  Disappointed. Photographer did not bring a backdrop so photos look very amateurish. He tried to charge me extra to retouch and change the background from a white wall. Will not use again.

  I was looking for a cheap wedding photographer, just for a few hours. Every other website was extremely expensive. The photographer I got on Snappr was really good, the photos came out great. I would highly recommend!

  Photographer and photographs were outstanding. Ease of accessing photos on the app is great. The only disappointment was not being able to request editing. Our teeth were whitened, but that’s all. Would definitely use Snappr again!

  I have now used Snappr to have professional photos made at family gatherings in Columbus, Ohio, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Palm Springs California. Each photographer arrived on schedule, took great photos, and made our events much more fun! I will use Snappr again.

  Snappr is amazing!!! It’s the easiest way to find a professional photographer anywhere! Their customer service is also outstanding! Any time I had a question or needed something, a Snappr associate would get back to me right away and was always happy to help! I booked 2 photographers for my wedding and also my engagement shoot with professional photographers from Snappr. I’ll be booking family pictures soon too! Thank you Snappr!!!

  I loved that the photographer and to my house. It was so easy to have an extended family photo when out of town family were visiting. I got the idea at the last minute and Snappr was able to accommodate our request in less than 24 hours. The photographer was very nice and experienced. He knew just where to set up for the best light and composition. The photos were fantastic!

  Snappr.com was easy to use, and helped me find an outstanding photographer for a an out of state family event on very short notice. By looking at the reviews and samples available through the website, I was able to find a photographer who had the kind of technical proficiency and artistic vision to capture the emotional warmth and joy in a family centered event. I would use snappr again to find a photographer.

  I clicked on Snappr and did not have time to look at it properly as it was sent as a suggested service for a web profile picture of myself. I had a call from an admin worker who was able to speak about the service. The email I got back had the wrong date suggested and not what I had requested but this was quickly changed. I was sent a selection of 4 photographers' work and made my choice. Admin quickly contacted this photographer and set up the date and time I suggested. The experience with Neville Jones a world award winning photographer was great and I gave 5 stars to all areas. The two air brushed shots were good and the agency who needed the photo agreed with my choice. I was informed that the price I paid was very competitive and I was satisfied with the result.   I needed a wedding photographer on relatively short notice for a traditional Pakistani wedding. I was in touch with one point of contact who found the most suitable photographer for the job. I spoke to her over the phone once and we were all set from there. On the day, she was on time, well prepared and ready to start. We went from our photoshoot location back to the wedding venue and we ended up with hundreds of great photographs. The photographer (Ernita) was great at interacting with the various guests and making sure we had good photos of all the people that attended. Overall, the experience was very easy and affordable and the photos turned out amazing, 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a photographer and doesn't have alot of experience in finding one!

  Stacy Burk and his assistant were amazing. The photos were amazing and we received them very quickly. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the Sedona area. This is our only experience with Snappr, but based on it, we will definitely use them next time we are looking for a photographer in a new area.

  We signed up to a Snappr session from overseas and so were concerned when, as we drew closer to our wedding, we hadn’t heard from our photographer. We contacted the customer service rep and within two days (time difference!) we had a new photographer and we felt thoroughly well looked after the whole time of the transition. Our new photographer Marta Bacardi was beyond our wildest dreams - she delivered exactly what we wanted and more and we can’t thank her and Snappr enough for a truly fantastic experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both to anyone.

  It took less than a minute to book a photographer. I could communicate easily with the photographer and get exactly what I wanted. I got that and much more!
