  I ordered a Sony Alpha A7 II that I desperately needed for a photoshoot and at no point during the process was I told that it was not going to be available for shipment. Now I’ve asked for an estimated delivery date and they refused to give me a delivery window. They won’t even tell me if it will arrive this year!

  I have used stock it all depot before and on both occasions there service is very good as were the products. However this time around the camera I ordered has very poor picture quality and I believe the lens may have been damaged either prior or during transit to my address. I have already emailed about this issue and am waiting eagerly for a reply and to see what can be done.

  I was in the market for a Godox Flash, and stock it all made this super easy. They didn't have it in stock when I was looking around at the price it should be for, so I asked to be notified when the item would be in stock again. I got an email notification, and I went ahead and made my purchase. Simple, easy, and it will be delivered when I need it with free shipping.   I have used Stock it all depot for more than 30 years. I have always experienced professionalism on their part. When very rarely, in the past, I had any issue with a product, their customer service was outstanding in resolving issues.   Outstanding, as always! I decided, after thinking long and hard, that I wanted to have a Nikon D850 back in my bag, along with several prime lenses specifically for landscape and astrophotography. I have been using outstanding APS-C cameras and lenses for some time, but I feel strongly that I again need the D850 full frame with its higher resolution for landscape and night sky photography. Stock it all depot had everything I wanted in stock.

  I was in the market for a new lens and was referred to stock it all depot by a friend who had used before, their prices are competitive and It was very easy to place the order. I opted for the Canon 50 mm lens and have been very pleased. The focus was spot on right out of the box and it’s a great lens for shooting indoors without flash or outdoors at dusk. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase and I would recommend and use stock it all again.

Buying equipment online is ok, but being able to walk into a store and have that comfort of having a team of experts on hand if anything were to go wrong with equipment; quickly, is invaluable for a professional photographer.   The Voigtlander Bessa-R2M camera was my first rangefinder camera. when I developed and printed first roll, I was so happy about the feeling of pictures. And technically It's built so well. I have canon 5d with few L lenses but this is so different. Good experience, fast delivery & was team was helpful when I called them. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from this place!

  Panasonic LUMIX G7 camera I got an awesome deal at Stock it all depot and got it delivered next day. I have been using this camera for over a month now and it is just amazing.   Totally excellent lens! I guess my strong offer of an opinion is to order this Nikon 20mm f/1.8 from Stock It All DEPOT. Yes, the price is good, but the execution of the order is compelling. I live in a remote area for delivery, but they get an order going so fast that it arrives sooner than any other company that i use for consumer stuff. Super fast, and everything just as it should be. Not my first one from here, and I'll be back.

  Lenscoat It's good for protecting your precious lens from dents and scratches. The cover for the control portion of your lens have plastic over it. Making it difficult to hit the switches. Most of the cover doesn't really fit the lens well, it's a bit loose on some portions.

  Horrible experience. Non-existent customer service and communication. I placed an order and they gave the wrong address to FedEx resulting in delays in delivery and wasted time in failed communication attempts. A week after my order, I have not received my parcel, their call support is dead and never respond to emails, Facebook or Twitter messages. Order at your own risk!

  Arca Swiss P0 ballhead This is the best ball head I ever got. I originally ordered this off amazon because it was $30 less. What a nightmare that turned out to be. There were problems with it and it took weeks for me to correct the issue. Lesson learned to not go some place other than S.I.A.D. This ball head is solid and has taken my portraits and headshots to the next level.

  I ordered a replacement Voigtlander Nokton 58mm f/1.4 advertised as used, but in mint condition and sure enough on unpacking, exactly as described! The lens was very well packaged with no danger of it moving in the box. I placed my order at 2.45 pm on Monday and the lens arrived at 12.35 pm on Wednesday.   Although the price was good and customer service adequate my experience was not great. Delivery took ages, mainly because of choice of courier. Something that should have been next day took over a week to deliver with no communication from the courier to let me know when parcel was going to be delivered. Sorry to say from now onwards I won’t be purchasing anything from you. There are many companies out there. Thank you.

  Pricing appeared good, then you changed product to newer but charged me high fee for "custom white glove delivery". The shipping was a hassle, all the delivery people did was plug in to power while still in box and then left. So in reality I paid more for product than I could have originally gotten from someone else.

  I could not be happier with my overall experience. I ordered a Sony FX3 camera. I placed the order on Monday - I got an instant e-mail confirmation. On Tuesday I received an email that I would receive my order on Friday and had the tracking details. I was able to follow the progress quite easily. The camera arrived on Friday a little earlier than expected - everything there -well packaged. Everything worked.

  Sony a6400 I am still new to the camera, but it came very highly recommend in all of the research I completed and I could not be happier with the results. The purchase process was seamless, delivery was extremely quick. I totally recommend Stock it all depot for all camera purchases and more.

  Site was quick and easy to use. I did get a follow up call from a salesman to make sure I realized I had chosen a grey market product, and offering an attractive price on the US model. It all worked out in the end, shipping was prompt, and the product perfect.

  I sent them my camera 3 months ago and so far all I get is email promises and lots of excuses about when my camera will be repaired. I now believe they have no intention of ever returning my camera so don't fall for the phony reviews. I have call them and Emailed them many many time and get know where.

  Best pricing on the camera. Quick service. However, on the second item a hand grip for the camera, it did not fit the camera. I immediately wrote and asked to return it. To this day no one has responded nor contacted me about this. Not acceptable customer service. I finally gave it to my grand daughter for a camera she had.

  Avoid like a plague. Placed an order with them. After 4 phone calls, fake promises. Come to find out that item was discontinued by manufacturer. Cancelled order, almost lost a customer. Contacted another vendor and got my item. They lied about it being discontinued.

  Delayed order promptly sorted One item that I ordered could not be found in their warehouse, so my order was delayed. Once I had contacted them to query the delay the rest of my order was promptly dispatched, and the missing item followed soon after when extra stock came in. A good outcome.

  I ordered from Stock It Alll for 2 reasons: a previous positive experience and price. Learned only after order was placed that it would cost $299 for "free shipping". Then the TV was delivered nearly 2 weeks after I was told it would arrive; by then the same TV was on sale for a lower price at multiple locations, one within a mile of my house! Even after tax it would have been hundreds cheaper.

  Deceitful product listings. Bait & switch. Read the reviews! They did the exact same thing to me that they did to many other previous customers. Called to "verify address" but actually we're just trying to gouge me for more money. It's a dishonest, unscrupulous, and unlawful business practice.
