  Having spent over $700 on one product, I thought the salesman might have had a little bit of imagination in throwing in something extra free or at a discount as a thank you, especially as their prices were no better than the competition. Otherwise the service was satisfactory.

  I recently ordered a DSLR from stock it all depot but I was a bit nervous as I hadn't heard of them before. Their price was excellent, nobody could beat it.   Was Looking for a Canon EOS 7D and this was by far the cheapest of all companies I could find. Service was excellent as was their communication in keeping me informed of the progress of my order and delivery details.   Ordered my camera from stock it all as they were the cheapest online. They have a great range in cameras. Their professionalism gave reassurance to me, as awaiting for valuable sensitive equipment to arrive quickly and safely via a postal service can be a stressful experience but the camera arrived as ordered, perfect.   I received my Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 lens. Cheapest on the internet. It was so well packaged. It arrived so soon after I ordered it with free delivery. I could not ask for anything more.   Brilliant service. Bought a Gepe Metal Weave Covered Cable Release from StockItAllDepot because it was the cheapest price on the web for that particular cable.   They allowed me to pay for my order and then continued to make me wait 2 months to receive it. They said it was in stock but it wasn’t and shouldn’t have accepted payment. The lead time said 1-2 weeks, which is reasonable, and the product said in stock. So I assumed it’d be fine. But after waiting over 3 weeks, I emailed and the reply was most unhelpful. Basically no apology, no resolution other than basically telling me “you’ll just have to wait” No good practice and very disappointing service

  I was given a $50 loyalty voucher which unfortunately can’t be used online or against used items so no use to me - this also affected my decision to go elsewhere for my next purchase - I went directly to Fuji, the overall cost for a lens, including postage was cheaper. I have used Stock It All DEPOT successfully in the past and will probably use them again in the future.

  The particular item I bought/ordered from their online store was defective thus I was not able to use it for its intended purpose. It would have been okay if I was sent a replacement item straight away. But instead I have to send it back to them first and I have to take on board the cost of shipping. They should've provided a free return mailing label.

  lack of experienced sales people in Stock It All store Person handling my pickup from your store seemed unfamiliar with collection arrangements and attempted to hand over the wrong item. I pointed out that the item was transferred from your warehouse in Manhattan and not on display in the display cabinets.

  I order the Sony a7 IV and a 24-70mm f/2.8 and couldn't be any happier. Great bundle came with everything as listed for a great price.   I am not a professional photographer but have an online store selling jewelry and have been using a Sony ZV-1. I decided to upgrade from a point and shoot and stayed with Sony - went with a Sony a7 III. stock it all depot really helped me narrow down what I needed and I love this camera with an added Tamron 28-200mm f/2.8 lens. I couldn't be happier. I am still learning and will be for a while but images are beautiful. I can't fault the stock it all at all will definitely buy from them again :-)

  I accidentally ordered two lenses incorrectly and had to call to have these cancelled. The 1st person I spoke with was frustrating as he kept saying he was giving me a refund, The second cancellation was better than the first but still, it could have been avoided if only the lenses that met my criteria had shown up on my search.

  Stock it all depot is a great store, very fast delivery and great prices. I ordered 2 Tiffen Filters and they were delivered within 3 days. Website is easy to navigate, and they have the best stuff for photography. Prices are always competitive.
