  This company is TERRIBLE!! They charged my card, never shipped my item (after waiting 8 months, will not credit my Mastercard for the charge and will not answer the phone. Stay Away!!!

  Very Bad experience. They charged out my purchase, even after I tried to cancel my order by email to support department. I called everyday with no answering or returning a call. I checked with Better Business Bureau and they have a F rating due to orders not received and not being able to contact anyone. I am now going thru my credit card company to dispute this because my product has not shipped yet and it's past their 4-8 days. Do not order or use this company for anything. I will be contacting a lawyer shortly, if no resolution with credit card company

  Well I never received the item. Maybe it was out of stock or something. I gave it 3 and not 1 because at least there was no issue with a refund. I still need to find the item or something simular elsewhere.

  Worst Company I have ever delt with. It took PayPal in less than 5 minutes to refund and close the case. These guys must have history. Ordered aerator pump gasket on the 08/17/2022 and then read BBB reviews company is Rated F and revoked!!!!. This is the copy of the email sent on 8/22/2022 to cancel and no answer. I would prefer to get a refund as the product shows in stock has not shipped and can no longer wait.   I understand the problems our country is having with merchandise availability. I was offered the option to cancel the order and get a refund, which I accepted. The problem is a very inadequate communication network at TGWasteWater. I was not even able to confirm that I wanted a refund because emails were rejected. I sent 7 through Yahoo and 1 through Google. Finally, I sent an email to the address the company uses in Paypal and then I received the notice that a refund would be issued. It is impossible to get anyone to answer when calling customer support. Tried that 3 times and spent many, many minutes waiting for a live person.

  I ordered a pump 28 days ago and it still has not arrived. They took my money but never sent any communications to me. I purchased a pump online from them for around $400. Since then..... No pump, no tracking, no communications, they have not answered their phone, no return calls and no refund. Attempted phone calls to them get automatically put on hold and left for 12 plus minutes before requesting a voice mail! Then they never respond. THEY SUCK!

  Placed order over weekend. According to website they would fill order the following business day. And tracking information was to be sent. Crickets for over a week. No response from any of the emails sent. Tried calling several times; they never answered the phone and could not leave a message with customer service. Ended up cancelling the order two weeks after I placed it.

  Placed my order, they charged my credit card immediately. End of communication. No shipping info. No customer service. Don’t waste your time calling, they keep you on hold for 10 minutes then tell you they are busy, leave a message. I am not sure what is going, but ordered from them a year ago with no issues.   Ordered a pump, expected delivery in 7 day. After 14 days called and waited 15 minutes on hold, then asked to leave a message. No response, the next day, I left another voice message and an email. Days later, I received a email station they have supply issues and did I want a refund. I found the pump locally that day.

  Never received the order. Order was placed prior to July 12, charges were processed on credit card on July 11. Received "Auto Receipt" of charges and an order confirmation also on July 11 telling us once the item shipped we would receive a link to track order. On July 19th had to email customer support to find out where our order was as for we had not received product or shipping information yet. Then received an email late afternoon of 19th telling me I may want TG WasterWater to cancel order and refund the charges becasue the SPI was having manufacturing delays and it would be several weeks. I should not have to be the one jumping through hoops to find my order. I feel TG WasteWater should be aware of shipping problems of manufacturers of products they sell. FYI called your customer support line at 9:03 CST and was on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever picked up the line. Tried calling several more time and put on hold for long lengths of time with no one picking up.

  It's been a month and I still haven't received the part I ordered. Looks like I should have read the reviews on this company first. I get it that shipping delays during this time are pretty common and that's typically not a problem. However, I've emailed and called the company and received no answer back. No information at all. No one has contacted me regarding anything and I can never get a hold of anyone at the listed phone number. I've already contacted my bank to cancel the order.

  I ordered a pump, which showed in stock, and was charged $400 immediately. I received an email that it would be shipped soon. I never received an email confirming shipment, so on the date I was supposed to receive it, I called customer service. I called that number repeatedly over the next week and was never able to speak with anyone, but always pushed to voice mail. No one returned my calls or emails and a month later, I still have not received the pump or any communication from this vendor. I submitted a fraud request through my credit card company and have filed a complaint. This is a horrible company. Do not do business with them.

  Navigation could have been a little easier to find the 16 inch riser kit. Just be patient if your order has free shipping. My order took 8 days to dispatch, but was received 3 days later. Pricing was the best available.

  The website indicated that a particular item was IN STOCK. I ordered and paid with PayPal. Days went by and the promised email containing a tracking number never arrived. I emailed "customer service" to ask when my item would be shipped. I got a reply saying they were "having delays" with the item. I replied, wondering why the website said the item was in stock. No reply. I emailed asking how long the delay would be. No reply. I emailed to cancel my order and request a refund. No reply. My experience reflects what a great many people have also experienced -- order, pay, never receive item. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  Little disappointing this time. Order was placed a while back and I was starting to wonder if I had been forgotten. Glad shipment is on the way.   Placed order with this company as item I desired was supposedly in stock. Web site reads that item was to ship in 5 to 8 business days. My credit card was charged within two days for this item. Now, almost one month later I have my credit card company "investigating" as no one answers the telephone in the customer service department. Cannot reach anyone at this company, and my item has never arrived although my credit card has been charged. I want my item but cannot get any help from tgwastewater.com. Would never recommend them at this point. Where is my item?? And why do they have a "customer service department" with no on the phones??

  I ORDER 2 REPAIR KITS ON MONDAY. THEY ARRIVED SATURDAY. I PURCHASE MY BLUE DIAMOND ET60 11/17/2017. IT RAN 4 1/2 YEARS CONSTANTLY BEFORE NEEDING REPAIR PART. MY BROTHER FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE BOOKLET THAT CAME WITH THE SEPTIC PUMP. WE HAD IT RUNNING IN A HOUR. THIS SEPTIC PUMP AND REPAIR KIT WAS THE BEST PURCHASE I MADE FOR MY SEPTIC SYSTEM. I HAD 2 OF THE OTHER TYPE THEY DIDN'T LAST VERY LONG. THE COST AND I HAD ONE REPAIRED WASN'T WORTH IT.

  I placed my order for chlorine tablets for my septic system. Almost immediately $145 was put on my credit card. Okay no problem but after over 2 weeks My order never came. For 2 days straight I called the customer service number but never an answer. Finally I emailed them and asked to cancel the order. Luckily within 24 hrs they canceled the order and refunded my credit card. Customer service very poor. Will not order from them again.

When I didn’t receive any communication at all from them after a number of days I tried to contact by phone a couple times but could only leave message / no call back ! Tried online message about issue and to see what was going on but nothing ? Went through pay pal to check on issue and they cancelled the order . No communication at all . If there was a problem they could have at least let me know . Not a single attempt to communicate with me ever . No customer service at all ‘

  Ordered a control panel, they charged me right away. Sent me a notification that it would be sent, and I'd get a Tracking Number. They never sent it, never answered the phone, they finally answered an email. The part is on backorder, but they will try and contact the manufacturer. It's been 8 days! You could've contacted me, and given me a list of comparable parts that you DO have in stock! Why would you sell me something that you don't even have anyway. Why would your site say that the item is in stock, when it's not. If you ever want to get what you have been charged for, order from somewhere else.

  Lot of room for improvement regarding communication with customers. Received a box with 1 of 6 items ordered. Called, texted, emailed from my computer and contacted through the website. 4 days later a package with 5 of 6 items arrived. Nothing on the labels saying 1 of 2, 2 of 2 boxes. I received a reply to my inquiries after I had already installed the hardware. Needless to say. If I had had a response vie text or email letting me know my order was coming in multiple boxes or had it been on the shipping labels or on a ticket inside the boxes it would have been a lot less stressful on my part. Customer service communication is lacking.

  Found product no problem. Received product on a timely manner. Product didn't last 3 days before breaking apart. Tried calling customer service on many occasions and got no response. Tried contacting through online service and have yet been contacted back from anyone. I do not recommend because you cannot contact anyone when you have a problem, or they do not respond back at all.

  TG Wastewater charged me before shipping and they never shipped the item. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The BBB also revoked TG Wastewaters BBB approval in 2021. Go by the BBB website and look at all of the complaints.

  Do not order from them!!!! I ordered the first week of August 2021. It is now March 2022. I still have not received my product. I have sent several emails telling them to cancel my order and credit back my money. They have been totally unresponsive.   Tag on pilot duty switch indicates it contains mercury. The web site description of the item indicates the mechanical switch is suitable for water systems and does not list that it contains mercury. Sent email to tgwastewater on Mar 6. No response on Mar 10.
