I've had problems with the sink hoses, couple of months ago bought new parts, they are already falling apart. Water spraying everywhere. Spent another $100+ Yesterday to replace them again. I will look into replacing the whole set up from another company.

It has been a month since I ordered a jet and they keep giving me the run around on why it hasn’t shipped. Every time I call it’s a different excuse and they are lying. They said it has now shipped but there isn’t a tracking number. And they “emailed the tracking number again” but there still is no verification of a number. Do not order from this place. I’m pretty sure it’s all a scam.

I haven't gotten the order yet so I can't rate on that. I'm only rating on the shipping and other promotion you have on your website. "Free shipping" and 5%-25% at check out or trade in minimum $1000. None of these apply! Shipping was $1200!

Delivery time is satisfactory. Customer service is horrible when you are missing items. They tell you that they will look into it and never get back to you. Another instance I had was that I was missing a piece of equipment and they told me that the weight of the shipment was correct so they could not do anything. Terrible considering I ordered $7500 worth of equipment and was missing a $40 chair.

I have ordered 5 backrest cover for toepia gx color orange…before I order I ask them make sure they have the color and they said yes…I paid them full amount…and one month later I didn’t receive it…I call them and asked why I still didn’t receive yet…they said they don’t have the color ( orange) they tell me buy different color or buy full set of different colors…. I said I don’t want it because I just need the backrest cover…I have no choice they make me buy the whole thing with different color…I said ok and buy it and pay full amount…and I keep waiting waiting one more month I still didn’t receive my order…I just call them ask they said my order still work on it….why why…first they liar to me they have color…and now take my money they don’t want to send out my order…. I think they very very bad service…..My first order from 5/10 until now I didn’t receive…I’m happy for services….

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company I've ever dealt with. I ordered two replacement sprayer hoses for my pedicure units back in September. after placing the order, I received a call from the company saying there was a pricing error on the website and that they needed another $42.58 on top of the $54.22 they had already charged me. I reluctantly agreed to the additional cost and when I received the hoses, they were not the correct ones for my pedi units. After several attempts to reach someone regarding making a return and ordering the correct hoses, I finally got a response. I sent photos of the hoses I needed along with the model of the pedi units and was assured that the correct hoses would be shipped and a refund offered once the original hoses were received back. I was even texted a photo of the correct hose and thought all would be good...didn't happen. The ONE hose I received, but was charged for TWO was not the hose I was sent a picture of and is not the one I need. Needless to say communication has failed from that moment. I cannot get anyone to respond to my messages and only a portion of my money was refunded for the return of the first two hoses. Fortunately, most all communication was via text so I have all of it on record. I will NEVER order anything from SpaSalon ever again.
