  The gift offerings are comprehensive but the delivery time is excruciatingly slow in comparison to many of SWAGBUCKS peers and competitors. The last 6+ months I have been spending more time and money on those other platforms. Why does SWAGBUCKS not have instant email delivery like the others; many who are smaller younger companies in comparison to SWAGBUCKS’s very established portal. Lastly, the website and mobile app often is very bugging and glitchy not to mention looking very dated and clunky.

  I just wish the surveys would ask about products for example tvs based off brands like Samsung and give a lot of point like 500 and if I doesn't want my opinions give me like 200 points for incomplete not 1 , 2 , 3 or 5 points 10 mins of wasted time

  It's an ok way to spend your time. There are multiple options to earn rewards. Maybe it's just me, but every time I select one of the higher rewarding options, it kicks me out without any rewards. Another thing that's irritating is that very few of the surveys finish in the time that's posted. If you have a few extra hours and want to make a couple of bucks, this is the site for you...

  Some games you have to download to get the swagbucks are glitchy and it's so difficult to get in touch with you all to report it. Maybe have someone make sure the games are ok before posting it to the site for us to download.

  My order was received quickly and the code was worked as expected. My only complaint is that on the site where I was to get the gift code I could not highlight and copy it on mobile as it was a link to the playstore which I didnt want to use since I wanted it on a different account than on the browser. I could make quite a few complaints about Swagbuck however with the removal of Watch but at least I can make some points a day alternative although no where near as much as before, but at least I've always been able to cash in my points without much hassle.
