  The process that RVezy puts you through to rent an is confusing, redundant, and frustrating. It's also extremely frustrating that we had to sign a supplemental rental agreement with the owner AFTER our booking was paid in full and no refund was available. Fortunately, the owner we worked with had a reasonable rental agreement and we signed it. All required rental agreement should be signed prior to funds being locked in on a rental. This process is potentially very harmful to the renter and should be addressed immediately.

  I found this site extremely difficult to navigate. Customer service is also extremely difficult to get ahold of, expect a 45 to 50 minute wait! Thank goodness your RV owners are so helpful otherwise your renters would go elsewhere to avoid the headache.

  Hi - I’m not sure if I wasn’t using the app correctly but I assumed any correspondence with the fellow we rented from would come through the app. That was not the case. What I found on the app were two old booking requests that I did not use. I already had a confirmed booking and had submitted my husbands driver’s license; however, it still is asking me to verify my account. Plus it does not show my completed booking. Can you let me know what I should be doing differently. Thank you.

  I found the booking easy and app good to use however waaaay too many junk emails sent to me while waiting for my booking date to arrive. Now it’s done I’m tempted to block RVezy but will first wait and see how many sales emails I get now.

  Smooth process from start to end. Easy browsing of RVs on the website, finding an available unit, dealing with the renters (chat platform is excellent) paperwork is easy to fill out, well explained - payments too. The unit we rented was great, the owners were very friendly and accessible. Thank you!

  I liked using this app as a new RV renter. However, when I entered the dates that I wanted, more than half of the RVs that came up as matches were actually unavailable after messages were sent. As well, I could not get reception at our campsite to upload the pictures of the RV so that the owner could leave with insurance in place. Not sure how to get around this but it was a real hassle to drive around looking for reception enough to complete the booking.

  i love my experience! it was my first time using this app, didnt know what to expect when renting a unit. i love the fact that once you have chosen an Rv, they guide you step by step. on the day of pick up and return, they even have you fill out a trip/walk around that you can document any damage on the rv. the app is well made and recommend passing trew it to tent a unit

  As first time users of this service, we were very satisfied with our rental experience. From the simple search and booking process, followed by the personal aspect of dealing directly with the owners throughout.   I like the service of RVEZY but the owner I will give reviews 2 stars as I cleaned the RV really well and did Lysol wipes everywhere and was more clean than we get from owner. Even we paid 50$ extra at reservation for cleaning services at RVezy when we booked it! Still he is saying it’s not that clean. I did a big mistake that I didn’t click the pictures before picking up the RV and before delivering back to him. But now I have learned my lesson.

  The inspections were easy via App however final review I was not able to mark star rating and finish the trip. All of the confirmation emails sent to me were in FRENCH which I could not read. This held up the process as the renter had to call/text me several times through the process to update on the App which frustrated the renter and customer! My profile states english yet 98% of the emails were in FRENCH! Very confusing. TI was surprised there was no issue to have someone call me to get my credit card confirmation in english.

  The website is pretty good - the only issue i have is the map is hard to use and navigate with the RV icons blocking each other and not decreasing in size when you zoom in. The rental process itself with the owners was pretty good...there was no instruction on check out process though, not sure if that should be built in somewhere? Also the 2 week cancellation/no refund policy is not great and we almost didn't book until we talked with the owners and they said that they could help us get around that.

  I received about 10 texts and emails to complete rental agreement. Each time I would click the link, it would make me log in rather than take me to the proper page, then I was unable to complete the agreement it just said it was in review - for over a week. I tried 4-5 times a day. THEN My renter had to cancel my booking and re-book, while on the phone with me, just to be able to access insurance. The site is confusing to use and not user friendly. The idea is great - the software is a nightmare!! Never again.

  The verification process was very bad and your staff in customer service were not aware how to deal with the issues. Both the owner and I were left to call in numerous times and different answers left us panicking to get things done for days prior to departure.
