  The team at rolloffdumpsterdirect.com was friendly and easy to deal with. Their price was the most competitive of the many firms I tried. Drop-off and pick-up were on time and handled efficiently by Waste Management. As far as I can tell many of these dumpster companies just have a commercial account with Waste Management and act as a middleman since Waste Management have such crazy retail pricing.

  I have used rolloffdumpsterdirect.com multiple times over the past two years. I have always had an easy and good experience with them. Even if I have to change my pick up date lots of times, they are very good to accommodate me. I use them anytime I need to rent a dumpster!

  I ordered a dumpster swap for my site but the driver picked up the GC's dumsper instead of mine and they didn't look anything alike. I gave strict instructions that mine was on the south side of the building. It was worked out but I had to babysit this and really this part of my job should be easy.

  Everything about your company has been great. I completely understand not taking responsibility for damaging someones driveway and there being a waiver. That being said. You should still put your dumpsters on blocks or plywood to avoid damaging. I rather pay more for a dumpster with a company that takes a little respect in someones property.

  I live in a town where bulk pick up is a big process that involves contacting the township and only happens once per month. 'm just a home owner who has been filling my attic and basement with "stuff" for a little over a decade. Realizing I was following a hording pattern of those in my family I rented a dumpster in March of 2022 as a birthday gift to myself. I was able to get rid of some old furniture and do a serious clean out. It made me feel so good about my home that I couldn't wait to do it again. This is my second rental in 2022. In August I did it again. I rented a smaller dumpster because I didn't have furniture to remove but we decided to some projects around the house. As before Roll Off dumpster had excellent communication. The delivery was seamless. I had the dumpster for 3 weeks and decided to keep it another 2 weeks because our projects ran long. The team was excellent and reached out to assure I really wanted to keep it and the billing was acceptable. I cannot say enough good things about this service or my experience. I was honestly sad when it was over and the dumpster left the driveway. I believe I will make this a part of my regular house maintenance to avoid gathering an attic and basement full of "stuff" ever again! Roll Off Dumpster has a life long customer!

  I took a night off to clear the items out of my home because I work nights 6:30pm to 6:10 am. So I stayed up after work wondering why I haven't gotten my dumpster. I called and they said it was going to be delayed but no one called me. They emailed me. WOW!!!!I was SUPER PISSED!!!! Then I called 2 days ahead to let them know they can pick up the dumpster as scheduled. The guy I spoke with told me he would notate the account. Again I get off at 6:10 am so I was sleep when the dumpster was to be picked up. When I got up at 4pm and seen the dumpster still in my driveway I was SUPER F**KING PISSED!!!! So l called and they told me I had to email them. And I flipped out because all of this is just an SCAM to get more money out of the customers because I shouldn't have to email a company to pick up your dumpster. And that's beside the point no one told me that. Why should it matter how I contact you to pick up the dumpster. Now I was told I WAS NOT gone be charged the extra $100 due to them not picking it up. BUT GUESS WHAT THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY!!!!! THE SERVICE WAS GARBAGE AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

  My experience was exceptional! They offered the longest amount of time than any other roll off Dumpster allowing me to work with my time. The cost was VERY reasonable and they were quick with getting it to me. During the drop and pick up there was no damage, it was like it wasn't even in my driveway. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

  I was doing a renovation on a family member's home which is out of the area I normally work. I used RollOffDumpsterDirect.com and not only were they cheaper than my "favored customer" deal with a dumpster company at home, but the pick up and delivery were as promised and timely. You cannot want more than good pricing and fast service.

  The dumpster showed up on time and the driver took the time to put it where I wanted it , When I called to have the dumpster removed again they came on time and left with out making a mess and digging up the grass . Great job !

  Great service! If there was an impediment preventing delivery, I would get a call informing me of the new date and time. Dumpster was delivered and picked up on time.

  The dumpster is the dumpster, you can remove trash through any number of companies. Its easy to find horrible companies or those who are so backlogged there is no point in getting on the schedule. What makes me a repeat customer with Roll-Off is the customer service. Communication is top notch. One person in particular is always attentive and responds within minutes of any email. I look forward to working with her because I know I will get everything I need. When you run a business mostly via email, communication is not only nice but it is a absolute must. I have three orders already and will continue to use Roll-Off in the future.

  They delivered a clean dumpster in good repair and communicated clearly with us before delivery and to arrange pickup. Experienced driver maneuvered through narrow vehicle gate to drop it exactly where we wanted it. All around excellent service for a good price.
