  Unfortunately I was only able to view the items but was able to make my selection of pewter mugs from the choices on the web site. Since I was having engraving done I had to talk with a company representative to place my order. My total experience with Thomas Dale was outstanding. I also was amazed at how quick the 3 mugs were engraved, and shipped during the Christmas week. Thank you.

  It has become a tradition to give German Wedding cups to the next generation of my family. To date I have purchased 3 German Wedding Cups from Thomas Dale Company and have been extremely pleased with not only the product but with their excellent customer service.   I am very happy with the quality, service, ease of purchasing and quick delivery of the wedding goblet I ordered. I have ordered several over the years and have always been super pleased with them. The engraving is simply beautiful! I will never go anywhere to purchase this .(Nueremburg wedding cup). It is the most unique wedding gift and the story is included which makes it even more special. Most of the people I have given this to take it out and toast with it in their anniversaries. Others made a shadow box and placed it in there with other moment is of their wedding and have it prominently displayed. Mr. Dale is very professional and a joy to work with to make your gift beautiful and special.I highly recommend him highly.

The Thomas Dale representative was quite helpful in addressing my questions which made my gift selection process much easier. I was even sent a photo showing how my monogrammed gift item would appear with the block initials I had selected. I also received notice of shipping and a tracking number to follow the item through to delivery. The entire process was easy and quick from start to finish..

  Thank you for your order, sorry for your inconvenience. We close twice a year (one week July and two in December). We try to avoid this situation by posting it on every page of our website one week prior and during the week of vacation, announcing the office is closed and orders will ship when we return.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. All my questions answered, service was very prompt, with receipt of my engraved frame within 9 days of placing order. Staff was so helpful and great to work with, providing mock-ups of the engraved frame so I could proof, and responding regarding fonts, sizes, and delivery questions. They were very receptive to changes I wanted after the original mock-up, and gladly sent new mock-ups I will definitely use Thomas Dale again. The frame arrived well cushioned in a sturdy plain white box. Might be nice for the company to consider a more impressive box, perhaps with the company logo or etc. (Mine was a gift.) On the other hand, I found the prices for frames and engraving at Thomas Dale to be far better than competitors, so perhaps keeping costs down for boxes is part of that equation. Thank you, Thomas Dale, for a great experience and a great product! The engraved frame is gorgeous!
