  Website was easy to use, particularly searching by area. Encountered some difficulty with creating a driver profile as the app was incorrectly interpreting my name but was resolved very quickly by the customer support team after submitting a ticket.

  I had some issues with a few rentals cancelling and then having to book a rental that I did not love due to inventory. I had some issues with the host and RVezy didn't really help me navigate. They basically said "what do you want us to do?" I won't be using them for future camper van rentals.

  Rvezy was a great way for our family to go on a mini vacation. Our host was a great guy and very helpful. I find the website/app tricky to navigate when it comes to finding a few items. It would be helpful if there was a tab or a clear link to finding the inspection report for the beginning and ending of the trip. In the end I wasn’t able to find the end inspection report because I exited from adding pictures and then I wasn’t able to complete the rest of the report. Other than that, it’s great.

  The app is bad. Even the email I got to write this review is not intuitive. I didn't know where to click to write this! It was all frustrating when minutes before having to add damage photos to the application, I couldn't open the right page. Redo the app! We had to phone twice to figure things out.

  What a great rig and a great host! Dave was very accomadating and knowledgeable. RV was organized, clean and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use this service again, especially after a flight. Camping with family is much better alternative to a hotel room in the summer!

  I have ahead water to experience RV travel but could never afford renting from the traditional companies. RVezy changed that! My first rental went exceedingly well and I I hope to rent again next summer.

  I did have some trouble navigating the dashboard trying to register for my drivers licence. However the CSR who was my contact person quickly resolved my issue.

  Rvezy is a great app but has gone the way of airbnb with very high fees. A $450 rental somehow costs $750 due to insurance and rvezy booking fees. While we enjoyed our rental, given the high costs it’s borderline if we do it again.

  The initial booking was smooth but then Both the web dashboard and the app were a complete mess. I kept getting notifications that I had to ‘confirm drivers license’ but every time I tried to do it the camera didn’t work (I use apple phone and laptop) then two days before my trip started I got an email from your customer service person very firm sounding ‘you have not signed our rental agreement your trip is not confirmed’ I never got a notification about this. I also wondered why the rental agreement was not part of the initial sign up?? Why right before? I booked two months earlier. I was panicking and super busy that week so it just added complete unnecessary stress as I had not used Rveezy before. When I finally got my drivers license confirmed the camera didn’t capture my name correctly!! There was no ‘please confirm this is a correct option’ it just went straight to asking me to sign the rental agreement with my wrong name!? I emailed the customer service guy to ask if this was okay (this is now less than 24h) before my trip and I wake up to a message that my account has been suspended! Meanwhile I’ve already paid fully. Customer service guy called and apologized and asked me to redo my drivers license I was at work and so freaking busy that day before my trip. I managed to do it. So to be clear customer service guy was good- just trying to fix it and my actual trip was good. The bad rating is your non user friendly app and web application. I assumed it would be like booking an Airbnb and it was not. I honestly don’t know if I would use you guys again. It was that annoying.

  I think the app and website are super easy to use. The initial inspection and inspection after the rental are complete are a bit confusing. You also can’t go back in to see the photos from the initial inspection so how are you to know if something is wrong. Other than that everything is great!

  I had issues when trying to register my driver's license but dealing directly with an agent resolved these. I also found that when I went to return the RV my return inspection would not come up for me in the app. I saw an email for it after I had driven away from returning the RV. Lucky enough there were no disputes and it went smoothly. communiction with the RV owner went smoothly using the APP. I would use it again if I had the need.

  The booking process and website are well done. Communications with the owners through the platform is easy. My negative comments are centered on the insurances: way to expensive and the standard protection plan does not even cover the tires! We had an issue with our truck (we rented a travel trailer) and we had to wait for parts for 8 days. The insurance (1,400 $) did not cover this and we had to extend and pay for the extra days. If at least the insurance would have covered the extra days...

  We had a great experience with our rental camping trailer. Jeremy was great to deal with, answered all of our questions, gave an in-depth breakdown of how to use the trailer and was very friendly. We would definitely do it again!

  RVezy made renting a motorhome for the first time an fantastic experience! The app is easy to read and the dashboard is clear, uncluttered and easy on the eyes. Both the online website and the Smart Phone App are terrific platforms. I had a technical issue when I first started (which was completely due to my error) and the RVezy technician responded quickly and was patience, courteous and answered my question quickly and thoroughly. One of the best tech services I have experienced in some time, to which I am very grateful. The choice of motorhomes was extensive and it was easy to filter down to the RV that suited my needs. I have already recommended RVezy to many friends, letting them know that if they want to rent an RV there is just no other way to go than through RVezy. Thank you RVezy Team for a wonderful experience and I am really looking forward to my next booking!
