  Customer service per email is excellent, but unfortunately it's virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. Tried calling several times to ask a question related to a lens I recently purchased there, but nobody answers the phone or calls back. After several days trying to get hold of someone I ended up driving down there during work hours to get my questions answered.

  Purchased this Sony ZV-1 camera, my second one, because it is a solid workhorse, and in comparison with the M50, just as good a camera if not better. Of course the bundle package offered by Stock It All DEPOT allowed me to make up my mind very quickly. With Stock It All offering the Vlogging and Online Video Kit (Black)- worth $350.00, and a memory card at no extra cost the decision was not complicated. Basically I just paid for the camera body...great deal. I have been doing online business with Stock It All for a while now and cannot praise them enough for their expert knowledge, great prices, and painless return policy.

  ASUS multi-touch 2-in-1 Needed a personal computer. This Asus C434 is the product to get for the quality and price. I don't regret getting this Chromebook. It was way more affordable than replacing with an Apple product for what I need. Stock It All DEPOT was prompt to verify and send my purchase.

  purchase of Voigtlander 90mm f/2.8 lens I liked the use of searching, however, when I added it to my wish list, it said rebates available. When I clicked on the link, it further stated to read the terms and conditions. I looked for the terms and conditions by searching and found nothing that related to my item. Please explain what the available rebates are for the Voigtlander 90mm f/2.8 lens that sells for $789.95. I have now paid for it and would like to know what this is before it ships. The terms and conditions link below does not address the issue rebates.

  First time here. My Nikon Z6 II wasn't working. They looked at it, did a couple things, fixed it and didn't charge me. I tried to give them $120 toward their lunch. They wouldn't take it. I'll definitely come back.

  Loving my first full-frame camera, the Sony A7iii from Stock It All Depot. Also, I bought the Sony 24-70 2.8 because, well, I deserved it! I'm still playing with it and I'm impressed with the sharp photos. Camera body arrived quickly and safely in sealed box. Camera has loads of excellent features and AF. This kit will bring you great joy because you know your money was well spent!

  My review is more about the process with Stock it all depot than the camera. I am a hobbyist photographer and the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III camera is way more camera than my current my skills for the moment. I waited for the release of the kit, so I signed up for updates when available through the app. Stock it all depot sent me updated every week to let me know when the camera was in stock. Once it arrived, I ordered it that day and received it within 2 days. I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to growing my skills to match the capabilities of the camera, as well as future business with Stock It all.

  I ordered a Venus Laowa Ultra Macro Lens that appeared to be in stock. I was phoned to say that the lens was out of stock but they had a returned-unused lens for $150.00 less. I happily accepted this alternative, and the lens arrived very quickly, and it looks perfect.

  Thrilled with My Canon Rebel T7 camera camera from stock it all, I was undecided on what small camera would be best for traveling not wanting to carry the big canon w/lenses and accessories. I tried several but Stock It all suggested the Canon Rebel T7 camera. the camera Just arrived yesterday so I haven't had a chance to use it yet but all arrived well packed and in good shape. No issues with the set up. Really pleased with purchase and highly recommend stock it all depot.

  Went in to check if they had what I'd need for upcoming purchases. I always do this for expensive products, since I need to feel comfortable with the sales people. Wheelchair access is really good, no piling products at the door (I hate that). The staff left me alone to browse after initially approaching me, then answered all the questions I had easily once I'd finished. Definitely going to purchase my new Mirrorless setup from this store now.

  I Got a Canon M6 Mark II camera. 2 weeks ago along with the sigma 16mm 1.4 for video and its a killer combo. Quality is amazing and it's the perfect size. The silver also gives it that film camera look, which I love. I also Love that stock it all also includes a camera bag and SD card with certain purchases. This Just makes a purchase more worth it compared to the same price elsewhere for just the camera body. Overall, a very positive experience.

  This was a meager order (46mm lens cap), it it was treated like a $4,000 camera order. Good price, well packed and delivered quickly. I have bought a number of used lenses from SIAD in the past year and I could not be more impressed with the service I have received.

  AMAZING!! I purchased a Sony a7S III camera upgrading from my DSLR which I bought several years ago from stock it all depot. The DSLR is still working fine, but I was ready for a new toy.   I am a keen Birder and Evolutionary Biologist. I was toying with the idea of upgrading to a mirrorless camera body and a 600mm lens set-up. I attended Stock It All in New York today, which is an hours drive for me, I'm so glad I did. I met Stuart who was the store manager. Explained what I wanted and what my budget was. Firstly there was no hard sell, which I hate. Secondly, Stuart was patient and very helpful and I felt he went a long way to making sure I was aware of all the pros and cons of what I was I was hoping to spend my money on. Through no fault of Stock It All (I need dental visit) we weren't able to reach a deal today but John's insight, help and understanding went a long way to helping me reach a decision. I shall be back post dental appointment to try again. Thank you Stuart and Stock It All DEPOT for your help today. I could have splurged out thousands for the equipment I was looking at online and found it just wouldn't have worked for me. Excellent help and advice, just going to show that making the sale is only part of customer service.

  Absolutely beyond wonderful. The guys in there were kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy and didn’t treat me like I knew nothing.   I asked for a valuation for a camera trade in which I duly received which is well below market value and strangely no mention of the cost of what I wanted to purchase??? If these high street shops want to maintain a presence and compete against the likes of Amazon or even B&H where you also get knowledgeable assistance AND extended guarantee then they have to be competitive.   I paid $15.95 for priority delivery but my order has been posted 14 days after I made the order. If I had of known it would take this long I would have cancelled the order. Either be honest about stock levels or don't rip off customers.

  Brilliant service I finally managed to realise my life long ambition to buy a Hasselblad just as I suffered a stroke which meant that I would be unable to use the camera.   The sales man is a really rude person and has a really bad mood. He didn't want to understand what I needed, he was so gross and gave me one really disgusting experience, he didn't want to show me one picture that I printed, before pay, my bad experience costs $2, just for $2 dollars this guy made one stupid outrage. Also they don't give tax receipt, I had to went back for it. It´s not the first time they didn't give the tax receipt. Finally I went to Foto Care in 41 W 22nd in New York, the sales man was so friendly, helpful and I received the best picture for the same price. Try to copy this good examples please!!!The Foto Care Store was full of people and they gave me a good customer service, by contrast, DEPOT was empty and even then, I receive a really bad service. I not going back there for sure.

  Fantastic Camera & Accessories! After being an avid film photographer many years ago, finally took the plunge into a digital camera above small point and shoots with a Nikon D600. Fantastic camera and lense. Kit offered by Stock It All comes with very good accessories for 'free' beyond cost of camera. Monopod, memory, and wireless module are great. Bag is very good quality, but not very big (holds this camera and lense, but you need a bigger bag if you have any other lenses). Camera takes great pictures with the basic 'auto' type settings and I'm really impressed with the lense considering it's a kit lense.

  Satisfied Customer I've just received my Canon L lens from Stock It ALL 20-105 L f4 IS MkII trading in one of my old lenses a 70-200 L f4 IS. Excellent trade in value and superb service for delivery. Ive bought all my Canon gear from Stock It All Depot and although i can occasionally find cheaper i can never find better value and service.

  Mindshift gear backlight 18L photo daypack charcoal I ordered the bag over the phone and it came the next day great, I have used this bag numerous times now and find it fits all the camera gear i need to take out with me i can fit 2 Fuji x bodies and 3 Fuji x lenses plenty room for other small items inside it will also take my big Benro tripod with ease; their is numerous straps on the bag which make it very easy to adjust, its a bit heavy when all gear is in the bag but have done a few 5 mile walks and seems ok any further and it would probably become to heavy for me

  Great pricing but the guy that served me was totally void of personality or excitement. His workmate wasn’t much better. I unfortunately won’t be shopping here again unless they’re the only store with stock of something I need in a hurry.

  Nikon z7 11 Really amazed with this camera combined with the 24 70 f4 lens a great leap in quality from my Fuji xt2 seems easy to use glad I went with this combination and the size of the two together make them very portable

  This is so far the worst service I've ever experienced online. I ordered a used lens and received It damaged, so I sent it back the next day but they blamed me for the damage and they refused to accept the return, Be careful ordering from them, they are shameless!

  Stock It All Depot is is a great store with great prices but they use FedEx extensively, and my packages routinely get lost or delivered to the wrong location.

  If i need it this store always has it. I recently bought a Canon EF-M 55-200mm lens and It was delivered to Michigan in 4 days, which is very quick considering the distance. The lens was a gift for my daughter who is training to be a photographer and she likes the lens. I can't say much about the lens since I haven't used It but I trust the brand and it's quality. Stock it All is the best place for all your photographic needs. Long time customer.

  Stock it All Depot was suggested to me when I needed to replace my broken lens. I wanted a simple no-nonsense glass which would produce clear photos than my recent one. I navigated through the ordering procedure and the price seemed reasonably so I placed my order and Waited a couple of days during which their communications were good and kept me informed Delivery was on time and done securely, packaging was sufficient. No complains and definitely recommended.

  10/10 customer service. After several months of being skeptical and reading every review, I decided to take the plunge and purchase a Blackmagic Camera, To my surprise the camera came in 4 days which was unbelievable. I've since used the camera several times and its outstanding in quality, I'm so thrilled with this purchase and grateful to all the folks at Stock It All Depot.

  After being a long time customer of of another online retailer I decided to give Stock it All depot a try after receiving poor services. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from Stock it all depot. I thought it may have been risky purchasing from a site I didn't know much about, but after reading a few reviews, it looked ok. I got a very good price for the Godox Flash Kit I purchased and it arrived after three days of placing my order. I will certainly use them again.★★★★★

  I ordered a Celestron Spotting Scope on Monday received It on Friday. The scope is legit and it's very easy to use, well balanced, and just feels solid. . I can’t recommend Stock It All depot highly enough. I will be using them again.

  The Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II is an awesome camera. It has all the features that I want. Metal construction, weather sealing, Focus bracketing and stacking and tons more, even 4K Video. I am very pleased with this camera and vendor. Snow storm delayed the delivery a couple of days, but I'm happy camera and lenses that I bought.
