  Excellent service. Stock it all depot were the only US supplier that provided accurate stock levels on the website for a difficult to get Canon item. Website easy to navigate with ordering very straightforward. Ordered on Sunday and even though I selected free standard delivery was delivered on the Wednesday by FedEx who provided a 1 hour delivery slot

  Magnus VT-4000 Tripod System with Fluid Head We really like this tripod. It is steady and easy to fold up and take with you. It has spikes that rotate out for use on the ground. It is solidly built. Not a cheaply made piece of equipment. It was favorably priced against other more expensive tripods from other sources like Amazon. For the price- 5 stars, easily. Thanks Stock It All DEPOT for providing such a fine product.

  I went to trade in products on a used body and was quoted trade in values. This values quoted online do not reflect actual prices given. In my experience 2 item's went down from a 9 to a 9 or 9- . This for trade in against a item can really impact the price you pay and all for minor imperfections. The real kicker for me was the item I traded against was not accurately described. They seem to be quite finicky on your items, but less on theirs.

  Good Service. I have never found any reason to fault the service provided by S.I.A.D. The web site is easy to use, convenient, prices keen and both new and used products well up to standard. It is particularly helpful that used items are graded so carefully and can be trusted to be as good as rated. I will continue to buy from S.I.A.D as a first choice.

  Zeiss 10x42 Victory SF T* Binoculars These binoculars are absolutely amazing. Superb! They are every bit of their description and more. They have made birding amazing.   I purchased the DJI MINI 2 fly more package only a few hours ago and unpacking the sealed box and checking the contents were all present and correct i found that the spare props , screws and screw driver were not present in the box,, poor quality control!!

  The only place I will go for all my camera needs in New York. I bought a used Nikon D750 and came back for multiple lenses. Stuart and Adrian are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Fantastic after market support and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.

  Good customer service so far… I’m in love with the green drone industry and been piloting compact cheap disposable drones to get the feel down but I recently bought my new mini 2 and totally blow away by the tech in this little guy. Like some people mistakes are easy to make especially near large trees… luckily I decided to get the refresh plan to go with it within the 48hr of activation. Crashed the mini looking for the neighbors cheap one….big mistake… Made my claim and sent it in. Stock It All promptly sent me details on the damage after they received it. And the new one is on its way in the mail. For me the customer service is legit and as advertised.

  Took them 10 days to provide a quote for repair, I gave them the go ahead to proceed on the same day (acknowledged by them) No-one answers the phone, you only get automated replies to emails and more than 7 weeks on I am still waiting 😡😡

  Terrible service. My husband placed a deposit on my Hassy 907 x camera at the camera expo one month ago. We have called multiple times to enquire about stock but no one could give us an answer. A few times when we called we were told someone would call us back to give us more information. No one called us and we ended up having to follow up ourselves - again with no answer. Today my husband called to cancel the order and ask for the deposit back and got told that someone would call him back later today to organize this. Again, no call from anyone. I am very disappointed with the lack of help from the camera world and not being able to get a simple answer about the availability of stock

  6D Mark II I was happily surprised at how well my new 6D works. Great for wild life as well as candid photos of pets and people. The price was very good as well.The Canon 6 Mark II is a great great full framed DSLR. This is my first full frame camera and I couldn't be happier. First Stock It All DEPOT got this too me in 2 days, shipped an hour after I ordered it.

  Brought my lens for 2 problems, they only fixed one, charged me $400, pretended they fixed both and then admitted that they would need to return it to the company. These guys are arrogant and shameless. NEVER GO THERE!

On top of that, they are able to offer pricing that big box stores can't match, likely because they have an overhead that is a lot lower. Scott and his family are a pleasure to deal with.   I was looking for a Canon camera and noticed that Stock It All {DEPOT} had the best price around (even including the 'big guys', e.g. Amazon, BH Photo, Adorama etc). I ordered it on a Thursday and paid extra for FedEx Next Day Delivery. Later that day, I got a call from Stock It All {DEPOT} who apologized that the camera hadn't been dispatched in time but because I needed it by Saturday, they would upgrade my delivery to FedEx Saturday Delivery at no extra cost. As an independent company, Stock It All {DEPOT} have provided outstanding customer service, a very personal approach and, having never heard of the company before, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Real knowledgeable staff were able to sort me out with a Canon EOS R7 camera, despite the shortage nationwide. They also had so many other good options and tried to help me. Honestly couldn't be more happy with my experience there today. I don't think I'll shop else where, Stock it all depot is where I'll go for my photography gear.

The most important part is that it takes high quality photos and it does.   Timely and packaged securely. I purchased a used camera and it came shipped securely a week later as advertised. The camera has great flexibility for taking pictures using a variety of settings. The auto format is easy for point and shoot but other formats can be selected for specific needs. The telephoto lens is excellent and picture quality is superb. I am still experimenting with all the possibilities but it seems to have as much capability as I will ever need. I’m very happy with my purchase. a pleasure to deal with

  I purchased a camera and they took half for deposit but they never delivered the product. I have emailed and left messages numerous times. No one got back and my money has never been returned. until now i am still waiting for my refund.

  Sony Alpha a7R II The buying experience was very effortless and the pricing was excellent as well. The camera is a game changer and my first mirrorless. The auto focus and eye tracking is amazing.   Best prices, fastest free shipping, great service. Ordered a Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 lens and received it in less than a week. The price on this lens was awesome. I just took it out the box just under two weeks ago and I love! It's been fun and I've enjoyed the results. I'm looking forward to playing with it more on day trips. I have taken many hand-held night shots with it at ISO 6400 at 1/15 of a second and it works great with the in-body stabilization of my A7 III. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

  I will never ever buy from this company again. I bought a camera but the battery lasted 1-1.5 hours with constant use. Their only offer was that I return everything for a refund. I ended up spending more cash buying a new battery on amazon.

  I am extremely upset about my customer service from Stock it all depot's delivery service. No one has even bothered to follow up the first time they failed to do my delivery of my Canon EOS R6. Poor customer service!

  Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV Spent a few days now using this camera. So many features! Great video abilities to boot. Overall, I am extremely happy with this camera. The colors are vibrant and pop, the stabilization is incredible, the autofocusing is soo much better and the EVF is probably the best I've used. I have been doing business with stock it all depot for years and have always found them to be up front and above board about their merchandise and business practices. I will continue to use their services when I need photographic equipment or other high end electronics.

  I am writing this with lot of disappointment and frustration. They don’t care for the customers, No communication, No response and delay in all they do. If you ever order something from them, you are putting yourself in a big trap. I never received any tracking information and waited in all day for a camera that didn’t arrive. I am still to receive my order

  Sony Alpha a7R II With the on sale price that stock it all depot is selling the camera for, it is quite a camera for the price. I usually shoot Nikon or Fujifilm cameras, but this camera is perfect for my adapted lenses. I couldn't recommend them more.
