  Great service. I ordered my camera online on Tuesday morning and received it on the following morning. This is a family run business where your custom is appreciated. One part of my order wasn't a suitable accessory and they were quick to call and discuss an alternative. All in all, great service, would definitely use again.

  Unfortunate Issue but Stellar Customer Service as always Recently had an issue with one of the lens fogging up on the inside of the lens only despite following typical protocol, SIAD didn't even batter an eyelid and had it swapped out without question. A solid service and a trusted retailer.

  Do not use, I bought a Canon camera on 27th November, supplied by Stock It All DEPOT. The product was never in stock or posted, even though it was listed as dispatched on my website account. Stock It All have to take some responsibility for the businesses and conn merchants that they allow to advertise on their site.

  I purchased a canon RF 24-105L lens. 4 days later it arrived at my door. This is my third major purchase with SIAD and every one of them has been seamless. They send the tracking number as soon as it’s available and you can track your package all the way. Fantastic service. I’ve recommended them to friends and their experience has been the same.

  Advice for novices I needed advice on purchasing a 'beginners to birdwatching' pair of binoculars without over committing to price.   Overall excellent and efficient service at Stock It All Depot and very helpful and friendly on the phone in resolving any issues. Part exchange process worked well and free postage using FedX (also v good). Only gripe was the card validation service which delayed the payment and delivery but all got sorted after few days using PayPal but hence 4* not 5!!

  Perhaps it should have been 5 stars! Recently ordered a Canon R6 together with an EF-RF mount converter. R6 received but mount converter out of stock. Was able to change mount converter for an alternative brand after a short phone call so everything is fine now. Having checked other suppliers (including Canon) everyone seems to be out of stock of this item so perhaps the rating should have been 5*.

  Hexagonal Plate for tripod Another great piece from SIAD. As happens with loose equipment parts, I lost the plate. Was so happy to find it here at SIAD, knowing that I could trust its quality and delivery time. The new camera I purchased from did not look pristine and the box (which is usually not sealed) looked it was open, as all the contents seemed ruffled.. the plastic covers were all crinkled.. One of the plastic bags having the shoulder strap was partly torn .. unless they ship these direct from the manufacturer in this condition… I felt someone had either returned it or someone had a rummage around!! I won’t be shopping from Stockitalldepot.com again.

  1st Class Service. I bought a lens recently through Ebay and it was meant to be delivered to my local dealer. Somehow, the delivery company returned it to the shop. Stuart from Stock It All DEPOT quickly sorted it out and sent the lens by DHL Special Delivery - Saturday delivery as I was away in Michigan.   Large range of equipment and fast delivery So far, I've bought a mobile gimbal, 11mm f4 Irix lens and a Nikon Z6 24-70mm lens from them. Their prices are no more and no less than other camera dealers (i.e. BH Photo-Video, KEH.com, ADORAMA, etc.) but for me the main reason for choosing Stock It All is they offer 12 months interest free credit via Synchrony Finance, which allows me to spread the cost of the equipment over a year. I've had no complaints and as long as they continue to offer this level of service then I'd be happy to buy from them in the future.

A little shipping error meant I received the wrong product but Stuart was super helpful, apologetic and friendly, he made it his mission to get me my Ricoh GRiii on the predicted day anyway.   Better than expected! I wasn't sure what the quality of this item would be but I knew that Stock It ALL only sells awesome equipment so I took a chance. I was pleased to find that it was a duplicate of the one that came with the tripod I bought from Stock It All. It's high quality and heavy duty so it should last a long time. Now I don't have to swap one from camera to camera during a shoot.

  I lost the instructions for my new telescope so i phoned and spoke to Scott. He was very helpful. Although he couldn't find the exact one for me he sent me two pdf's and a link for a YouTube video. I managed to put the telescope together in under an hour. I'm thankful for all his help.

  Great image quality and versatility in a small package***** Very satisfied with the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII. This camera is awesome. Photos are crisp and sharp. The zoom part is more detailed than I expected. If you do not own this camera. Go out and purchase it at Stock It All DEPOT.

  Well, my Tamron 24-70mm F2.8 G2 lens was broken after 2 years and half (an o'ring was moving into the lens). I've sent my lens to Stock It All Depot to repair according the Tamron warranty. In only 5 days, I shipped my lens (with a normal priority, Stock It All depot received my parcel in 3 days) and I received my lens really quickly. Stock It All used less than 2 days to fix and sent back to me (from New York to Massachusetts ). REALLY QUICK!!! Thanks a lot guys!

  Strobe (Flash) Lighting I ordered the FJ200 on a shoot just the other day and it worked flawlessly and it's nice to complete a shoot on one battery charge. These are super portable and pack a nice little punch of light for such a compact package. My expectations were blown out of the water on an outdoor shoot for a law firm with this little yet extremely impressive light! Portability is key!

  The shipment email came but there was no tracking link. When the item arrived several days later, admittedly properly packed and in satisfactory condition, it was apparent why no tracking link had been sent: postage was by a FedEx service which does not have any tracking. All it would have taken was a simple email back to say that orders of this type are sent by a non-trackable service or even sorry, we made a mistake. Anyway, it's too late now and I would think very carefully before placing any future orders with a business that either can't or won't communicate properly.

  They are vey rude when it comes to their so called "exchange" policy. The exchange is usually a previous customer return and they will force you to accept it. They are mean and never want to follow through their own exchange policies. I strongly advise to keep away from this store.

  Pretty average camera store, I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years. None of the products on the floor have prices, so it’s a bit hard to browse and compare. Staff isn’t overly friendly. These guys will do in a pinch, but the city has tons of better options for rentals and sales.

  A very enjoyable experience A colleague recommended this camera warehouse to me. I had my collection valued by several providers. Only Stock It, a large seller with several branches and a Leica dealer from New York, kept the promised 24 hours. As a result, Stock It had the better offer (sale only) and the instant online evaluation then persuaded me to sell more items. Processing was very quick. You are constantly looked after by email from courteous staff. Shipping is via DHL - you get several labels sent and off you go to Phoenix. Evaluation within a few hours and I still got upgrades, so I redeemed more than initially quoted. A very pleasant experience - anytime again!

  Excellent all round I bought a Nikon 85mm f/1.8. Shipped very quickly in great packaging. The lens was as described (like new) and I saved around $100 through buying with Stock It All Depot.   Great experience with an online purchase - I bought a $5,696 Sony a7R IVA with 16-35mm f/2.8 lens kit and had no issues with the purchase. There was a small issue with the order but they immediately corrected the issue. I would recommend Stuart and would buy from them again. I am happy that in choosing to support small businesses in Manhattan, I got the same price I would have paid online and I know that they will stand behind their products based on my experience. I have not had the same luck with other online sellers.

  This is at least the second time I have used Stock It All DEPOT and both times received the goods promptly, well packaged and in good new condition. There was a delay of a day or so due to the courier so can't blame SIAD for that and was kept informed at every step. Bought an Olympus 12mm f2 lens.

  Customer Service & Website A year ago I called their customer service to talk about which kind of binoculars to buy for birdwatching and they were very helpful.   I initially ordered the new Canon 600mm, f11, Telephoto Lens, for my Canon 5D Mk3 Camera. On Stock It All web site I inserted my request for lens to suit my this camera. On arrival, this lens obviously already had had minor use, and arriving without it's hood or case confirmed this. It also arrived without the adapter for it to fit my camera. I decided to return this lens to their Manhattan shop, which I did the same day. This meant a 30 mile journey. However, the service I received in the shop was 5star, and the gentleman who served me was very informative. I exchanged the Canon lens for a similar Sigma lens, so in the end I was happy, and next time I will make a visit.
