  There were multiple calls in the evening to address one issue. Albeit brief, the unexpected calls were disruptive. This was today 12/28 Thursday evening. I would've been more prepared Friday morning. But...the staff was friendly and explained what they needed well.

  Customer service is great I would definitely say out of the 10 years. I’ve been doing taxes the last three years we’ve been in ER and I think Sigma has the best customer service out of the companies that I’ve used. No else has even came close.
