Tech Support Rep Jason was very patient and deliberate to fully understand my questions and overall support needs. Perhaps the most effective part was that he was able to assess my skill level and or background because he was able to gauge his responses and/or instructions to maximize his ability to enhance my ability to (a) absorb information, and (b) expand the overall depth and functionality of the Drake Tax Software. As a result, I am convinced that what he covered will stay with me, AND his overall approach seems to enhance my confidence to the point I will be able to reduce the need for unnecessary support calls, e.g., I will be able to use the screen and keys and make use of the online Video Tutorials. Oliver Hussein is an Angel. He literally took his time with me and when he was finished, I walked away with confidence. I truly was not coming back to this company, but getting Oliver to help me changed my feelings concerning this company and realized, its not the company as much as it is the support team you have in place. The other workers were so horrible, until I no longer wanted to do business with them. By chance, I needed to try one more question and got Oliver to help me. He literally brought tears to my eyes, he was so efficient and I felt empowered. So I need to bring this to the companies attention. Hudson was amazing. He is super knowledgeable and found my issue within a couple of minutes. I was having trouble trying to figure out where a number was coming from on my clients tax return. I must have spent an hour trying to find this number and he founded within a minute or two. Kudos to Hudson.

I had the pleasure of working with Bruce Deen today. My entire computer had messed up I wasn't able to access my files to continue working with clients. Some of the software that had been previously downloaded were not completed correctly so he stepped in and fixed EVERYTHING! I think he deserves a raise!
