  The Olympus battery grip arrived quickly, well packaged, as described and in very good condition. I am very pleased with my purchase it gives me an extra battery and better handling with a long telephoto fitted. In my experience you are better off looking at independent camera shops like Stock It All DEPOT than Ebay where prices are inflated. Thank you Stock It All.

  Quick but incomplete I ordered a FujiFilm DE100 cartridge for a Fujifilm DE100 printer and I received the item but the screw needed with it was missing from the package. I had to go to a retail store to find and buy one otherwise I could lose my accessory when underneath.

  Setting the mark for customer service. These guys really got out of their way to assist with an international order, with some peculiarities.   Good but slow Ordered a screen protector for an Oceanic dive computer. Ordering was fine, the website is good. Communication about the order was OK but it did take a while to get dispatched, about a week I think. Arrived in good time after that though. All good, just a bit slow, I assume down to stock.

  Poor prices Sold a brand new camera to them boxed with charger worth $1,075. Got offered $525. I accepted because I need the money but I know this is a rip off, they’ll resell it for close to $950

  I have always found staff and service very good. However one comment. Post and packaging isn't cheap and my items could have been packed to go through the letter box. Sadly they were not, and so I had to go and get them from the sorting office instead. a real nuisance.

  Online order wasn't processed for over a week. I placed an order for a camera case online after having to create an account & accept numerous egifts etc. (was a bit fo a faff) I assumed my order was sorted and on it's way (just taking it's time) rang them up around 7 days later and they said my order has never been processed.. this being said they did send it special delivery the next day which was a good thing

  Very slow. Eight days to send the item. I bought a len's shade from Stock It All DEPOT (January. 2022). In their web it said they had it in stock. However, It took eight days for them to send it, and two further days to arrive (New York to North Dakota, mind you). I believe they didn't have it in stock, just ordered from some other distributor when I bought it from them. Otherwise they are absurdly inefficient fullfilling their orders. Eight days for 1 item!

  Super Pleased and Highly Recommend. I was hesitant to order from this company, but after reading good reviews I decided to take a chance; so happy I did! The shipping was immediate and fast.   My Nikon Z5 Camera did not arrive indeed It was delivered to wrong address due to incorrect labelling. I Rang to follow this up on Saturday morning and there was no one answering the phone. I will not use Stock It all depot again or recommend due to my experience with them.

  Outstanding service. I was on the hunt to find a Lens Adapter as my last one was on its way out. I happened to come across Stock It all and I'm so glad that I did. It Took sometime for them to deliver the adapter, but it was new as promised and the price was fair, So far the adapter works flawlessly with my camera and I have to say I'm very pleased with my purchase.   This was a small order (TAMRAC® Goblin Lens Pouch), it it was treated like a $3,000 camera order. Good price, well packed and delivered quickly. I have bought a number of used lenses from SIAD in the past year and I could not be more impressed with the service I have received.

  Fast delivery and great price. Couldn’t find the specific Sony a7 II camera I was looking for at a decent price anywhere but Stock It all Depot had one in stock. I finally decided to purchase from them and was very pleased. They shipped it the same day and I received It within 2 days! The camera was packaged in original box and in excellent condition. I have been using it for over a month now and am extremely happy with it. Great experience.

  Great return policy. I had purchased a Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Mark II for a great price but the camera did not feel right in my hands. SIAD has a great hassle free return policy and I returned the camera after a few test shoots. I know I will like the Sony a7R III and again lucked out with a great discount price. I have a X-T1 which I love but it is getting long in the tooth. Sorry I had to return the Lumix. I wish you had a outlet in AZ. Thanks SIAD.

  UPS lets them down Stock It All's could be a great company but for its use of UPS. They give zero notification of out for delivery etc, unlike DHL who also use electric vans. UPS are in dirty old diesels. Other well known rivals use DHL so come on Stock It All!

  Nikon Monarch 7 10x42 Binoculars The binoculars are superb...mail tracking was awful as its not tracked after it leaves New York until you sign for it on delivery so no idea when its actually going to turn up...did arrive within the 5-8 day slot that it advised when I placed the order

  Genuine product works fine, not an NYC depot though! Product works fine and is 100% genuine. Wasn't aware that the item was being posted from NJ though! Thought the company was dispatching from NY until I received a tracking email from ups courier services! Took around 8-10 days or so to finally arrive but it was worth the wait for a cheaper price!

  Very disappointed. We traded in all of our camera equipment and received a lot less then we were hoping for after putting an honest review in the product condition. We request a few items back which came back damaged after having Stock It All's advise it was taken apart for inspection. This lens was quoted to be $500 and has came back worthless. Emailed and they are saying there’s nothing they can do. I am so disappointed with this camera DEPOT from start to finish nothing was a positive experience. I would suggest using another company from no on.

  Mavic pro Very professional service but I don't recommend the Mavic pro, great device except in strong wind it blows away and seagulls will take it down. Lost 2 Mavics in one week. I cannot fault Stock It All DEPOT though and would deffo recommend

  I ordered a Nikon remote control unit but was faulty on arrival. I contacted SIAD and spoke to Marlon who replaced it within 22 hours. I also ordered a new Nikon Lens on Bank Holiday Monday and it arrived 48 hrs later post free. If that is not excellent quality and service, I don't know what is. Well done SIAD . I will be a regular customer. Thank you.

  I ordered a black Olympus Pen WPL10 only to be told that they could not supply. I was, however, informed immediately with an apology and the refund was processed immediately. When attempting to get the camera from an alternative supplier I realized that Stock It All DEPOT had faced a genuinely difficult supply situation so I feel no grudge against them. Also, I did order a lens through them and it arrived very quickly and safely so I am very pleased.

  The camera is worth every penny. I ordered a Canon 5D Mark IV camera and took advantage of the 3% off. I was informed at every stage about what was happening, the camera arrived in a couple of days and I'm quite pleased with the performance. It's even Better than my previous canon 5Ds R, I would happily recommend Stock It all depot.

  I was a little apprehensive at first with spending such a lot of money on a telephoto lens from a company I had not used before but The whole experience was excellent from looking for the lens on the site to having contact via e-mail throughout the transaction.   I'm not sure where to start - Stock It All DEPOT is dodgy as heck. First up, I hardly ever post poor reviews online about businesses. However, my first-time customer experience with Stock It All has been absolutely appalling. I've been lied to, promised action but not received any follow-up, not had calls returned and am still waiting for an order to be shipped when my item is DEFINITELY in stock at multiple locations. There's nothing else for me to say except: AVOID Stock It All like a plague.

  Smooth as Silk This is my first purchase from Stock It All DEPOT, My Mavic pro was delivered 4 days from being in stock. Very happy. One battery had a charging fault and again Scott came through... 5 business days from returning the battery i received a new replacement. Smooth as silk.   Great Package for novice eyes. I finally got a DSLR after years of point and shoot and phone photography. The salesperson was spot on in suggesting this camera for me.   Ilford FP4 Excellent grain structure, though not a really 'fine grain' film. Harsh and very touchy in development, need some sort of automated processing if you plan to use this film.

  They have everything you could ever need in this store. I've bought a few lens here, but the one time I asked them to price match they refused. And that was it, apparently the price match price was below their cost. Ok, fine, but at least meet me halfway? Nope, full price or nothing. They felt a little snobby to me. Which is fine, there are other camera stores in New York that I can go-to.

  Ordered an item online, got the ready for pick up email. By the time I got there, all the staffs drew a blink and had no idea where or what is the order about. 3 sales person and 20 min of my time, they figure out they enter the order number at the wrong section of their system.. REEALLLY??? Also, brought online a $3000 camera and manage to put in a complete different name and shipping address. No customer service and left me yo-yo back and forth with FedEx. At one point I, yes the customer, be responsible to locate the item? After 3 weeks of nightmare, finally got my camera. In summary, I would like to support local business but you guys just pain awful to deal with.. I am taking my business somewhere else.

  Incredible Service and Superior Sales Ethics I had an extraordinary salesperson at SIAD, Stuart Hill. He was honest, helpful, and a straight shooter; he has a confluence of all the qualities one would hope for when they are about to make a serious purchase and needed sound, measured advice. If everyone had the integrity and qualities that are true to Mr. Hill, the retail environment would be a fine place to shop.   A month before I purchased this camera I had purchased another Nikon d850 from Sammy's Camera, California and it was my first FX format camera and instantly fell in love and while on a trip to New Orleans I had my camera and several lenses stolen.   I purchased this K-70 DSLR camera as an upgrade from my Pentax Kx. I started SLR with a K1000, which I still have. I went with the K70 mainly because my older lenses will work with it. The camera is great. I am still learning the new functions, but am very impressed with it. I was also very impressed with the Stock It All's staff for answering my questions during the decision making process. Thank you for that.
