  Very Satisfied Placed an order on Friday that included two Canon lenses. Sunday morning, Canon introduced a sale on those lenses. I called customer service and a very polite representative adjusted my purchase price accordingly. In less than an hour, I received an email that verified the price adjustment.

  Their price is usually or maybe always higher than market. They don't want to do discount. They don't want to apply price match. I felt so valueless there. I spent more than $1000 in the next door. They applied all price matches and offered best prices. I was ready to spend money in their store but they seem like don't care.

  Their customer service is impeccable, and there is no other company that has a stronger expertise in the photo video arena. They are literally the top company in the biz.   I recently purchased a Nikon D3500 Kit Lens online to give as a gift. I am giving 3 stars because I got a pretty good price ($649 for body kit lens Canon EOS 200ES Shoulder Bag $50 gift card $50 cashback from Nikon). However, I am not happy at all with the way my shipment was handled. I made the purchase on the 28/11/22. I was asked to confirm my identity. A small refund was made to my bank account that showed up on 01/12/22. After confirming my identity, I was told that the camera will be shipped immediately. Since I didn't get the camera until the 6/12/22, I contacted customer care again! They told me that "something" has gone wrong with the shipment and they will ship a new camera immediately. This time, a tracker was given to me, and I was able to track and get my camera on the 9th! I missed the chance to give the camera as a gift (on the 8th) and Ted's made no effort to compensate for this. To make it worse, the shipment was incomplete! The battery and the gift card were missing. After complaining to customer care again, the issue was rectified on the next day and I received my order on the 11th. A whopping 3 weeks after the day of payment. These kinds of "mistakes" are unacceptable from a reputed place like StockItAllDEPOT and I find it difficult to recommend StockItAllDEPOT to anyone else after what happened.

  I am impressed with the information provided on this website which allows me to make a choice. I also appreciate the ease of use, particularly when looking at accessories. I didn't have to retrace my steps, or re-enter the lens that I was looking if I detoured to order accessories or add wish list items. Overall, this is a well organized site that supports the efficient and straightforward completion of a task. My past experience with shipping has also been good.   Website is easy to explore for accessories. Found what I wanted in minutes. I did get free shipping, however, I gave it a 4 star because I purchased two items and they are shipping them on 2 different dates. I suggest they put in an option to ship items all together in one box.

  This company is excellent, just a shame about the delivery service, who left my product in the rain, never rang the bell and ignored all the parcel boxes that were available to to put the box in. When I got home it was soaked through and given it’s a present not acceptable!! This is not a reflection on the company though, they just need to maybe rethink who they use!

  Stock it all depot is top notch for photographers! Over the past year I have made the move to upgrade my digital photography equipment. In addition to my Nikon D7000 and Nikon 18-200 mm lens combination (which I LOVE!), I decided I wanted to add a full frame sensor Nikon body. I chose the D610 and added the 70-200 f/2.8, 16-35 f/4, and 28-300 f/3.5-5.6 lenses. Now I am adding the Sigma 150-500 f/5-6.3. Stock it all depot has provided thorough information. Shipments have been on time as indicated at order time and packaging of my items has been excellent. I can always depend on Stock it all depot!

  Order was received and the camera dispatched in a very timely fashion, which was a good start. However, delivery was delayed by 2 days due to an unspecified "technical issue". Furthermore, the box on the camera was damaged. I don't know yet if it works as it is a Christmas present. Please package your items properly to avoid potential damage. I would have liked it in a box as it was a gift.

  NOT FOR MARINE USE! Poor customer service Just lost $1,500 . Bought Canon binos for marine use and they do not have what it takes to get the job done although it states otherwise in the Stock It All's description. Stock It All will do nothing to reimburse/exchange although product it is unused, since the box got thrown out. I will stick with Fujinon for marine stabilizing binoculars. I will also be taking my business elsewhere due to to the slow and terrible customer service provided.

  I had to purchase camera that I had lost. In the end I purchased it online and it fits well.   Excellent second hand product with the reassurance of a 12 month warranty. The Canon 15mm-35mm RF Lens was back ordered everywhere and could not be found.   Stock it all depot is great but they need to stop using FedEx as their delivery agent. FedEx is deeply troubled! I had an lens ordered that required a signature and when it was delivered, not only did the delivery guy ask for my signature, but he didn't even have time to ring the doorbell. Use UPS!!!

  Best stockist Searched for a Panasonic Lumix S5 and Lumix S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 lens for weeks without any luck at the big retails to only find it in stock here and better still cheaper and with a free camera bag.   I have a number of softboxes for flash/strobe heads. This inexpensive, well-made mount allows me to put a large LED bulb into a softbox for a video chat continuous light! The price of these are great-they are a terrific value if you are just getting into lighting or need some supplemental lights. I feel this is a good value, and very pleased with the purchase.

  Awful company, DO NOT USE! I ordered a camera from this company and unfortunately it never turned up. I was not at home when it was supposedly delivered and UPS post have given no evidence whatsoever that the camera was delivered. Despite this, StockItAllDepot are not issuing me with a refund or a replacement and UPS are being very difficult to communicate with. StockItAllDepot are siding with the courier and not the customer - disgusting. StockItAllDepot have been particularly unhelpful and untrustworthy in aiding the situation which has now gone on for over a month and half!! If you actually want to a camera that is delivered to your house, then use somewhere else as it might be months until you get one! I am currently in the process of starting court proceedings against the both companies for their poor customer service and the fact that none of my $1,400 camera got delivered.

  Ordered a Panasonic TZ90, no problems with delivery etc, but after 2 months camera wouldn't charge. Contacted them to be told sometime those batteries run too low to accept a charge. I either need a new battery or an external charger. They were going to charge!! for either or both. Unbelievable. Am now going through the hassle with Panasonic and am having a similar poor customer service. Don't buy off the net, buy from a shop.

  Great Service from a Great company I ordered a Panasonic Lumix S1 camera with a kit zoom lens from StockItAllDepot because I had ordered items before and was very pleased with the service I received. The Lumix S1 was a pre-owned mirrorless camera and was surprised that StockItAllDepot seemed the only company to have stock. On top of that they were including a free Panasonic DMW-BLJ31 battery with the deal. The camera was delivered overnight by courier, I was informed the date and time of the delivery via text and email and even included the driver's name. Great service from StockItAllDepot as always. I believe the Lumix S1 is one of Panasonic's greatest cameras for the type of video work I do and all for under $1,600.

  Couldn't be better I ordered my camera on Saturday night and received it on Wednesday morning. Great price and no postage. It was also was very well packed. Obviously great care was taken with it. I had to pay taxes when the parcel was delivered but within hours of emailing the receipt, the money was deposited in my PayPal account as promised. I cannot fault StockItAllDepot. This is great service.

  Camera flash delivered broken Ordered a canon flash. When I opened it on that Day it turned out to be broken. Not a great Christmas present. Took a few days to get it replaced. The company were very apologetic about it and replaced it with no questions. Their quality assurance was not good.

  Sony a7 III I consulted a friend who is an experienced photographer about getting a good camera for vacations, etc. He recommended this package from stock it all depot, with a Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 Lens.
