  We've done a few shoots with Snappr and had a couple of 5-star experiences. We like the model and the ability to get access to photographers at shot notice. A couple experiences though have been 0-1 stars. On one photoshoot, the photographer just didn't show up or call to tell us he wouldn't be there. We were refunded for the entire shoot and overall satisfied with Snappr's customer service response. A few months later, we booked a 4-hour photoshoot and provided a very detailed shot list for the locations and event to be covered. The photographer went to the shoot and forgot a critical part of the shot list. He provided a 1-hour shoot (plus photos) and missed a 3-hour, one-time event that was also to be included. This was very well documented within the shot list and the photographer responded right away letting us know he apologized that he'd missed a huge portion of the shoot. The photography quality for the 25% of the order we received was great and the photographer is very talented. The problem and reason for this review is due to the event coverage and photos for a one-time event which we did not receive. We attempted to make things right with Snappr customer service and after a dozen attempts via phone and email, we still have not received any call back or refunds. We would not be leaving this review had anyone at Snappr returned our emails or phone calls and resolved the issue. We understand sometimes details are missed, however, no attempt has been made to refund us for the 3/4 of the product we ordered and did not receive. Due to the lack of response, we had no other option but to dispute the charge with our credit card company for the goods that were not delivered. Because of this, we will never use Snappr again. The bad certainly outweighs the good for us and we can no longer rate Snappr as a great company with excellent customer service.

  I have used Snappr four times, twice in Chicago, once in Boston and once in cape cod. Every time we have gotten great photographers and the turnaround time is so fast!

  Snappr was very efficient and fast in their response. They are a company that simply provide good quality service and have the customers best interest. My experience was a 10/10 as I needed headshots for a photoshoot within 2 days, and I received my pictures within 4 days in total.

  Working with a Snappr photographer was the best decision I've made in a long time in Aug 2021. I was very apprehensive from all of the over eating pandemic weight. However, not only did I NEED to get a new photo for my LinkedIn profile, but I needed to push through pretty quick at that point. By the time I reached out and met with the photographer? It was within a week! The more awesome point is that I had a blast as he kept me in the loop prior to the shoot. Afterwards, results were great and very quick. Snappr will be my "GO TO" from here on out. Thanks for the professionalism and I've been working at an amazing company. I'd like to believe it was due to my SAYING YES as a first step to a photo.

  I scheduled 3 photo appointments. the First shoot was in San Diego...it was amazing. our photographer, Mariola, was very knowledgeable of the area and made great recommendations on locations including the beach. The pictures were amazing and we have a photobook that chronicles our trip. Our second shoot was in Hawaii our photographer Drake (and his assistant) were the best. We had fun, the photos were amazing, and their knowledge of the area gave us amazing pictures and a few surprises we weren't expecting. Our third shoot is this week...I'll keep you posted...My recommendations: have some ideas of what you want. Have the photographer take some candid photos, some of the surrounding area, and definitely make a photobook so you can remember it all.

  Family shoot: The photographer didn't seem experienced in portrait or family photography. During the shoot there was no feedback on messy hair and posture. The pictures had a lot of exposure and flash. I was only able to use a few pictures. Will not use Snappr again.

  We were unable to do the shoot as our photographer was not vaccinated . We have tried reaching Snappr several times and they have not responded . We had an urgent shoot we needed to reschedule .

  Hands down best photography services Snappr! Nicole was our photographer, she was great!! She made sure she was there before time to explore the photoshoot location for capturing the best shots. She was right on schedule for sending us the pictures as well.. I would definitely recommend Snappr and Nicole!!

  I was not clear about how professional photography would be. But the photographer was very professional and fully equipped and even in park he created environment as we are in a studio. Really happy.

  I've used Snappr twice now for work - Montreal and Toronto. In both instances, the photographers did amazing work. They were both very communicative, showed up on time and had all of the tools to get the job done. Their photos turned out beautiful. The turn around time is amazing - within 2 business days, I had edited versions of 60-150 photos. I will definitely be using Snappr again!

  The quality of the work was very disappointing. I ended up purchasing a photo light box and doing the photos myself which came out 100% better. Initially the photographer was set up to come to my business to do the photo shoot but then decided that taking my products to the studio and returning them would be much better. I agreed not knowing that my products would be loaded into a car with a free roaming pet and tremendous amounts of pet hair everywhere (I do love pets but this was unprofessional) My photos were labeled incorrectly and looked poorly. I do wish that I would have been there to provide more guidance on how I wanted my products to be photographed however, dealing with a professional I let my guard down and was highly disappointed.

  The pictures weren't as creative as I would have liked. They looked better online from the samples. Than they came out blurry. Was disappointed. This was an 80th birthday with the entire family. For what I received I guessed it was expected. Know better now
