  I downloaded the software and set it up to run on a thumb drive. I had issues getting it to execute from the thumb drive. It was taking a long time. After almost an hour of waiting, I decided to create an ISO to burn to a dual layer DVD. I had Windows 10 Pro installed on a brand new Samsung 860 Evo in a matter of minutes. Windows 10 is working fine on my old PC. It with the new SSD and 24 Gigs of memory make the old machine boot up faster than my 1 year old laptop with an Intel 10th gen processor. I am pleased with the results. I only had 2 communication port driver issues with the new operating system. I was able to resolve the issues with the help of some knowledgeable people online.

  Was using an older version of Office that was no longer supported. Purchased this and am very happy. Like the new look and very low learning curve from Office 10 to this. There are other offers cheaper then Microsoft, but would rather have the security of OEM then taking a chance .

  Don't understand why others having problem. Maybe I was lucky. It is fairly straigh forward to downgrademy current 365 Family to 365 Personal.After the purcahse, there is a Product key under Amazon Account -> Subscription. Log into MS account -> Manage Subscription, enter the new Product key and that is all. New 1-year subscription is in place.Note: if you have existing subscription and downgrading like me, wait for the last day as the current subscription will end and remaining days are not added to the new 1-year. If upgrading, remaining days should be added according to Microsoft (ULR Link in Q&A section).

  The upgrade is straight forward, but it should be noted with the product that it might take a few minutes for the key that is purchased to matriculate through the servers so that it will be recognized when you do the upgrade. I tried the upgrade right after the purchase was complete and I had the upgrade key, and the first time it failed. I scratched my head and thought about it, waited a couple of minutes, and then tried it, again. This time it worked and it took only seconds to do the upgrade after the key was accepted. Clearly all Pro components are already in the Home installation. They just need license activation. Also, make sure you have a good Internet connection and that you have done all available updates to your Windows 10 Home installation when you do the upgrade.

  Received a MacBook for Christmas and needed the MS Office Suite. This subscription is perfect through Amazon as the price is much cheaper than going through Microsoft and Apple. I didnt have any install issues. I havent had to use tech support, however, so far so good. I purchased this product once my 30 day free trial was over.

  Two things of interest about this product. I have been using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Got a .pdf from a friend the other day, wanted to print it out. Adobe said I needed a different font to print, but, no way could I get whatever it wanted to download. I fired up this up, hit print, and away it went, now that is what I wanted. Second, I had a minor problem on one of my installs, a quick email to their support address and I had a quick reply and an instant fix to the problem. I can only say that is does what I want and their customer support is quick and customer oriented. Would definitely recommend them.

  Make sure when you order this you get the correct version. The first one sent was the educational version which I caught the mistake before opening it. I needed the full commercial version for use and Amazon was very helpful getting the mistake fixed quickly and was issued a refund for the educational version. Everything was resolved within 2 days of notifying Amazon of their mistake from the fulfillment center.I had decided on the perpetual license rather than the yearly...couldn't justify the $250/yr when I could pay just $380 at the time for a single license good forever. Your use case may be different and require upgrades more often, at that point the yearly license may be the better option since that allows you to have the latest version available at all times.

  I had a new machine and wanted to install Win10 Pro. I had it initially installed it but not activated. I wanted to do it without buying shady 3rd party keys. This was cheaper than the full retail price on the Microsoft Store and convenient enough so I purchased it. I received the product key and activated it. No issues and I have a legit key I can transfer to a future PC when I upgrade.

  My daughter is dabbling into photo editing and some light video editing for her school projects. I did not want to buy her an expensive subscription for something that she doesn't use very often. Buying the elements suite is a lot more affordable and is a much better value because you don't have to keep paying to use it.Both Photoshop and premiere elements come in one CD for installation. It also has a license key that you need to install. I like it how it's not as complex as the full Photoshop and premiere but it's a lot better then using free editing products that's out there. There are a lot of free online tutorials that she's going through to learn how to use it. It's also nice that the software has guided steps on how to do certain editing processes.

  Definitely buy this version is the best way to obtain all the advantages of Office and the cloud. I read many reviews saying that is dificult to install or thats onlone version but this is the complete version. You can use an online version on other people pc (if required) or intall it on laptop, tablet and mobile (my case). The best thing, it has a better price here than in the official web.

  Love it. Very nice price. It was discounted. I purchased it a little before Christmas. I do a several slideshows every year. I love transitions and music in my slideshows and like using different techniques for each slideshow. Premier has lots of them. The editing software has lots of Backgrounds. Plus I can use backgrounds, graphics and music outside of Premium. I have used graphic text with the slide transitions which is cool. After I received it. I spent hours learning it and playing around with it. I was so excited about having it. Now I'm very comfortable using it.My old software was cool but I have had it for several years and the manufacturer was not adding more transitions or music to the new versions. Also I couldn't import music.The only bad things are it freezes up a lot so I do a lot of saving. Fortunately there is an auto save. And I can't group slides together to change all of the transition durations and types of transitions. But you can change several slide durations at one time. Also would be nice if you could save favorite transitions in one area.

  This is not a review for Windows 10. You're in the wrong place if you're reading Amazon reviews to decide on your OS. And Windows 10 itself doesn't earn five stars from me.This flash drive is incredibly easy to use and is exactly what I needed to install Windows on my new PC.   Premiere and Photoshop Elements are the perfect duo for anyone looking to start learning how to edit photos or render videos. Dabbled with it for a bit and my photos look so much cleaner after adjusting for any distortions, colors, and exposure. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to go DIY with editing.

  After I ordered Microsoft Office 2019, I had to wait a couple o$99f days to install it. I also went thru quite an effort to renew my account with Amazon, and had to re-set my password. After several verification codes, I finally go in. Then, we I go permission to install my Microsoft Office, I was directed to Micosoft's system. Never could get thru to anyone. My new computer kept trying to install Microsoft 365, or Office 2016. Finally got a hold technical support, and after a couple of hours, I now have the Microsoft Office 2019 I paid for. And, I though I was getting this software for $99, and I wound up paying more than $200. Very annoying. If Microsoft Office is so great, why does it take a Chinese fire drill to get in installed? I do use MS for everything. And, I would like to know what Microsoft One Drive is? It keeps asking me to sign in. Do I need an account for that also?

  This Adobe Photoshop software is very nice. It was very easy to install and setup on the computer. I'm not an image editing guru but this software has been very nice for all of my image editing needs. I was able to quickly install and setup the software and use it to edit and touch up some of the photos that I have on my computer. I would highly recommend this software combo.

  I was worried about purchasing after reading some of the reviews, but someone commented about how to go about getting key code and it worked fine for me. As mentioned by another, after purchase, you can find access code by going to subscriptions, advance controls and manage licenses. Installation did take about 20 minutes.

  I have used Photoshop Elements for many years (I call it ""Photoshop for Dummies"" because it has so many helpful tools (Quick Fix, remove a color cast, spot healing and clone stamp brushes) for the the non-professional). The reason I upgraded is the new (2020 and 2021 versions) Colorize Photo tool. When one uses it, about 40% of the time one gets a result that will ""knock your socks off"" about 30% of the time one gets an image that is good and can be ""repaired"" and about 30% of the time the result is unsatisfactory. I also purchased George Peirson's How To Gurus Photoshop Elements 2021 Tutorial Training. Peirson does a great job explaining how to ""repair"" a colorized Photo.

  Needed a retail version if I ever needed to switch motherboards. With an OEM key, it is permanently on the Motherboard and cannot be recycled to a new one so the Retail's ability to swap boards after deactivating the old one is nice, why not pay the extra 30 dollar premium for the ability to upgrade your sockets to the next gen without having to repurchase the same software?Also the entire packaging looks awesome. It's a sleeve holding a box with a flap that underneath it reveals the product key code card, fits most wallet card slots if you want to carry it for whatever reason. on the left side is a paper that is folded like a brochure, and hides the USB flash drive that contains windows 10. I don't need it because of windows 10 being on the hard drive I already had, I just needed a legitimate retail key for board swap, original board had an OEM copy. I just appreciate the extra drive I guess even if it's not made for writing to and I think that might corrupt it honestly, considering other people's experiences they've been known to be cheap but its not too difficult to make your own bootable drive using Microsoft's Media Creation tool, just need a separate computer. The brochure flap has 3-step instructions on what to do on clean, blank drive installations which is simply plugging it in and making the first boot option the USB drive and then exiting. Behind the tray holding the USB drive is a manual/guide that I never used so I have no opinion on it.My advice is to get this type of windows 10 product due to the retail version which is very useful if you like the ability to upgrade to different motherboards with ease in simple deactivation of the old computer's windows 10 and plug and play with the USB boot drive. In the long-term there's also financial ease in not buying one-time-use OEM codes and considering that Microsoft's done with windows versions, you're all set as far as I know with having to upgrade to a, ""Windows 11"".

  I installed PDF Pro 2 on Windows 10 Home without any problems. I have used most of the features of this software with success. The help user guide is excellent and has answered all my questions. I have never used Adobe PDF so PDF Pro 2 is my first experience. I had one minor problem with numbering odd number pages on the lower left and numbering even page numbers on lower right in the same document. I was able to work around this problem and am still waiting to hear from Ashampoo. I have bought this product for my daughter and highly recommend it.

  I was required to buy this update for a new remote job where I have to use my personal laptop. The download process was quick and easy and everything seems to be running well! With this update I have been able to encrypt my computer so that it's safe from security breaches, which I couldn't do with Windows 10 home.The product description and system requirements clearly say 3 separate time that this is an update for Windows 10 Home ONLY, meaning it will not work with older versions of Windows (7, 8). The product is not misleading - many people apparently just didn't fully read all of the information. If you pay attention you should have no issues.

  wanted to have office function on my new Dell Inspiron i7 2 in 1 laptop but no desire to ""subscribe"" to 365. Office 2019 with a one time pay for all and forever availability satisfies my needs. I use Word and Excel mostly but the others will come in handy on occasion. I used rewards points plus Amazon prime discount so it was a bargain.   I ordered the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements 2021 [PC/Mac Disc] for photo editing, although it does do video editing as well. I think the software is pretty good value for the price. You get Photoshop Elements for pictures, and Premiere Elements for video. You buy it one time, and then can use it forever... which is a more preferable model for me than a subscription based model. This makes it suitable also for occasional users who don't want to have to keep paying a recurring subscription fee for something they may only use now and then.The software came packaged with two discs. Since my computer doesn't have any CD or DVD drive, I just went online to the website to download the software, which I was then able to activate with the codes that were printed inside the box.Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 is the aspect I've been primarily using so far. I haven't had as much of a chance to dig into the Premiere Elements, although I'm looking forward to it. It's super easy to use this software, because it gives you three modes with a tabs that you can easily click between to switch modes. Quick, Guided, and Expert modes make this suitable for all experience levels, and also give anyone the opportunity to start using the product right away, while building on skills over time. The guided mode is my favourite, since it actually asks what you want to do (giving different options) and then along the sidebar tells you what to click and takes you through each step you have to perform in order to get the effects you want. When you're done editing, there are templates for different forms of social media to create a picture of exactly the right size (for example, a square instagram picture.) You can then share your photos straight to social media if you want.Although I haven't played as much with Premiere Elements, I do love the subject tracking feature which allows a main subject (such as a moving person) to stay focused while the background is blurred out, for example. There are so many features that there isn't much point in me even going into all of them, but I have to say that I'm really impressed with this software package so far. I thought it would be more intimidating than it is, but it's really easy to use (especially with guided mode) and I'm able to edit photos and create the effects I want while saving so much time, yet still learning along the way and enhancing my skills.I definitely recommend this package. I think it's great value for the retail price, and packed with features.

  If you are already a 365 user and just need to re-up your annual plan this is $11 cheaper than going directly through Microsoft and it took me about 30 seconds to connect to my existing Microsoft account and extend. I double check the expiration date once it connected and voila. There is no key code to download just a link that Amazon sends to connect to your Microsoft account and apply the purchase.

  This product is to UPGRADE WIN 10 HOME edition to PRO (Enterprise). That was precisely what I was looking for when I bought this product. Even still, I got error codes when performing the upgrade activation procedure. One of the keys is to make sure that any Windows updates have been done before doing the upgrade. At least, that is what worked for me. Consider using the MS App Store, because there is NO tech support from Amazon.

  I see a lot of people complaining that this item doesn't upgrade their Windows 7 install, and similar. That's not what it's for. Perhaps they simply read ""Windows 10 Pro Upgrade"" and read no further.What this item does is upgrade a current install of Windows 10 Home, as is preinstalled on many new PCs, to Windows 10 Pro. It does this - just go to Settings > Updates and Security >Activation, then enter the code Amazon shows you in your Software Library. Windows takes it from there. It works for the intended and advertised purchase.

  This is a great package of important software. I am a big fan. I like that it is automatically updated. I like that I can use it on five devices. I like that I get Microsoft's OneDrive cloud storage. OneDrive works really well. It syncs well to my various devices. It is easy to use and customizable. I did not like that, when I had a question for MS, tech support was virtually unreachable.

  There is no Certificate of Authenticity with this. I am highly disappointed. Not only is it a misleading product to upgrade Win 10 Home to Pro for the price of a full copy of Win10, (almost), it has very little value. At least a CoA would ensure it's not just a hack. Very disappointed.

  I am not a professional photo 0r video editor, so there are a significant number of features and options with this software that I do not even understand.  Even with my limited experience, I have already created some awesome photos with this editor simply by viewing online video tutorials and exploring various features within the software itself. PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2021I like that on the home screen there are three sections where you can go to edit at different levels of experience, or simplicity. These are: Quick, Guided, and Expert.The Quick section is where you can do basic editing such as adjusting exposure, color, and lighting.  Here you can also add effects, textures, and frames.The Guided section is where you can choose an effect and the program reduces the editing options down to those that you need for that specific feature.  I love this.  Unlike many software packages where you are left on your own to figure things out, this program actually helps you to quickly achieve some great photo edits.  Here I have added blue sky to an overcast original, erased objects, removed facial blemishes, and added 3D motion to photographs.The Expert section is, obviously, for experts.  There is no assistance provided in this section, but here is where you would perform in-depth editing.  I am not skilled enough to take advantage of this section, so I have only played around with some of its features. PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2021** IMPORTANT **I had an issue with the graphics on my laptop when first using the software. Whatever video I displayed on the screen would display in only green and pink. In researching this, it appeared that my Intel graphics driver was causing a problem. On Adobe’s website, the recommended fix was to install a specific graphics driver (24.20.100.6286, build date of August 23, 2018). This is not the most current driver. The website provided a link to the driver files, which I downloaded and installed. This did indeed fix my display issue. I included before and after pictures with this review.Much of my review of the video editing section will appear to be a duplicate of the photo editing section, since the program has the same general structure.As with the photo editor, on the video editor home screen there are the same three sections where you can go to edit at different levels of experience, or simplicity: Quick, Guided, and Expert.The Quick is where you can adjust color, exposure, and lighting. You can add text, audio, video effects, transitions, and much more. I quickly added into my video a text transition and music using one of the included audio clips.The Guided section is where you can choose an effect and the program will direct you to the specific editing options that you need for that feature. Some of these options are the same as in the Basic section. Aside from those options, you can combine and trim videos, create a picture-in-picture, add animated mattes, add narration and music, create a time-lapse video, and much more.The Expert section is, obviously, for experts. There is no assistance provided in this section, but here is where you would perform in-depth editing. Many of the editing options available are the same as in the other sections, but there are significantly more options in this section.SUMMARYWith time, I hope to gain enough skill to make some truly outstanding photos and videos. In the meantime, I have improved existing photos and videos greatly and am having fun playing with the many options. I consider this software to be an excellent choice for beginners. I suppose since everyone refers to edited photos as having been “photoshopped,"" this is the choice for professionals too.

  Alright, I'll disclose that I'm a total rookie when it comes to software programs like this with photo/video editing. I'm pretty savvy with phone apps, but I haven't done too much with desktop programs. I started to dabble 1.5 years ago with a video editing program that was easy for newbies that I liked but it is limited on what it can do. Since I'm so new at this, it will take me a year to really try out all the features. I loved that this was a combo with photoshop and premiere not to mention a 2021 version. I'm mainly interested in the video editing software for now. I do not have a disk drive in my computer, so I had to install with their download which they walk you through the steps. The program itself and my computer are pretty slow and bogged down because I in the market for a new computer with more space and speed. I expected this and will tolerate it until I fully manifest a new computer that can handle a big program. I like that the video editing program has a quick option which is perfect for rookies. I was able to make a little movie with music (they have some music already installed for you to choose from if you don't use your own), pictures, titles, etc. I have tested out several products like this that allow you to do a free trial before you buy, and most don't work for me as it's just too complicated being a rookie. This product absolutely works for people like me. You can literally create some projects without calling your expert friend for help. You just explore and test out features as they explain things really well, and like a mentioned the quick option which is even easier. Once I get better at it, I'll dip more into the extended features. So, I give this 5 stars for anyone that is a rookie and beginner.
