  I was worried about making such an expensive purchase from this company but after emailing and also talking to Luke I decided to go ahead. I ordered a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 along with a couple of uv filters. I ordered the items on Monday and they arrived to North Carolina on Saturday, I will not hesitate to purchase further photographic accessories from this company. Great prices and outstanding communication.

  Whilst on holiday in Italy last week I noticed StockItAllDEPOT had a good price on the Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II backpack. I entered into a web chat and explained though I was away, I did have an online account with them but did not know my log-in details. They were able to find my account, set up the order, and arrange for the item to be delivered to a family member back in the West Coast. All I did was then call the sales line and pay by credit card. All went through fine and my new Lowepro bag was waiting for me when I got home from holiday. Really pleased with the service from StockItAllDEPOT, and the Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II Backpack.

  Ordered a camera with them last night paid for next day delivery, turns out said camera was out of stock, but got told that the following day. So no stock levels on website or when ordering, SO RING AND CHECK STOCK!!!! I’m not defaming them as they offered refund for next day delivery , just an inconvenience

  First class, rapid service. The lens was very clean and actually, better than I expected from the description. It was packed very well and shipped by DHL in double-quick time. They do not appear to monitor their sales email account. That would have earned the fifth star in this review.

  Took online order with 48 hour delivery when out of stock. Website said camera was in stock and took my order. I rang the next day to discover that the camera is out of stock. Apparently the online system doesn't link to stock system. I had to cancel the order. I recommend double checking if you order online.

  Accessories weren’t great, GoPro HERO11 is incredible GoPro HERO11 is fine. All the additional bits I got as part of the bundle were flimsy, the selfie stick came already broken so I had to buy a new one. Memory card was good but wish I bought the camera by itself and got the accessories elsewhere

  Warranties On their cameras they offer 1 year parts and 90 days drops and spills coverage warranties. However under the consumer regulation framework under the Commonwealth of Massachusetts this is not acceptable This stops me placing orders for expensive items

  Purchased a lens online and it came very quick as promised, however it was not "brand new" as advertised on the website, security labels were missing, and basically any signs that this is not a replica of what is meant to be good lens. Contacted customer service to arrange a return and found out I have to pay shipping cost back to NY (around $120) and not refundable as well as some ridiculous 15% charge for returning items that are not broken (like it is my fault they sold me 'used condition' product). No reply to my complain, therefore this review online, hopefully save someone else worries.

  Ordered the Canon RF15-35mm f2.8 Sunday 25th arrived Friday 30th December, fantastic service and I will use again, probably the first place I will look, I will be passing my students on to them too, a massive saving that's very helpful in today financial problems. 100 out of 100.   Ordered a professional video camera, told it was in stock and to be delivered by 26th or 27th December but did not arrive. Phoned on Tue 21st and I was told they will follow up but no one came back, I then phoned again Wed 28th then told out of stock and I may have to wait for up to 2 weeks!!!!

  Successful purchase of a much sort after Canon Camera Ordered a Canon Camera that I had been trying to purchase for the past year but no one had it in stock in the US. Did a live chat with StockItAllDEPOT before placing the order and they confirmed they had it in stock and delivery would take between 3-5 days, despite it being the week before Christmas. True to their word, the camera arrived by courier 4 days after purchase, very well packaged, Am delighted with the camera and would recommend, despite my initial apprehension of purchasing an expensive item, that I had struggled to purchase elsewhere,

  I called about a Fujifilm 70 - 300mm lens that was in stock . Sally confirmed that it was in hand . I then went on the net and ordered the lens . I called back Sally and she confirmed that it had gone through and said that it will be despatched today . I received the lens the next day .   Online buy of Lumix GH5. Camera is excellent and as described. Courier information could have been much better with no time given on possible delivery at all, so lucky to have been home to take delivery in.   Wrong used item was sent FedEx failed to deliver this item originally, when I did receive the item it was the wrong used item sent. Having contacted customer services, it appears they've sold my used item to another customer and now I'm being sent a lower quality product. Very disappointing experience

  StockItAllDEPOT is the Photo gear shop where we almost buy all of our gear, so the purchase of my wife’s new Canon Eos 90D was obvious as well at StockItAllDEPOT. They have a store not far away from where we live, and a visit to the store is always a nice experience, with employees who have enough knowledge.

  Good product, fast service. The eye cup had fallen of my Nikon D780, as they do, and the replacement seems to fit a bit tighter. So, I have now ordered a second one for my Nikon D750, and that has arrived just as quickly, and also fits a bit tighter than the original.

  Canon Camera package I bought a Canon camera package for my wife's Christmas and was delighted with the service provided. After ordering I received a prompt phone call from the firm to confirm all my details. The package was then fully tracked from the warehouse in New York to my address in the South. Obliviously one item was missing (a telephoto lens) but before I knew it a second package had been dispatched and I received it within the week. I have read some critical comments about this firm but I have nothing but high praise for them, a delight to deal with.

  Sony RX100 VII camera We ordered the Sony RX100 VII camera kit on the 21/12/2022 which arrived on the 23/12/2022 this was great, when we checked the contents of the package we found the 64gb memory card was missing, we emailed you to let you know, you promptly replied, telling us they were currently out of stock and that it would be sent to us when back in stock. It is a long time and we have missed the summer months being able to use the camera to its full capacity. It is now 01/01/2023 and we still haven’t received the memory card, please could you send the item to us ASAP, then we would be totally happy to give you a 5 star rating. Thank you.

  Gear was promptly sent. I am a returning customer. I bought a new camera (aps-c) from here 4 or 5 years ago that turned out to have defective metering. This was replaced very quickly (and I still have that camera). I’d be reluctant to buy expensive new gear other than from a physical shop.

I was very apprehensive about the weight the online chat was good then I called the shop and they were extremely helpful it’s not always about achieving the sale it’s making sure it’s right for you.   Second hand item was dispatched very quickly and arrived early the next morning, despite our being at the other end of the country. Full marks for very secure protective packaging as well as the item itself, even better than described, yet at a very fair price. It would have been helpful to have known which of their two listed carriers was handling the goods, as the weather overnight turned out to be very poor with reports of delivery vehicles stuck in snow on what might well have been the route. With no collection or tracking information this might have meant having to reorganize the day to ensure being for the delivery, but luckily the parcel arrived unexpectedly early in the morning - my email confirming its safe arrival was answered almost immediately. All in all a very efficient and fruitful transaction, and I'd be very happy to buy from them again in future, as well as giving a wholehearted recommendation

  Nikon Z9 Great experience; professional advice; StockItAllDEPOT proactively approached me several times to answer the many questions I had before I decided to buy.   Love the fact that the items where shipped straight away, delivery was on time, but the items sent out with a label stuck to the box and as these where Christmas presents I couldn’t remove the label, Also the item turned up dirty so look second hand. You needs to box up the items so they arrive perfectly.

  We purchased a complete JVC GY-HM250 4k camcorder kit that had everything we needed to get started. Since then we have quickly learned to use it, linked it up to mobile social broadcast kit and have been recording and broadcasting events in our town.   Mixed Stayed in all day for delivery and no-one turned up. Later got a message that the delivery would be made the following day. At least the second time I was given a 1 hour time slot. Product is everything I expected. It won't get used till after Christmas but I don't expect any problems

  I always have a great experience when I come down to this store. I enjoy the fact that if you ask any employee they will ensure that you have all the information before you make your purchase. If you are buying something but there is a better package they will give you options so you can save money. I am from Scott and totally worth the drive.   I bought a Nikon D610, used it for about a month, then it stopped working. I sent it to Stock it all for repair, they sent it back saying its fixed. I tested it and tried it but it still has the exact same problem as it did before i sent it. What a joke

  I've been looking for a GoPro camera to replace a cheap one we bought years ago at Best Buy.   I found out Stock it all depot a few years ago when searching for Nikon 8x42 Binoculars. I didn't buy anything from the store until I visited it in New York City. It was like being at Disney World! :) During my most recent visit I purchased a Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 lens to use with my Sony a6000. The lens was in mint condition and works like a charm.   I grabbed a Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 lens couple of days ago when the price went down below $1000. I was nervous first. I have been always loyalty to Nikon brand but the Nikon lens is more than the double of Sigma and Tamron lenses but I took a chance and I am glad I did. The Price point was right for me and quality is excellent. I will not hesitate to purchase further accessories from this company. Great prices and outstanding communication.
