  The product I ordered was a replacement battery for my Kindle Voyager. The order was processed efficiently and subsequent communication was good. I was not thrilled with the high cost of shipping for such a small/lightweight item, especially considering the fact that although the item was delivered on the proposed date, it was actually delivered to the wrong address in a different state. The carrier instructed me to file a claim so I immediately attempted to contact the seller, but because it was after hours on a Friday, I could not communicate with anyone at that time. Sometime over the weekend, the seller responded to my email and stated they would handle the claim themselves and send out a replacement battery, which shipped on the following Tuesday. I received the new battery the following week, installed it without difficulty, and it functions properly.

  I needed the batteries for a Eaton 5S UPS. They came on time, in a box that the delivery service had treated poorly but in packaging that survived it well. The batteries fit the UPS and they work. The company explained that you needed to keep the original harness; that probably made the purchase cheaper. What else can you ask for?

  In all, I have batteries by a respected battery manufacture, that fit in the UPS's battery cavity without any problem. I've got a good battery for a good price. Think about it, A name brand battery for much less than APC will sell you one, and a smaller vendor gets to make a little money at the same time. APC must be able to buy the batteries for less, due to the shear number they buy. So even if APC sold you the batteries at the nicer price that High-Tech does, APC will be raking in a greater profit for a battery they buy from a third party anyway. So, why give APC your hard earned dollars? All you get for the added $$ you'd give APC, is a couple of stickers. Stickers that hide the real battery manufactures name and model designation. Go ahead and peel them off the old battery, and you'll see for yourself. Don't hesitate to give High-Tech your business. The batteries I received were packed with dense foam padding, and arrived quickly without any scaring from shipping. (I didn't beg for or receive a discount, I Paid the asking price for the batteries that I received.)

  Hello Scott, The battery that you should have received is a 6N6-3B, what is the part number of the battery that you had received? If you did receive this part number then please let me know what the part number of your original battery is.

  I don’t have the old battery but the one you sent PN# 6N6-3B will not fit in the slot where the battery goes. When I Google other battery companies the number they provide is X6N6-3B and this battery looks like the battery in the Honda 1975 XL 250 manual.

  I called the customer service number and was told that the 3 Ah rating sizes were identical in size. That was a major concern because there was a very limited volume to fit the replacement battery into. I ordered one and it was an exact replacement, was charged and ready to go when I received it. I put it in and used it immediately.
