  Site was easy to navigate and locate exactly what I needed. It helped that I already knew what I was looking for. My first order placed after hours on a Saturday was taken care of and shipped first thing on Monday. The entire process with Server Supply is a better purchasing process then anywhere else, Pricing is fifty to sixty percent lower than purchasing anywhere else. Follow up by Server Supply to ensure receipt of order and that it is correct and works what an unexpected and very pleasant surprise. I will continue to use them as a primary source for all my server supply needs.

  ServerSupply has always been very responsive when ordering from them. The price point on our last order was very good and for a good reason. The refurbished Aruba APs did not come with AC adapters per the SKU number advertised and that was not disclosed unit the units arrived at our office. It then caused an online search to procure the correct AC adapters at additional cost. Better product disclosure was needed in this case.

  the price was good. however as shipping and packaging is your only job it was terrible. i'll be supprised if these drives last more than a year. however the hassle of sending stuff back packaged incorrectly is such a pain. not sure I would order from there again. please teach your employees how to pack. it's not rocket science!

  I purchased a switch that was new factory sealed. It is even on my invoice as new factory sealed and it was a return that was missing all of the user guides. I could not log in because it was registered to another company and they had changed the password. Cisco support would not help because it was not my switch. It was owned by another company. I called for support and I was just told call back tomorrow. Selling me a return switch is new as fraud. I will never deal with this company again
