  The site was reasonably user friendly and easy to navigate, and being able to see samples of the photographers work was nice. But a couple of things that are kind of annoying about the site is that the share option wasn’t clear as to what was being shared and with whom. Not very intuitive. It was also unclear where and how to change or update the password.

  We really enjoyed working with Snappr. We were calling at the last minute with a very small budget. They sent me five resumes of people. I called the first one and he was not available that day, but he was very personable. My second call resulted in contracting with a man who was very professional, provided us with 5-7 photos for each person that were excellent. He was also able to help the board members relax so that their photos didn't make them look formal and stiff. We would definitely use them again.

  Snappr was incredible. I have been recommending them to everyone I talk to. I tried to book them on a Saturday night for an event on Sunday. The site originally told me that there was no one available, however, I received a call the next day (on Sunday) from Snappr headquarters asking if I still needed a photographer. I did! So the guy said he would see what he could do. An hour later, I had a photographer booked and the photos turned out incredible. Emily was our photographer in Oahu and she was amazing! I'm so glad they were able to track her down because now we'll have incredible photos to cherish for a lifetime. I can't recommend Emily or Snappr more!

  I found Snappr when I typed in food photography. What a brilliant concept to bring photographers and clients together at a very reasonable price with EXCEPTIONAL Service. I had the most incredible food photographer come to my place and the shoot lasted 3 hours. Olga reached out to me the day I booked and reached out again. She was right on time. Very professional and friendly. I was nervous and she said, "don't be nervous, we are going to have fun". Her eye and use of natural light were fantastic and exactly what I wanted. I am a new business and my budget is small. I cannot THANK Snappr enough for their outstanding service and experience. The call center will help with any and all questions. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Snappr.

  We were very pleased with the ability to schedule a photo professional on short notice. Snappr was able to accomodate our very narrow window of availability for getting headshots of our executives in our office. They matched us with an excellent photographer who was a delight to work with. Because of his skills and laid back demeanor, he put us at ease, and the resulting photos were excellent - exactly what we needed!

  I was on vacation and my cousin was going to take engagement photos for my nephew and his new fiance. She cancelled last minute and I was left scrambling for a photographer last minute. I found Snappr and booked a photographer! The first photographer I booked through the app cancelled, but Snappr called and assured me they would work to find another one for me. They stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process, sent me samples of the new photographers work, and got it booked! Our photographer, Wayne, showed up on time and took pictures the family with cherish for a lifetime! They were stunning and we were so thankful!! I would highly recommend Snappr to anyone looking for a photographer!

  I’ll definitely use Snappr again. We brought our whole family to NYC for the first time for college visits. The photographer met us in Central Park, had great location suggestions. The price was great and we got a ton of pictures. I was very happy. They turned out snacking.

  Everything was great from ordering to receiving but I would ask the photographers have a little more input on the day as to where we stand and coordinate the people into a little more so we look like family .. I was a little disappointed with anyone and everyone having a say as to where we stood and who was in the photo . I particularly wanted a photo of my 2 children with me but this did not happen due to all our fault but also one particular photo of all of us was taken with everyone to far apart . I will delete these . It would have been a lot better to have the photographer ask that we all stood closer or moved as he would have seen the distance between us . Otherwise he was very accommodating , friendly and professional .

  I though before that finding a photographer was easy in New York Area, but I've had some very bad experiences in the past. I've used Snappr twice now and I'm really satisfied with the ones I've worked with. I definitely recommend this app if you want to find a reliable professional photographer without having to worry too much. This last time, Andrew the photographer made an amazing job, and everyone loved the pictures.
