  I was able to speak directly to a representative (Phat) who walked me through all of my questions about a month before I ever ordered. When I was ready to order they also let me know that they could retrofit the tables to my local requirements. I passed due to time constraints since my contractors were already going to do the retrofitting. It was a nice gesture. I had a custom order and with building my salon I needed a specific window for delivery. They took a deposit and detailed my shipping date for a month later when I needed them. Everything from the quote to shipping was done exactly as described. Items came in freight exactly as and when promised. Salon furniture reached out prior to delivery to make sure we knew all the details of receiving shipment. We didn’t have any damage or anything missing. They were also still available via phone for any other questions. 10/10 awesome service, great pricing, and product exactly as wanted.

  I want to say customers service was beyond my expectations. I had called before they opened and someone returned my call immediately. They called me every step of the way, shipping is was quick, I placed the order on Monday by Friday I had my chair. The chair was in perfect condition and as described. Highly recommend

  Furniture, furniture quality and delivery are okay. But the wall frame didn't work with the same specification size of poster. I talked with the Poster printing company, and they said that is the perfect size. I cut the posters little more than 1 inch then only fit in the frame. Not sure it is furniture company's or printing company's issue.

  The selection of products is immense. I doubt you'd leave the website without finding what you want. The quality of my manicure table is outstanding; the quality of customer service is even better. The shipping was an easy process and they do everything in their power to make sure you have every item you're supposed to have by letting you know what to expect, how many boxes your item will come with and what to do should you not have everything. I love my new table, it is made of quality products and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am glad I made my purchase from SFW because I don't think I would be as happy as I am now.

  We researched for barber chair high and low with any resources we could find, especially for the vintage look we want for our “Main Street Barber Shop” in Fair Haven, New York. We had a lot of concerns and questions for such large purchase sight unseen. But Phat Nguyen, our sales rep was able to answer all our questions and put our minds at ease. The Brown Van Buren Barber Chair is well made, comfortable and stunning to look like. Our New Barber Shop couldn’t have been a grand opening hit without these chairs. Thank you.

  I have had my table for a couple of weeks now and I think it’s perfect! The Website was very easy go through and ordering was simple. The delivery was perfect! It came in just a few days.   Items came on time! Wood is VERY STURDY. It was a little extra time consuming putting the items together since the instructions had no verbiage, only pictures. But we got it done, nonetheless. I love the station! It’s perfect. I will DEFINITELY BE ORDERING AGAIN!

  Nail drying station blows very cold air and customers have complained that it should be warmer. Literally blows strong cold hair all over your front face and body. Not very happy with this product.

  The nail drying table is equipped with a standard fans and UV lights, it does not include any heating element. This is standard in the market, there is no nail drying station in the market that includes heat, therefore in the winter it maybe cold to turn on the fan. That’s when the UV light becomes useful, it does have separate controls for each components and for hand and feet as well. Thank you Art

  My salon caught fire and I had to replace everything. Great customer service, friendly helpful and very prompt. Was amazed at how quickly I received my equipment. I definitely recommend them. I order some items from another company at the same time and am not able to get them to return my call.

  I purchased 3 Deco Van Buren Barber chairs. I received the shipment on time and chairs are beautiful. They did have a few scratches underneath the footrest. The assembly was easy the ONLY issue we had was lining up the bolts and getting them flush. Got them as close as possible without stripping the bolt. Other then that the chairs are perfect.

  Disappointed to hear they didnt have the legs for the table I ordered in stock, AFTER I had already placed the order. I was given the option to swap out for different legs, but I had already spent weeks deciding on those specifically, so I opted to stick with them. I had to pay an additional shipping charge, which they asked for my consent prior to giving me a shipping quote for them. Seemed a little unfair to pay close to $150 extra for something I had no control over, especially after spending nearly $8,000 already. Had there been an out of stock notification when I placed the order, I wouldnt have been upset.
