  This company walk you thru the process, from confirming the order, to the shipping department calling me to let me know what to expect with my shipment, good thing they did too, the shipment came during an appointment time, and I had someone there to help me with it, otherwise I would have been stuck with this huge shipment, Great service and communication.

  Bought some barber chairs from the warehouse in Chicago. They have a wide variety of everything in their showroom and they even showed me around the warehouse, the place is huge! I got a great deal on some vintage barber chairs and they’re so much better than what I expected. The pictures do not do them justice!!

  The more I read the one star reviews the more I realize how messed up people are..!!!!! I’ve been dealing with this company for over three years. They are always there to help and answer any questions . They always resolve any issues I had !! I’m buiding my second salon and placing an equipment order is so easy with them. I have dealt with other companies in the past And Nothing like salon furniture warehouse. So in spite of those other reviews give Salon Furnitue Warehouse a call! You won’t regret !

  I was hesitant at first to buy my furniture online, luckily Salon Furniture Warehouse has a huge showroom only 45 minutes away. After visiting the showroom and find out that a lot of the items were actually better in person than the pictures suggest, I placed my order. The shipment arrived only a couple of days later. The products are exactly as I ordered and expected. Great customer service, products and prices what else can I ask for.

  I placed a order from the website that was close to 1000 dollars.I was very nervous to do this with them being so far away and sending that amount of money my first time. The tables didn't ship on time but I was assured they would still arrive the day I was told. They did arrive on time, the delivery driver was very nice also salon Warehouse customer service is awesome and even helped me over the phone with the assembly. My tables look perfect

  We first became associated the Salon Furniture Warehouse in 2020, during the heart of the pandemic. We opened up our new salon in September of 2020. Obviously not an easy time. Art Schuler is the associate who helped us order ALL of our salon furniture, including sinks. We have since ordered additional items and have been pleased with everything. Whenever we needed help or suggestions, Art has always been the consummate professional & very helpful! Thank you Art !

  During my salons renovation, I purchased a couple of nice, high quality pieces of salon furniture from here. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a vast selection of products and you will not find better pricing elsewhere! I was able to find furnishings that fit my salons style and personality without breaking the bank.   I purchased my equipment in February from the Des Plaines, IL location. Andrew helped me, I did not have an appointment. He stopped what he was doing and took me to the showroom. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. My shipment arrived on the date I picked and everything appeared fine. There were a couple "small glitches" and I had quite a few questions. Phat had taken ALL my calls, he was ALWAYS kind and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He took care of all my concerns in a timely manner. They are great guys, especially Phat!!   Salon Furniture Warehouse was great to work with! I drove 4 hours to get over there and they sent me home with my products the same day! I had an issue with one of the hydraulics on my chair and they have a new one on the way already! Highly recommend!!!

  This company is awesome. The customer service that I experienced was outstanding. I called first before driving up from Cincinnati to make sure they had what I wanted was in stock.   I was able to speak directly to a representative (Phat) who walked me through all of my questions about a month before I ever ordered. When I was ready to order they also let me know that they could retrofit the tables to my local requirements. I passed due to time constraints since my contractors were already going to do the retrofitting. It was a nice gesture. I had a custom order and with building my salon I needed a specific window for delivery. They took a deposit and detailed my shipping date for a month later when I needed them. Everything from the quote to shipping was done exactly as described. Items came in freight exactly as and when promised. Salon furniture reached out prior to delivery to make sure we knew all the details of receiving shipment. We didn’t have any damage or anything missing. They were also still available via phone for any other questions. 10/10 awesome service, great pricing, and product exactly as wanted.

  MARIA! MARIA! MARIA! - There is nothing better than receiving amazing customer service when you are dealing with your business and having to purchase things sight unseen. Maria went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns I had. She faced timed me to allow me to see the furniture and how it looks to be sure it was suitable for my salon. Maria gave me suggestions and recommendations on items that I chose that might not work for me and what my salon needs were. Some say upselling but I say that she showed me that she was concerned about my investment and that is what it is. Maria kept in contact with me after the sale and helped me in getting issues resolved after I received my salon furniture. Even after I had some personal issues to attend to right after receiving my shipment Maria allowed me time to handle what I needed and was able to put a bow on my experience with her. Again I thank you Maria it is people like you that make doing business online worth it. I was a bit concerned about my manicure tables but it was not enough for me to change my mind about the company. I cannot wait to get my pedicure chair up and running it looks amazing. Definitely will recommend doing business with this company and plan to in the future.

  My second time purchasing a reclining styling chair from Salon Furniture Warehouse. The entire experience was smooth and easy. Maria let me know the options available to upgrade the chair. I DID choose to go w/the additional options to maximize the chair’s use for me, and make it the most comfortable for my clients. I was grateful for her sharing these options.   From the moment I walked in, I was treated wonderfully. At first, I was just browsing, I was not hounded to buy anything. I asked a couple questions and was able to leave without a sales pitch. When I returned, I was treated the exact same. Phat made my 2 purchase experiences so easy and convenient, even when I made last minute changes to my order.   It is a good store. The products are qualified and shipping is fast. The only problem I think they have is the delivery . They call me a day ahead and ask me whether I need a phone call when they deliver stuffs to me, I said yes but nobody calls when they are already here. And they send email to ask me to check is all the stuff got delivered. I didn't check and now I am not sure whether they give me the discharge plumb. I am waitting for the plumber came to see now. After all , I feel like the owner from this store is reliable, but be careful with the delivery.

We were facing a tight deadline for our opening day. It was our first experience in furnishing a salon, so needless to say we pretty nervous. The folks at Salon Furniture Warehouse really took care of us. Our sales associate guided through their showroom step by step. They customized our stylist workstations in order to fit with our floor design. They also provided us with styling chairs that matched with our shampoo stations. Our sales associate was the best. Professional, knowledgeable and so patient with us. They went above and beyond with their service. Making sure our shipment got to us on time. Every detail was covered.   I purchased the Alma Barber chair for my audiology clinic chair. It looks great! The shipping was on time and on the day they said they would come. The staff was extremely helpful.   I worked with Maria. She was very professional and on point. I was able to text or call her with any issues I had. Delivery was great. I got the deco crystalli station and manicure station salon suite. It’s so pretty in person. Although some screws were stripped and some screws were missing Maria was able to help me with getting a replacement. Overall I say it’s a great place to start, a little bit pricey but if you have the money to get what you like do that:)

  Received my station, and 1 side of the mirror edge was damaged. They did everything in there power to not ship me a new one. Now I have to wait a week for another one, and that one may or may not be damaged. They offered a credit of $100. No, thank you. $100 credit on a damaged $1000 station that I can not even use let alone put together seems a little ridiculous.

  MARIA! MARIA! MARIA! - There is nothing better than receiving amazing customer service when you are dealing with your business and having to purchase things sight unseen. Maria went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns I had. She faced timed me to allow me to see the furniture and how it looks to be sure it was suitable for my salon. Maria gave me suggestions and recommendations on items that I chose that might not work for me and what my salon needs were. Some say upselling but I say that she showed me that she was concerned about my investment and that is what it is. Maria kept in contact with me after the sale and helped me in getting issues resolved after I received my salon furniture. Even after I had some personal issues to attend to right after receiving my shipment Maria allowed me time to handle what I needed and was able to put a bow on my experience with her. Again I thank you Maria it is people like you that make doing business online worth it. I was a bit concerned about my manicure tables but it was not enough for me to change my mind about the company. I cannot wait to get my pedicure chair up and running it looks amazing. Definitely will recommend doing business with this company and plan to in the future.

  We bought 6 Glo LED stations, the quality can’t be matched, the entire unit is made of steel, you can adjust the brightness on the LED mirror. We needed to upgrade our salon and these units make our salon look modern, bright, and new. So so happy.
