  The forms are quality but are very pricey and somewhat confusing if ordering online. If you call, they will help you get what you need for the best price. Still seems awfully expensive for forms that you pretty much have to have.

  Sage is always prompt and their product is good. The delivery can be a bit rough at times (boxes obviously treated roughly) but not in their control. If any damage occurs it can be months before checks that might have been damaged (usually dented corners)are discovered.

  It's easy to use the website. The only thing I'd recommend is putting the name of the company next to what was ordered. I have 3 companies that I order checks for and sometimes I have to do some searching to figure out what the last one was for the company I'm re-ordering for. Otherwise, everything was great. The order was correct and I got it in just a few days.

  The envelopes I usually order to match our Sage Form checks was out of stock indefinitely. When I asked for alternatives, I was told, instead of a double window envelope, we could get the same size in a single window envelope. So I ordered. They are not the same and window is not in right place.

  Everything was fine placing the order, but when I received the checks, they were in the wrong order. Usually the next check number is on top. Instead, it was on the bottom, and I had to change the whole order, one by one, which took some time.

  It was a horrible 1099 experience. I went with Sage CRE Forms because this is the first time I have done 1099's. I had confidence that the representative knew what I needed. I ordered 25 1099-Misc and 50 1099-NEC I received 50 1099-Misc and no 1099-NEC Contacted rep and got the right type of forms in the second delivery. I received the 3 to the page 1099's, but Sage 100 is set to 4 to a page. Do, total waste of my time. Will not order 1099's thru this way again.

  The order was processed fine. What I don't like is having to pay so much money for what amounts to a blank perforated form. I also don't like that I can't order envelopes separately. You have to buy more forms than needed to make sure you don't have printing errors. I have so many envelopes from prior years, I don't need anymore.

  Brian Briggs was responsive to our needs and the checks turned out great. I did have to point out that the MICR specs needed adjusting but he might have caught that during the production phase. That was the only thing, but overall we are very satisfied and will use them again.
