  Product arrived quickly with no shipping cost which was great. The septic riser kit came complete and easy to install...especially when I figured out a hammer -drill was a much better way to drill holes.

  I purchased PolyLok base adaptors, 12" and 6" risers and flat tops. The actual depth flush to the ground surface was not equal to the height of the components so the risers were modified (cut) to make flush. I don't know if the "Tuff Stuff", or what ever the name of the other type is, would have worked in this case. The Poly Loc worked great. Had to use 1/4-20 SS screws for the lid which also worked out great. Well designed system.

  When I had my septic tank pumped recently, the concrete covers were falling apart. I found you guys on line and ordered one lid to see if it would fit. It was the wrong size (by the way, may I return it?) so I sent questions to you guys for info on what I needed and received a prompt reply and ordered the two "extenders" I needed along with the right sized covers. Coincidently, I received them yesterday and installed them today (perfect fit) and I am a happy camper. Thank you guys so much!
