  I order a pump in October 2021. Never received any kind of update so in December I called to check on it after sending emails. After a discussion of Covid delays, they assured me that it would be in and shipped out in two weeks. Three weeks later I call to check. The pump was somehow not shipped or misplaced. They were Working on it. January 2022, after 2 weeks I call again. They say they have it and will ship it immediately. February 2022, I am done. I send an email demanding either the pump or a refund. The next day I get an email confirming a refund with no information, apology, or explanation.

  This company is dishonest. They claimed to have an item in stock so I purchased. The item was not in stock and they let me know there would be a delay. I would check back in (they were not proactive about this) and they would say there is still a delay. Months later, I am asking for a refund and they are not responding. They have false information on the website about what is in stock, they are poor communicators, they are not able to deliver the product and they are not responding to my request for a refund. I also emailed the manuf of the product TG Wastewater is selling, TG Wastewater is not an approved seller of the product. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

  Making the order was simple and easy. I was disappointed by the lack of communication about the order. I paid extra for expedited shipping and when I reached out to customer service on a Friday during business hours - the phone call was never answered - I made multiple attempts throughout the day. An email response was given 2 days after the request for an update. Part of my order was out of stock and would take weeks to be available. I would have appreciated knowing this much sooner, as our project is time sensitive and I needed to make other arrangements. I appreciate the ease in cancelling the order and refunding the money because of this delay.

  Needed a pump fast because mine failed. I paid extra for overnight shipping, but after 2 days it had not shipped. Tried calling several times, left voicemail, sent e-mails but no response. I finally had to get the pump somewhere else. They finally responded to an e-mail request to cancel my order and refund my money so I gave 1 star back. Apparently they are having product delays - which is understandable. However, they shouldn't allow the product to be ordered (especially overnight shipping) and need to communicate to customers letting them know the shortage.

  It has been over a week and I haven’t heard a word about my order. When I ordered the item was in stock and I was supposed to be notified when the item was shipped and given tracking information. I have yet to hear anything. I emailed the person that was supposed to be in charge of my order. No information was forthcoming. I wonder if I will ever see my product or my money.   Terrible company, terrible customer service! I ordered a month ago and my order still has not shipped. I’ve called nearly 75 times and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve emailed the company as well, still no response. I spent $300 on an item to never receive it and now my bank says it will take 45 days to look into the transaction and possibly receive a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT RECEIVE ANYTHING!

  I placed an order in the amount of $575.91 to TG Wastewater on 9/13/21. It is now 9/27/21 and I've recieved no shipping information or any other information related to the order except for an order confirmation emailed to me when my order was placed on 9/23. My credit card was charged for the full amount of $575.91 whenb I placed the order. I've had zero response of any kind since that time, no projected shipping date or anything that a person would would normally expect to recieve. I called TG Wastewater on 9/22 but had to leave a message with my name and ph. # in which the recording said someone would return my call. I recv'd. no call back. I called again on 9/24 and went through the same process again with no call back. On 9/24 I also sent an email to them requesting a return response with information about my order and have still recv'd. no response of any kind. Today, 9/27, with still no response of any kind I contacted my credit card co. and requested their help in cancelling my order for this. TG Wastewater appears to have zero customer service and not a co. that I prefer to do business with.

  With a project deadline, I ordered the product. The website assured notification of shipping and 5-8 day delivery. After 9 days, product not received. No shipping information, no notice of backorder. Called in to find the order sitting in their warehouse. Would you be happy? Cancelled order, will not be shopping there again.
