding a sign! We had never been to Toronto and really didn't know what to see. I planned this tour to take up part of our 17.5 hour layover. We had had a very long flight, and I am somewhat impaired as to mobility. Leon put together the perfect first time tour of Toronto for us, it was a great mix of the City's history and future vision, aesthetics, and enormity. Not to mention incredible food!!

  We had the pleasure of Hida's company on a full day tour of Grand Bahama Island. Not only is she extremely well-informed, but she is kind, understanding, and helpful. Her language skills and fluency are remarkable (3 languages when we counted!). She has an excellent understanding of a traveler's needs and what they find interesting and relevant. She brought the island and culture to life for us and we couldn't have done it on our own without her. We have recommended her to our traveling friends.

  We had a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka that was made so wonderful by Chan's guidance for 2 weeks! We were traveling with 2 young children so he had to be flexible to support changes to itineraries. Chan helped us understand a lot of the history behind the various day trips and also gave us a lot of knowledge of Sri Lanka today. One of my children became unwell and needed medical help and Chan was hugely supportive in a difficult situation. Chan is a great guy and a great guide; you can be confident in him!

  Rohan was a very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide. As I was travelling with my two teenage kids and my elderly parents, he planned and recommended an itinerary that suited both the young and the old. He made sure, as per my request, my parents didn't have to walk much to see and enjoy the sights. At the same time he ensured that there were enough activities for my kids and I. We had a truly enjoyable day with Rohan at the Blue Mountains!

  very nice tour into the wine, the langhe area is very nice and the wine private tasting experience was very interesting and very pleasant. marcello is a very smart and kind guide so we were happy to spend our time with him. recommended.

  We want to thank Dara for giving us an unforgettable 3 days at Angkor Wat. Dara's in depth knowledge of the history and culture of the time was excellent. We were overwhelmed with the beauty and workmanship of the temples. It was a pleasure to spend our time with him. He drove us through the complex in a very comfortable car which we especially enjoyed for the air-conditioning breaks. It was very hot and he kept a cooler of cold water for us. It was an amazing visit that we will always cherish.

  I have visited over sixty countries and visited many ruin sites. Emilia was fluent in her home country history and taught me many things I did not know about Sicily. Her passion for her country and history is evident in her energy and enthusiasm. A true delight

  Bethany is an interesting and entertaining guide. She imparted her great knowledge of the history and culture of the region. The personal stories of her life experiences were most interesting. We learned about the architectural styles of Savannah and history of the various buildings. I highly recommend this tour.

  Rachel was amazing. She was very nice and the kids loved her. We had opportunities for many great pics and learned a lot about the history of beautiful Dallas. Despite the rain putting a damper on things, Rachel made it a great time and showed us around and gave us fun facts like where Bonnie and Clyde ate! Her van was perfect and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

  Tomie was a very friendly and informative guide. We enjoyed our five hour tour of Yokohama very much. Originally we had book only for two and met a lady on the ship who was alone and needed to fill in most of the day before heading to Narita Airport. Tomie was happy to accept a third person and helped us with baggage storage before our walking tour and tickets by bus to Narita Airport. She was most helpful and we felt we were in very good hands and enjoyed our brief time exploring Yokohama. Thank you Tomie.

  We had a wonderful and interesting day with Clemente. It was so much more than the packaged tours offered by our cruise line. We saw the tourist spots and the non-tourist spots. We learned so much about the history of Panama on top of the Canal. I would suggest his tour to everyone! We were able to minimize walking and enjoy AC.

  Domenico was a great guide! He was kind, knowledgable, and did a wonderful job of allowing us to see all of Tallinn comfortably. We learned so much about the city's history and current affairs. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Estonia.

  This tour gives a fascinating glimpse into how the kings and very wealthy lived in old Palermo. Outside of the city center with its narrow winding streets and swarming traffic existed a life full of beautiful gardens and houses designed for entertaining. It is hard to imagine that such wealth and luxury existed when looking at the bombed out buildings still left from WWII in Palermo today. Iolanda handled the logistics of this trip perfectly, and she is a font of information about Palermo.

  Aiko is the guide you always wanted to have! She organized the tour very well, knows a lot of things and tells them also. Very friendly and enthousiastic, cares about the people in her group, nothing is too much for her. A personal story in Hiroshima was very impressive. Whenever we come back to Hiroshima we definitively want to go with her again! She is just perfect. Erik and family, The Netherlands

  Jihad was FANTASTIC! Before we arrived he helped us select the perfect itinerary. When we actually arrived it was raining in Jordan. Jihad shifted our itinerary around to avoid poor weather. We traveled with our 4 kids. Jihad was SO GOOD with our children. He is very knowledgable and a great communicator. But most of all he is just an excellent human being. When he learned of my Mom's upcoming birthday he arranged a surprise party and a cake at a local restaurant. I simply cannot recommend Jihad enough!
