  I love swagbucks. There are times when I’m not credited for the activities I complete and that is a bummer. But I am usually able to email customer service for help and they can fix the problem!

  I've ordered quite a lot off Swagbucks site. They are usually good. I recommend shopping SB first, before going anywhere else. You get a great deal, and the vendors come through. and if you're on ebay or walmart, always click the SB icon. I do wish walmart and sams deliveries counted 1 SB per dollar, but I am still thrilled with it.

  It should not send surveys that have already met quota or that are duplicative. Screening could be better for this. Otherwise it is very dynamic way to save money by having a little bit put back in your pocket.

  I have been doing surveys for swag bucks for almost 2 years now. They are honest definitely above board and I get paid on just about every single survey or activity that I do or take part in. Usually if there’s a problem it is on my end and they help me resolve it quickly! It took me a lot of research to make this place my number one place for taking surveys or being able to get products to test! I did a product survey and received a brand new vacuum cleaner! A very expensive vacuum cleaner and they let me keep it… Yeah I definitely love this place just a quaint yourself with the website because I got lost a lot at first definitely worth it. Kris

  I find the customer service staff is exemplary in their delivery of services. As far as I’m concerned their the best in the survey business. I’m in a dispute not with customer service but with a survey that was on their site. You can look up my communication with yourselves and regarding points that were unceremoniously denied for my honest and consideration work ,in order to complying with their invitation to participate in a survey. Just to make myself clear, I’m not complaining about Customer Service, but with the unethical behavior of one of their surveys. Their customer service has always been very professional and has shown me nothing but excellent service.

  I redeemed my Swagbucks for 2 $10 Paypal. The money was in my account the next day. I also received a 75 SB rebate from winning a game and a 55 SB rebate for my Birthday Swag-UP. Swagbucks is awesome. Watch out for some glitches but they are readily addressed.

  I love swagbucks. It has even helped me get through tough financial times by allowing points to be redeemed with paypal. Sometimes though, surveys are not credited which can be frustrating after you spend 45 minutes on one, but it is not often and can be resolved with sending a support ticket, but that just takes time. But for the most part I think everyone should partake in Swagbucks!

  I’ve actually made over $300 on there in the course of a year give or take. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because it can take up to 5 days to pay out. Instant payout would be nice. Also when you do big ticket surveys and offers they pend for 32 days and it has to be a better verification system. Other than that they always payout. They’re a great way to make extra cash for food and gas.

  Was banned from gold surveys after explaining the difficulty with completing them on mobile android device. The daily to do list cannot be completed unless gold surveys are done. Daily occurrence of completing surveys and not being credited, to the tune of probably 10,000 SB over the course of the years. Then, when I voiced the loss of SB as a result of this, I was banned from gold surveys. Thanks for the customer recognition.

  Then why not reinstate the gold surveys on my account? I have explained this issue until blue in the face and have not received any satisfaction. Check your member forum page, there are hundreds of people with the same issue.

  They are very consistent, and I've never had any problems receiving rewards from them. The only issue with them, and other sites, is that the screening process for surveys should be more consistent, as it can be hard, at times, to qualify for surveys.

  I keep wasting my time trying surveys sometimes up to 1 hour , just to not receive credit . I also passed a game to the level required and it promised 2500sb and I only got 1000sb . I’m so tired of it, I won’t be trying surveys anymore at all! I contacted customers service, submitted a ticket and have been ignored over and over again ! Before they would verify and credit us . But now it’s just a plain waste of time .

  A lot lately I have either been kicked out of a survey or being accused of changing my answers from survey to survey. I also feel that most of the surveys are addressed to a very young generation and not for the more 65+ generation. Also the more computer savvy generation. The surveys want to know when are you going to buy this & when are you going to buy that. Not everyone thinks about buying things all the time with the economy the way it is right now.

  It's getting harder to make money on Swagbucks, no videos, no more easy offers. I'm lucky if i make 25 cents a day but when i joined years ago i was making at least $10 or more a day, so sad!

  Mostly, I have had very good experiences with SB. There have been times that I was kicked out of surveys or not paid for surveys although was told I would be and it seemed like too much trouble to pursue. Otherwise, I feel as though this is a good company and it has helped me earn a little money that otherwise I would not have.
