Beyond that, the price was extremely competitive, and the online tools were easy and intuitive. Katherine was also fabulous to work with. She treated me extremely well, never pressured me to upsell, hurry, or do anything but be extremely comfortable and confident in my purchase. I did look on several platforms before purchasing, and it was her superior customer service that ultimately made me feel like I was buying the right ring, at the right price, from the right company.
