    I am so happy to have found this salon furniture company. Art and his staff are the best I bought my furniture from them about two years ago. I have had two small issues with my dryer and both times including today after two years they took care of it in a heartbeat they are amazing and extremely accommodating they will do everything within their means to please their client I really really am happy with them and very thankful for their service. they stand behind their product and they have wonderful customer service. I wish them the best and long long years of successful business thank you again Art and your staff for always taking such good care of my salon and I whenever needed.

    I called the company before I placed my order to make sure I could receive my order in 10 days and I was reassured that it would come in time for my grand opening. On day 8 I still had not received a confirmation email but my account had been charged, so I called to find out what was going on. She said the order was placed but not actually processed yet so she processed it right then. Half my order came days after my grand opening, and the rest was lost. it finally did show up a few more days later. One of the items I ordered only works half of the time so I asked if I could exchange it for a different type of item, a hood dryer instead of a steamer. (same price) They agreed to let me but I had to pay to ship it back which would be $70 and then I also had to pay the shipping on the hood dryer which would be another $100. For $20 more I can just go buy a brand new one somewhere else that doesn't have to ship. Anyway overall horrible experience from beginning to end. The only positive thing I have to say is I do love my shampoo bowl and chair.

    I'm sorry that your order was not shipped in time, during the time of your order, the person you spoke to was a new employee who did not follow up on your order to make sure it gets shipped, again I apologize. Unfortunately our third party shipping company lost part of your shipment, for which we had no control over, but I'm glad it did finally arrived, so for that I apologize as well. Your steamer is under warranty and if parts are needed to be replaced we will gladly do that for you at no cost to you what so ever, we do want to make sure that items we sell to you work properly. Unfortunately for any items that needed to be returned, our policy is, it's the customer's responsibility to ship it back to us.

    So what you are saying is that it was the new employees fault and then the shipping company's fault. Great! I also already offered to pay the full shipping price to send back the steamer but your reply was that I also have to pay $100 to ship the new product. Seems like after going through everything I went through and having to postpone my grand opening you could have at least sent me the exchange item at no cost to me!? I understand you have your policies but I guess I prefer to use a company that will take care of their customers that choose to spend almost $2000 at their business. Thanks for the apology though.

    To be honest with you, when the request was made for an exchange of the steamer for the dryer, I was not told about the difficulty you were faced with. In answering your initial review we just went by what our policy states. Knowing now what you were forced to do, I understand and agree that we should be taking care of you, so if you still like to exchange the steamer for the dryer, you can send that back and we'll send you the dryer to exchange with no additional cost. Please reference Return/Exchange on the package when sending the package back, thank you and I apologize again for the inconvenience you've experienced

    I'm sorry we dropped the ball on getting back to you as quickly as you would like, but with the current economic situation, we were backed logged on orders, can't find enough good employees to service our customers and can't get enough products to sell. With that said, we were 5 days late on our shipment to you and at the end you received all the items you ordered.     Site navigation was pretty easy, delivery was good, however I was expecting a phone call and never got one so my shipment came unexpectedly. When I ordered online shipping fees were around $200 and I got a call a couple days later saying me order would not be able to go through due to more shipping fees that I needed to pay due to an error in the website.

    I'm sorry the notification of the shipment arrival was not given to you, we did pay the trucking company extra for this service. If you did not have a way to receive the shipment because of this issue, you were not required to accept the shipment. As for the additional fees, the website only give an estimated shipping cost, because every city may have different environment, the estimated shipping cost is only give for each state.

    It was pretty easy to order, they even called and gave me a delivery date, call 30min before they arrived. I didn’t like how they only give you 24hrs to report if something is damaged. I was not able to put the product together until a couple days later. So if something was damaged I’m not sure they would Replace it.

    The chairs are nice. Although they look great, they are not practical. They are very short and clients can touch the floor easily when seated. They also do not go very high up at all and the chair itself is quite small.

    Obviously if you are ordering from here you most likely need salon furniture. Well, buyer beware they hire a delivery company that will only deliver to your door. You yourself are responsible for bringing it past the door. They don’t tell you this upfront either only after you order.

    I'm sorry that you were not aware that the shipments were not made inside your salon. We try our best to be very clear about the delivery process by letting you know on four different occasions. First you had to choose the shipping methods when you place your order on line, and the only option for shipping is "curbside delivery". Second we always call to confirm all online order to make sure the information is correct and to let you know that the delivery will curbside. Third our receiving instructions are emailed to you and also call to explain the delivery process and again letting you know that it is a curbside delivery. Perhaps you were not aware that curbside does not mean inside delivery. I'm sorry for not making sure you understood what curbside meant.

    I looooooove my new shampoo bowl and styling chair purchased from the salon furniture warehouse!!!! the whole process from ordering, speaking with their customer service, to deliver was really great!!! Awesome customer service and the delivery gentleman was pleasant as well. Even though I haven't set up my equipment yet, everything is in tack and there are NO DAMAGES, everything was packaged very well and secure. I highly recommend any stylist or business owner within the beauty industry to purchase their equipment from salon warehouse furniture!!!!

    I would love to give 5 stars to my review, but I wasnt expecting all the challenges that I faced with my new furniture. The salesperson gets 10 stars... he was beyond wonderful and has gone beyond the call of duty to please me... thank you. Your help is much appreciated. However... As much money as I paid for my station, the last thing I was expecting to have to do is to put it together... It took me all day... every board and handle and drawers had to be put together... and not all parts were there or correct. Thank God I know how to do this type of thing... My clients LOVE the new furniture :) I am still having issues with the new shampoo bowl... controlling hot/vs/cold water... and I have tried everything... but I am loosing time, money and have burnt a couple of clients monkeying around with it... Bottom line is, I am overall happy, as they will work with me in trying to resolve my issues.

    From ordering to delivery they were awesome. I ordered additional manicure tables to match the existing tables we originally ordered. I ordered black instead of mocha. They called me to check if I meant to order the black as our previous purchases were Mocha!!! I changed it to Mocha and thanked them so much fir catching my err. What service!

    The delivery was very fast . I live in the U.P. and they brought it in a few day and packaging was neat. Most of it was put together which was awesome but I was missing all the screws I needed to put the rest together. And it looked dirty. I must say customer service was very nice and helpful. I am suppose to receive the rest of the hardware soon. I would order again.

    The team at salon furniture warehouse is really easy to work with. I was in the process of opening a salon before the pandemic hit the USA. All across the country multiple vendors were dealing with back orders due to the lock downs in other parts of the world . The stations that i wanted were out of stock but the team at salon furniture warehouse helped be find an alternative station that still fit the overall theme of the salon. The delivery was on-time.     Of course with any online purchase you may be skeptical. After reading all the reviews I felt comfortable enough to purchase my chair. The order and delivery was super easy.     I ordered a styling chair from them and we choose the option to pick it up because I only live about 45 minutes away from the warehouse. When we got there I really liked a couch that was in the showroom and I was able to add that to my order and take it home that day. They were friendly and I was out of there quickly. The furniture that I got is really sturdy and good quality. Really happy!

    At the time of my order the pandemic had hit so the delivery was going to be delayed. Given that, this company kept me up to date on my order and I never felt left in the dark wondering. When the shipping day finally arrived, the delivery man was SUPER helpful and very experienced with the massive transfer truck.     The experience was great I ordered the table and it came really fast the only thing I would recommend is including the instructions inside the packaging and to also change the curbside delivery these are very heavy items and to have to go through all those boxes in the street or on the sidewalk is crazy but staff was super friendly and helpful when placing the order even when I called for the assembly instructions they mailed them to me

    These people were excellent. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, even when their state was shut down, they got it to me. Shipping was not 2-4 days from purchase, but other than that it was a great experience. Everyone loved my shampoo unit!
