  It's a YAY for me...so clear, simple, easy which means more taxes I can complete and cash coming my way. Because its a new software for me I was concern but now I truly can say the stress is gone because if I have doubts regarding any part of the tax preparation it can walk me through it avoiding errors! So relieved, and that you are contacting me so fast in tax season is a plus. Thank you!

  Agents could work on paying closer attention. I have to repeat myself A LOT! This is for all agents, every time I call. Victoria assisted me to install the software spent about 3.5 hours on the phone with her, she installed it on 5 computer, but only installed the Federal not the State! Had to call back to get it installed, waste of time!
