Verified reviewSite was easily found with an internet search. Ordering was simple. Didn’t get an email when it was shipped, and didn’t get a response when I inquired about shipping and possible arrival dates. It arrived and was very easy to install on our heavy bypass pantry doors. Wish we’d have seen these before we wasted money buying bypass hardware from Home Depot that only lasted a couple of years. This product is far superior and better made. Our biggest problem is we decided not to use the soft closures and we have issues trying to get used to the new hardware. You see, the new rollers slide so well, one of these days the panty door may end up in the living room! Maybe for those DIY people thinking of using this product … install the soft closures!
