  RVezy provides a very valuable resource for anyone seeking to rent an RV. I did, however, find the process and the interface to be not very intuitive. I would certainly use the app again having learned some of its intricacies.

  They took my money fast and then completely screwed up the verification process. The algorithm would NOT work to verify and my credit card got charged fraud charges almost immediately. They would not allow cancellation without keeping $500. I finally got through to a live person who also had difficulty with verification. Find some other way, don't give these scammers your ID. I'm still waiting for my deposit back since my trip last week.

  I had multiple issues with the booming process, especially the identity verification and adding a driver features. I had to contact customer service in order to get the situations handled. It wasn't the easiest process in my opinion. The actual pick, renting and returning went very smoothly.

  They delivered and set up for us, and picked up so we wouldn’t have to tow. Wonderful couple to work with. Camper was the perfect size for our family of five with extra room to spare. It was beautiful and super clean. Stocked with kitchen and cooking utensils, towels and blankets.ads our trip so easy!!

  The RV booking was fine, but a $99 two night rental was nickel and dime up to $500. I’ll never do that again. I didn’t even use the bathroom, and left them with a full tank of gas in the generator that I rented for $50. The site fees are more than Airbnb. I could’ve stayed in a hotel cheaper.

  After an initial hiccup where my first booking was cancelled by the RV owner, the replacement RV rental experience was great. Good communication with the owner and the check out/check in process was made simple by the app. I will definitely be using the site again.

  The experience with RVeasy was okay. My biggest complaint is that they are not honest about the charges. I rented a camper that was supposedly $65 a night. Total cost was closer to $100 a night with all the extra fees, service charges, taxes, and convenience charges and so forth.

  It was our first time renting an RV through RVezy. The process was very easy and everything went smoothly. The customer service after we returned the RV was excellent!   The app works well. The website does not work well, especially for verifying drivers. Driver verification should be done as an integral part of booking, not as separate step. Customer service via phone is AWFUL. Impossible to get through. No option for requesting call back. Though I didn’t experience problems with rental RV I have no confidence that I would have received help in a timely manner. Finally— and most irritating of all for me— requiring a review before refunding deposit smacks of extortion designed to inflate positive reviews. For all of these reasons, I would think very carefully before using RVEzy again or recommending it to others.

  The actual on-line process of renting a RV was good overall. However, future clients should be very cautious about the inflated level of high reviews given to the owner. Specifically, we rented this Trailer from the owner(Matthew) based on the positive reviews and his assurances via phone calls and emails that our rental would be care-free and a no-hassle vacation. Nothing could be further from the truth!! Future clients should have their RV's rentals guaranteed by the owner at time of pickup, that owners have done the promised PRE-Rental preparation and customer care as expected. In our situation, it wasn't discovered until we were already setup at our campsite, after dark, that they was NO running water available in the RV for use of Toilets, Showers, Cooking etc. Despite several calls to the owner to rectify this problem, his reply was to keep a pail of water beside the toilet to flush, and sorry if you won't be able to take a shower or run water to make morning coffee! After 6 days of waiting to get the defective pump replaced (many thanks to Max at RV ezy), we had 1.5 days left of our vacation to finally have water in our Trailer. The owner now has a new pump replaced due to our insurance paid ....not his expense. He also falsely advertised that a TV/DVD player was included...when it was not . And he also advertised a 20' Trailer, when in fact it was only 17'....so total deception...Rental clients beware of inflated reviews and unfufilled promises by RV owners. This long awaited vacation for my family and our friends was a total disappointment. The RV Ezy home office should be very concerned that your reputation is also being tarnished by these shady owners/renters.

  Renting an RV is inherently tricky because accidents can happen while out in nature (or on the road). RV easy does everything possible to keep both sides safe by the way things are documented. We enjoyed our first rental and will be doing it again without a doubt!

  I see so much potential in this site; what a great way to share the love of the open road and make RV’ing more accessible. However, the site was difficult to navigate when searching for a trailer. My search options did not stay up. Luckily, the option for renters to be notified if a rentee was looking for something in their vicinity helped me find our trailer rental. Some standard expectations And possibly a guidebook for using the trailer/RV should be sent out either from RVezy or the rentees themselves, an option for rentees to easily adjust invoices for add-ons (this should not be the responsibility of the renter), and a space to agree on time of delivery/meeting etc made explicit in the renting process. Communication within the ap is great.

  As first timers I do think there was a learning curve. But our host was fantastic and helped walk us through everything. I would definitely do this again and it’s kind of opened up our eyes to RV life. Highly recommended.

  Overall the site is great. If you are navigating the website on a laptop it’s flawless. The app on the phone could use a little improvement.   I really enjoyed the experience. The couple we rented from was fantastic and the process and what you can find included with the rental is so much easier that the BIG rental companies. I would totally use RVezy again with out a doubt.
