  Ordered new checks and it was easy, the only issue was after entering all the information, I generated the proof. There was some confusion as how to return to the initial order screen. I had to re-start the process of entering the company and bank information in order to submit the order. The ordered was placed and the shipment arrived very quickly.

  I Talked with Kat to make my initial order for checks she was very knowledgeable, quickly helped me with our Logo and got the checks ordered. With in 3 days we had our order and the quality was exactly what the said it would be. I don't think it gets any better than that.

  Great customer service. Always has our purchase history handy so we don't have errors in shipments. I wish you had more specials in pricing. Shipping charges are costly since we are in Florida. The orders are shipped the day I order and I am notified when the shipment will deliver. Always on time. I appreciate the great service and that I don't have to follow-up on my order.

  the forms came in just as i ordered, my issue was that i ordered them on a monday and paid for UPS Next Day Air for a tuesday delivery, i received them on Friday and did not get a refund for being late. they had different answers every day i checked

  I called within 4 hours of placing an order to make a change and was told I had to make a change within 30 minutes. I find that unacceptable and not very feasible.

  very dissatisfied this year. i've been doing this here for 13 years and this is the first year i had a problem first we ordered early in october and it turned out that they were the wrong form, had to reorder and the envelopes didn't fit so we had to fold them not to mention we were charged for the first incorrect ones.
