  Ex-demo lens purchase I bought an ex-demo Tamron lens at considerable discount, purchased several photographic items from them and benefited from the impartial and not at all pushy assistance and guidance from their staff. Their prices are keen and they regularly have leading manufacturer driven demos, open days and associated discounts. On the one occasion an item I bought proved defective, they were exceptionally quick to remedy the situation getting me a replacement in a few days!

  Camera lens Bought a Canon lens from Stock It All DEPOT and a lens hood to go with it. I would have given Stock It All 5 stars if they had notified me that the lens hood was already included in the box with the camera and asked if I really needed another one. To be fair, this was stated on their website and they did refund the cost of the surplus hood when I returned it (but not the postage).

  New Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless camera body & 24-105mm f/4 purchased from Stock It All DEPOT- 5* camera from a 5* supplier. Excellent Service (as always) with excellent products at a competitive price. This has to be the best mirrorless Canon mirrorless on the market. Very lightweight and a good choice of lenses available with the tripod. Items were fully insured to delivery address. Well packaged and nice people to deal with.   Great to deal with. I've ordered two items at separate times from Stock It All DEPOT recently. It's easy to order on the site and once done, the items were delivered extremely quickly. The courier company (USPS Fast mail) text and e-mail on the day of arrival, with a hour long slot when the delivery will be made. I find StockItAllDEPOT very easy to deal with and if I've had questions, a quick telephone call or using the chat, results in questions being answered quickly.

  Online transaction done right I was buying a Canon G7X III to replace a PowerShot G15 that was finally succumbing to years of back pocket abuse. S.I.A.D had the cheapest price, had it dispatched the same day, and it was with me the day after, even on a standard free delivery. I had a brief chat online with an adviser to resolve whether my PayPal transaction had gone through, very quickly resolved. All very satisfactory.

  Excellent service and price Ordered a Nikon COOLPIX B500 on 31/12/22 (Holiday Saturday) and it arrived by 1.30pm on Wednesday (1/4). Stock It All DEPOT price was the cheapest I found on the internet and also included in the box, UC-E16 USB cable, AN-CP21 strap, lens cap and lens cloth and 3 year guarantee! Will definitely recommend them and will use again for any camera accessories I might need.

  I’m sure their service is usually great but I’m disappointed that I was only notified that items were out of stock after I placed the order. It’s really not that difficult to keep accurate stock levels on your website. I won’t bother ordering again.

  What more can you ask? I bought the lens at a keen price (compared, for instance, to Ebay prices). It was promptly dispatched, arrived safely, carefully packed, and was as described. I'm very happy with the experience, and would certainly look at Stock It All when I complete my little list of Tamron with a macro lens. They deserve a good review, it comes down to that.

  No issues with ordering the item - even got a slightly unexpected discount. The 3 stars are due to the courier - DHL- who gave an option to direct to a neighbor which I took as everybody was going to be out at the time they chose to deliver the item, and received an acknowledgement for, but then they supplied a picture of my front door. Not very helpful as my next door neighbors do not live in my house!

  Delivery staff need training! Thay also need to learn how to move items like multiple lenses! The two that came to me also need a lesson on manor and how to be with the public! I wasn't happy and my products wasn't happy as it's peeled on the bottom almost faded original color and it won't now stay put

  Can't tell the difference between Mitakon Zhongyi and Meyer-Optik lenses, no response from seller Ordered a Speedmaster 35mm lens only to be sent a Meyer-Optik lens. Raised a return, sent the lens back using the next day label they provided a week ago and still haven't had a refund. Sent an email asking for an update last week and haven't had any response.

  A hard to please customer. I was browsing the web looking for a battery for my Canon EOS Rebel T7 camera .Tried various camera shops to no avail but I managed to drop on Stock It All DEPOT, a website I have never used before. To my astonishment I found a battery to fit my camera and not only was it unbranded or lower power rating but the exact same brand and power rating as the battery that came with my camera several years ago. Without saying anymore I was amazed and highly delighted that the battery was still being produced. So for me,10/10 to Stock It All DEPOT and will certainly use them again.

  The initial response from Stock It All DEPOT was fast. Arrangements made quickly, unfortunately there was a delay over the Christmas period with FedEx. That said soon after Christmas a pick up was swiftly arranged, upon receipt of my lens FedEx emailed me within two days to confirm the condition of my lens and the price they originally offered. FedEx are a professional high standard company, I have use them several times and I have always been pleased with the service and part exchange value offered.

  Not everything for sale is in stock. Didn't realize that what they sold on their website isn't what they have in stock. Never answered emails but did answer the phone promptly and were really nice (even confirmed they had my emails). Anyway several weeks later and still no product as they have it on order from their supplier. But they did take payment as soon as I made the order which is bad. I know times are hard at the moment so I'm still patiently waiting for my product and want them to have the money but annoyed they didn't make it clear it wasn't in stock!

  No refund, No Item, No excuses My worst experience ever. It's such a pity I didn't read the reviews earlier. I ordered D-LUX 7 pocket camera lens on 25th of November 2022. It says delivery will take 3-5 days, It's been TWO months now and I have no camera or money. And they are not answering letters anymore. SCAM as it is. Stay away from them

  Although the initial contact was good, unfortunately it stopped there. I received my camera in the time allotted but the tamper seal was broken.   Item lost in transit, immediate refund Unfortunately after 3 weeks it was confirmed the order was lost in transit. Stock It All DEPOT confirmed this, and a refund or discount on future purchase was then offered. The refund arrived promptly some days later. Thank you for quick response to order.

  It would have been 5 stars but for the fact the wrong camera was delivered initially, however the wrong one was picked up the next day and the correct camera delivered the day after.   First Order - First Class! I placed my first order with Stock It All Depot in November. It was for a Lecia Q2 Reporter for my Granddaughter, as a Christmas present, which was delivered within 3 days. Although there were two minor issues that I had to make contact to address, both were handled courteously and quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. 'Thankyou' Stock It All Depot for excellent Customer Service. My first order will not be my last, as you are now my go-to supplier for photographic and associated supplies.

  I have ordered from them twice and the delivery was always with me the day after I ordered. On both occasions I spoke to a lovely and knowledgeable lady who assured me she would get my order to me as soon as possible, and she did!   Very great price and fast delivery. Very good price for the item I was looking for (best in New York) and extremely fast delivery. Ordered late afternoon, delivered very morning next day by UPS. One thing to improve would be to update order status on your online account. It shows "not yet dispatched" where I actually had the item delivered already. Anyway, highly recommended.

  Exceptional service, excellent customer service and a brilliant product. My Sony Alpha a6400 arrived in about a day and a half. Super fast delivery. I’m very satisfied with the quality of pictures that come out of it. As someone whose first camera was a full-frame, it took me awhile to get adjusted to the crop sensor images. But the camera is easy to use (so far) and is making me want to take more pictures. I can't wait to use my camera this weekend. I will DEFINITELY shop from Stock it all again!

  I found this wonderful site, Was looking for a vanguard tripod and their store was selling them for at the least $40.00 cheaper than anywhere else I found. The tripod came within three days and there was no charge for the postage. Can't argue with that and I highly recommend you check them out when you're next looking for photographic accessories.

  Good experience overall I was nervous about this business given the negative reviews. I ordered a $300 item on the Monday night and after one phone call, the item arrived promptly on the Thursday morning.   An absolutely amazing camera shop. The staff are always super kind and friendly. Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. Have a Nikon D3500 from them which has been amazing from the getgo. They're also super helpful for advice if you're unsure on things. If you ever need a camera or any accessories, this is an amazing place to go.   Two recent orders, both handled proficiently. The first, a camera body, I screwed up and as a consequence, nearly returned it, which was fine by them! However, I re-thought my options and decided to keep it and latterly ordered a lens adapter, which meant I kept my older/heavier lens, but at least that now worked.
