  Telescope I went to Stock It All Warehouse New York for advice on buying a telescope for sons big birthday! I had lots of advice from friendly member of staff who had 30yrs experience so had lots of knowledge! I decided on a particular telescope but unable to carry it home due to size so advised to order on line , which I did, free delivery and arrived within a few days! Unable to comment on product at moment as birthday not for a couple of weeks! Very happy with service

  Good service The order was turned around quickly and delivery scheduled for the next day, so I arranged for someone to be home to receive it. Unfortunately, I was not advised until later in the day that there was an issue with the delivery. A new date was issued, which I had to change to make sure someone was home. All arrived safely and very happy with the camera.

  One item was a restock I received. I know since the packing slip for the other customer ( Old Order 746863492) was still in the box. Currently I'm waiting on backorders, one of the items now says 'Order now to ship now' for a couple of days, nothing shipped for my backorder. What is really irritating is the reply from Stock it all depot that 'they regret my review', which the reason for this second review.. Their review could have said we're sorry or will work to fix the issues. After spending $12K plus, I was hoping for some customer service that appeared to address customer concerns. In this case, make the promises you display on your website and fix your inventory

  I purchased a used tripod. The item showed up and was missing the quick release plate. The company sent me one. Once the plate arrived, I went to test the item and one of the legs was broken. I dropped my D850 on the ground because of this. This company has misrepresented both items, sold items missing hardware, and delivered damaged equipment.

  Their website showed a new Canon EOS R, which is one of the reasons I chose buying through their company, however, the box had been opened when I received the camera. Worked for 10 minutes and shutdown. I immediately returned the camera and have been promised a refund in 3-5 days. I will never buy from them again.

  Stock it all depot is an excellent place for me to shop on line as I lives in S.E. Missouri. They are an excellent company to work with and if you make a mistake in ordering you can return the item, no problems. I also like their two day shipping free. I have been a Nikon fan for a long time and Stock it all depot carries most of Nikon's products and if not they can get it for you (I haven't had to do this yet But I'M presupposing that they can). I also like the helpful tips and lectures they sponsor.

  I was disappointed when the camera arrived on my front step. This was an open-box item, but it looks like nobody took the time to seal the box before shipping. Luckily, the camera powered up ok, and is working.

  My order was screwed up by the shipping department and I was sent the wrong item, I have since been told three different days that the money would be returned to my account from three different customer service agents, I will try other vendors in the future for my needs.   I dont normally go to Stock It All DEPOT. I was served by a sales person who I found abrupt. I felt he didn't care about my camera queries, as I'm learning. I started to look around the shop willing to spend money and after five minutes no one asked for help. Going back to the counter another sales person Glenn helped out. He was polite and caring. The 3 stars are for him.

  I mean the lady I met has very poor service attitude, She didn’t even answer my mom’s questions at all, even my mom asked her twice, she just ignore them and typing her own things, and repeat the price.   Stock It All is an old shop selling photographic equipment with a long history in New York. At present, it continues to operate in the central square. The products can’t be said to be very complete, but the owner's service attitude is pretty good. If you want to buy photographic equipment, you can patronize it.

  Canon RC-6 Remote Control This remote works perfectly with my Canon 90D. No faults found at all. And as an added comment, I would like to say that stock it all depot sent it out the same day that I ordered it! Got to me quickly.   Will never order from this company again. Terrible communication. Placed an order, when equipment did not arrive I tried contacting company several times before I got an email response asking for the confirmation number and tracking number. After two weeks they finally responded with what I ordered was no longer available and they can send me replacement options instead.

  I was first very not sure about purchasing my Blackmagic camera but found the process smooth and straightforward.   Awesome company that saved me hundreds of of my hard earned money! Received a Canon EOS 7D they had listed as like new condition. Once I received it I took a close look and the thing was like I just purchased it new in a retail store for much more. It only had a shutter count of 674 to my surprise. Paired with a Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 lens am getting amazing photos every time. I'm sure we'll be ordering through stock it all depot in the future.

  no customer service I have been searching for a reputable site to buy a Nikon D850 camera-I settled on Stock It All DEPOT. Unfortunately a short while after purchasing the camera online I received an email saying my transaction had been cancelled. I wrote two emails requesting information as to why and when I was likely to receive my money back but had no reply at all. I now have to wait for the money to be returned to my bank account before i can find a new retailer to buy from. Customer service was non existence. So buyers beware
