Their sapphires were really stunning, and we appreciate all of the different options and level of customization they offered across the board. Having looked previously at more boutique jewelers, we were happy to find that we could design a similar, unique piece for a fraction of the price through Natural Sapphire and have a more positive experience. Lauren was extremely knowledgable, responsive, friendly, and flexible. She walked us through the entire process, offered us many options, and helped us customize the bands. She shared mockup designs and even 3D printed rings to make us feel really confident in our decision. When the ring and band arrived, we were really happy with the quality of the jewelry. Even when we had to get the ring tweaked, Lauren made that process really simple and smooth. Highly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company for all fine sapphire jewelry.

Verified reviewI love my sapphire, thank you Lauren! I really appreciate that you can order sapphires for preview. It really helps to make a decision on the right one when you can order see multiple sapphires in person and return the others. I especially appreciated that this was an option since I live in Canada, and it involved cross-border shipping, but would caution other Canadians that you'll have to pay customs on every stone you preview and seek refunds for the ones you return. The customs aspects of this process were a bit of hassle, but there's no way around it, and I appreciated how patient and accomodating Lauren and Katherine were during the process. It was worth it to see the stones in person and make a decision that way. I would gladly reccomend Natural Sapphire Company to anyone looking for a sapphire.
