  I have been completing surveys on Swagbucks for several years. I regularly redeem SB points for gift cards. Swagbucks has never cheated me or failed to deliver the gift cards I have ordered. There are many cards to choose from, and the gift cards are easy to redeem The service is fast - usually from one to three days to receive the online order code. You won't get rich taking surveys on this site, but this is an easy and dependable way to receive no cost to you gift cards for Amazon, Walmart, restaurants, etc. Complete the surveys in your spare time, whenever you want and as often as you want to earn redeemable points. Some of the gifts cards redeem for as little as $1.00 to $3.00, and up to $500.00 per card. I have personally earned up to $250.00 from just one survey. I am 70 years old. I am widowed and live alone. I support myself on a fixed income.   It is very easy to redeem rewards. They give a nice variety of rewards. My only frustration is completing surveys and not getting credit for its completion despite providing proof that you completed it. There’s no human being to contact. When a concern is submitted, it’s hard to get a response back.

  Swagbucks offers are great. Sometimes Getting issues resolved is very difficult and frost trying because you can’t speak with anyone. I have so many “open tickets “ right now neciSe of issues that I can’t get resolved.

  Website has inconsistent customer service. When you purchase using their app and is supposed to give you back sb for purchasing through their app but the pending reward back never appears. So when you contact them and are told to wait 72 days to be rewarded but the issue is that it isnt even showing up as pending. And when the 72 days comes and you send them the screen shots of the purchases. They respond with they dont have records of the purchase and tell you too bad so they wont honor it and reward you. Regardless of proof they will still ignore you and make you waste months to tell you too bad

  Swagbucks mostly is fine, easy to use. However, I have encountered a few tech issues with surveys that freeze up or just blank out, when I'm almost completed it. I contacted their support, I give them screenshots of the problems, and still no communication or fixing it, so I lost that credit for that survey.

  I have really enjoyed doing Swagbucks for at least 10 years but almost none of the offers I do and coupon prints I do actually give me credit. Also, way too many surveys do not credit when you complete them even after announcing on the screen that you are done/completed. The might dq you then and give you 1 point but most of the time you expect to see your sb credit and they never do. I know there are other glitchy things that are very disheartening when you don't get the credit for the "activity" of some sort that you have just done or never get credited in the future. I have tried at least 5 different browsers and clear out my cookies, cache, temporary internet files often. I just don't get what the problems are or what to do.

  the process for redeeming points is easy overall. It does take extra step to verify the purchase, but this is for security reasons, so no big deal. It takes about 3 days or so for the reward to be available in Paypal.

  I've never had an issue redeeming my Swagbucks for coupons. I usually redeem for PayPal cards but have also done Visa Gift Cards. They arrive quickly and it's a nice way to earn a little extra spending money without doing anything too strenuous.

  Swagbucks does a great job sending their rewards. They are very quick and their customer service is great.

  Earn SBs and redeemed them frequently. I have taken myriad of surveys and few group studies and earn points and redeemed them for virtual visa cards; had no issues with them!

  The only negative feedback is i think they are to slow in issuing the gift cards when you redeem points

  Can shut you down for no reason and take a long time to respond to tickets, but I've also made a great amount of cashback with them.
