  Stock it all depot has always looked out for me when making purchases. I had to replace a UV filter for my zoom lens and when Stock it all depot saw my new purchase was different from the last purchase, Stock it all depot called to make sure i knew what i was ordering. Sales rep directed me toward a smarter purchase. That's customer service!

  Unexpected bill for import duty Goods were what I ordered and were delivered in timely fashion. they have all worked well. Delivery of Camera came with a bill for import duty which was unexpected and we had to pay immediately. This was refunded some time later from Stock It All {DEPOT}

  Great selection and prices, and very user-friendly site. We needed some disposable cameras for the little kids to use on our family beach vacation. After plenty of research, I found Stock It All {DEPOT} to have every good camera I was finding online, and with their low prices and reasonable shipping costs, they were also an excellent value. Couple that with a very well -designed site, and I highly recommend Stock It All {DEPOT}.

  Superfast Service This week, I ordered a Sony RX 100 VII camera on Wednesday & received it via Fedex on Friday morning, at a price substantially lower than I could find elsewhere. It was brand new, and in perfect condition, with all of the promised accessories. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

  Excellent Customer Service After being left disappointed by another shop, I was searching for somewhere with a Nikon P1000 available and I'm glad to say that I found Stock It All {DEPOT}. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and I received regular updates at each step of the process. At one point it looked like there was going to be a problem with the courier delivering on time but following a call to Stock It All {DEPOT} this was quickly resolved and the camera arrived on the date expected. Positives were that the camera was very well packaged, the price was good but most of all the customer service was excellent.

  Best Purchase Experience! I am new to wildlife photography and had many questions about it. I called Stock it all depot to find out what I needed. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They told me what cameras would work the best and what lenses and attachments I needed. I ordered the equipment and received them in 3 days in perfect condition. Everything worked as they told me and I am very satisfied. I would definitely do business with them again.

  Customer service is fantastic My Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 lens was promptly shipped and was delivered as promised. I could not be more satisfied with it. Very easy to use, Even though I haven't read the manual yet, I have successfully experimented with various settings and I am impressed by the quality of the pictures thus far.   I ordered a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 lens and it was supposed to be delivered after 3 to 5 days. After a week I contacted the customer service which told me to wait 2 days to get a full refund.   This is worth the 5 stars! Stock it all depot was very good and helpful. The order was shipped and arrived across the border in a quick and timely fashion. Shipping costs were a little high, but I really like the gimbal and am glad I made the purchase. For the price of the gimbal I've been very happy with the results. The image is very stable, the battery life of the gimbal lasts quite a while, as I've been using it for a few hours at a time without any issue or worry that it may die. Great communication with the customer service too. Would recommend without hesitations.

  I ordered the Canon 5 D IV and it was free to deliver it on June 9th (next day delivery) and at the same time the 85 mm 1.2 kept saying it will be delivered by June 23rd or if I wanted the next day delivery I will have to pay almost 19$. I don't consider that good customer service as it's very inconvenient for me to get the body without the lens. I would have given 5 stars if this can be changed and I get both items on the same day.

  Speedy delivery and well packaged. I ordered a new camera and lens kit from S.I.A.D on 21st June and it was delivered just after 10:30 a.m. on 23rd June. Excellent protective packaging. I consider this wonderful service and would recommend S.I.A.D to anyone.

  I have resurrected my 70-year-old film camera and of course that meant finding a source of film. Happily I have dealt with Stock It All for several years and knew that they hold a great stock of pretty well everything photographic and so it turned out for film too. Have had several batches of different film, each delivered ex-stock, within 48hrs , and at a competitive price.

  Selling my equipment to Stock It All {DEPOT} was the worst mistake! Communication is the worst, the quote is nowhere near what they promised and the attempts to get my lens back was no success. If you want to sell your equipment super cheap and spend hours calling them and having your emails ignored then it’s your place. Save your nerves and avoid this company.

  I purchased a Olympus EM1 Mark ii, rated at "E, Excellent." When it arrived it had three HUGE undisclosed shutter error on it...screen was crushed, in fact. This didn't occur in shipping, box was fine...it was shipped damaged. They offered me $20 off and we settled on $40 because it was already discounted...but, again, the damage was undisclosed...which is NOT COOL. This did NOT meet my expectations...which was based on the "E" rating. I've bought only new products before, and will seriously reconsider buying something from their used department.

  New Lens and trade in old lens. Excellent Service once again regarding both my trade in Price and purchase of new equipment via a telephone order. Delivery and pickup arranged and once again this happened on the same day by the same carrier. Highly recommend S.I.A.D NY.

  Nicely laid out website Long-time customer with Stock it all depot, and I've never had a negative experience. They normally have merchandise in stock, shipping is timely and accurate, and any problems I've ever had have been promptly addressed. The website is easy to navigate, as is the checkout process. Indeed the best prices and awesome service. shipping would take days but they delivered in hours. The customer service I have also received has been great.
