Ordered online, took a whole 24 hours for me to get my stuff. And that’s not because they reached out to me. I went to go check and see at the store and the order was just sitting there by the register . And it’s impossible to reach that specific store. This has been one of the worst retailers I have dealt with. I ordered some products through them online and when the package arrived it was broken and nothing was inside. I had purchased two larger liquid supplement bottles so this bag was a poor choice to be shipped in anyways. I contacted them and they said they would resend the package for free. Another week goes by and it says that the package couldn't be delivered nor sent back to the sender. When I contacted them again regarding the second mistake I asked for a refund. They were hardly apologetic and did not try to help with locating the package at all. It's been in total a month now and I have still yet to receive my refund. Terrible customer service, will never buy from them again.

I purchased 2 items. It didn't start shipping for 3 business days. It was over the weekend so 5 days without it leaving there place. When I realized they printed the wrong address on my order I reached out and told them by email they have my order messed up. They didn't respond for 2 days. They didn't change the address before it got to whereever it got to. No one knows. Then the day it arrived I sent them an email that no one knows where it is. They said give it 24 hours to show up. It never did. Finally I asked for a customer service phone number. 2 days later I received one by email. I finally left the order up to God and let them do whatever they wanted. Thank God God is good. I received an order almost 20 days after ordering one. They did send me a free order behind the replacement. I'm not sure if that was a mistake to. I did email two different customer service people through out the process. I'm using the products 6 days a week. We will see by the end of this cycle if I have any gains. I may order again I may not.

I am very disappointed with my experience with supplementxpress. Upon receiving my first order, to my surprise I received the wrong items. I contacted SE to immediately notifying them of the error. It did take a little bit but I did receive the correct items. Then I got an email stating that a product I ordered was a certain price that didn’t reflect the same on the website so when I contacted them about this they wouldn’t honor it. It was another mistake on their end. It seems like a lot of mistakes are being made over there and it appears the consumer doesn’t matter. Where is integrity and honor these days? I would be very hesitate to place any future orders after this unless they tighten up.
