  Great, Great, Great! My husband just had my Canon 1ae serviced with them. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone needing to get their camera fixed. It was just a great experience we had with them. They were quick and helped get it back to us in time for our trip too. We are very pleased and will use them again if we ever need to.

  Overall very happy! Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase from Stock It All [DEPOT]. The condition of both the Nikon D750 and 50mm 1.8g lens were under rated in my opinion. The camera body was very clean and works perfectly, and the lens was spotless like it was never used. The only thing I could be even slightly negative about is the battery that came with the camera doesn't charge fully and last for maybe 100 clicks. But that isn't their fault. So overall the purchase experience was super simple and items were accurately graded and shipping was really quick.

  I shop in all of NYC camera stores like B&H Photo-Video and ADORAMA by I personally prefer Stock It All {DEPOT} because of their fast service and return policies. While the other stores will not take back opened items, Stock It All {DEPOT} will and for me it’s a big bonus. I wish they had a bigger video equipment selection but overall good service before and after purchase

  Not Recommended for trade in As for sale of used gear to them, you will not receive a fair deal. Unless you're desperate, avoid selling them your used gear because what they do is make you a decent (not great) offer based on your initial description of the gear, then you ship your gear to them, then they "evaluate" that gear and make you a real offer that will be 70% of the initial offer.

  Terrible service, beware before buying Horrible service, don't buy from this co. I ordered a Hasselblad viewfinder by mistake and emailed to have the order cancelled. Even though goods had not been picked up by their courier, they said they couldn't cancel it. I read their t&c, i could cancel so i contacted them again. They were unhelpful. I called courier and was told they could cancel the delivery but when i contacted them, they refused to cancel it. So I've declined delivery with courier but I'm still not getting any refund. Companies emails to me are signed off with exclamations. Very rude service, I'm still trying to get my full refund but these guys are dragging their feet. I cancelled the order on 21 July 2022 and today is 4 August 2022 still not refunded and getting attitude from them. Buy at your peril. Beware of this company.

  Item arrived but slow to post. Firstly the item I ordered arrived as described. I'll be honest that was a big relief as I was starting to be concerned. After spending almost $2000 on a product, I was alarmed that it took a full seven days between ordering the item I had paid for and being provided with proof of dispatch and a tracking number. This delay in postage was only communicated when I chased the company for updates. This should have been communicated by them. Communication between is also only possibly by email, as their phone number which is registered overseas has been disconnected from service. For others buying from this site, they are good as their word and do provide the product as described, but expect to wait for it.

  Canon EOS 6D Mk II Body Beautiful camera at a significant discount under new. Great customer service, warranty and return policy. Their "excellent" rated items are a great bang for the buck. My only request is that they return the configuration of bodies to the factory new setup. I thought there was something wrong until I called Canon Customer Service and found out how to reset the camera.

  Clunky software but good device Ordered a photo scanner and this negative scanner from Stock It All [DEPOT] for saving some family photos. Comparing original photo vs photo scanner vs negative scanner shows an improvement in quality for each. Very happy with the outcome. Wish the sw was easier to load.

  My feeling is the 24 to 120 F-4 Nikon lens is an amazing lens for street photography. SB600 should work fine but you should check with Stock It All {DEPOT} rep first. I also use a 70-200mm, F2.8 for telephoto use.

  My Go-to for Grey Imports in New york I have purchased gear both a USA and an imported version of a product, Stock It All {DEPOT} label each version clearly and conspicuously. If a product does not have an indication either way, it is understood to be by default a USA product. In situations where only a USA version is offered it will not be labeled USA.

  Nikon D750 full frame I shoot in very low light (dance photography) and the D750 is superb for that use (it's my backup for my D810). Nikon has tried to protect the camera with weather protection with the seals and covers to the various compartments but it is not waterproof. My result have been crisp, color wonderful, and I love the range. I recommend the kit, particularly if you don't already own full frame lens.

  Great customer support and solid, fast shipping. We have issues getting high value items here to Maryland. The USPS is a basket case and UPS / FedEx is very pricy. Stock It All DEPOT uses DHL 7 business day shipping which is reliable and not nearly as pricy as UPS or FedEx. Highly recommend buying high value electronics or anything with a lithium battery from Stock It All DEPOT.

  Excellent service all round I ordered a GoPro HERO6 Camera from Stock it all depot and the product arrived within 3 days. It came with a decent case, battery and charger. I took the case off of it and didn’t see a single scratch, dent or even a little blemish. The screens all had the plastic over them as if the camera was brand new from a store. I haven't had any problems with it so far. Can't recommend stock it all depot enough.

  So far, the online experience with Stock it all depot has been satisfying, the shipping was pretty fast and the tripod I ordered looks amazing, it’s Light but sturdy enough to hold my DSLR with a telephoto lens, I'm very impressed with its strength and durability.   Product received, but fishy communication Purchased a pair of Bose - Noise Canceling 700 UC Wireless Headphones from Stock It All {DEPOT}. Pros: - $35 cheaper than other stores. I bought these for US$344.99 whereas they're normally US$379.00. - The headphones actually arrived. - Delivery was claimed to be 2-5 working days, they came in 6 working days, which is fine. Cons: - Zero communication post-purchase, not even an order confirmation email. - I was going to call these guys up because I was getting worried I wouldn't get my product. The phone number they list on their support page doesn't work. They have an email service that they claim will reply in 48 hours which is much more inconvenient than calling them. - I wouldn't really trust Stock It All {DEPOT} with warranty or returns, given the communication issues. IMO it would have been a safer bet for me to spend the extra $50 and go with Amazon. But I have to give them props since at the end of the day I got my item. Three stars.

  Lens finally arrived (20 ish days) Update 2: Lens has arrived today as promised, well packaged, outside of them dropping the ball on getting it shipped they were helpful in resolving it, I would probably use them again because of the prices but not bother with rush shipping on the expectation that it can take some time for them to clear shipping.

  Great price for the camera I bought. Got a new Hero 9 black for the price they are selling for second hand. The camera came in good time and product was genuine. One of the accessories that came with it was not the same as the one in the picture but it still did the job. Haven't had to use their customer service so can't comment there.

  The website was easy to navigate and the check-out was just easy, placed my order immediately, paid with PayPal and the tripod arrived 2 days after the purchase. tripod is fantastic for easy set up and finding just the right angle for the best shots. Sturdy and yet lightweight and love that it folds up and takes up less space when storing. Really happy I bought it and I would gladly shop online here again.

  Originally they were great but my last 2 orders have been in limbo and they don't respond to emails. Their Phone support hangs up on you after a few minutes of waiting.
